Liz groaned when she was woken up by her alarm going off. She turned over and hit the alarm clock and knocked it off the table. Liz layed on her back and held her stomach. She got out of bed and ran into the bathroom, and started throwing up.

"Hey baby.... You ok" Otis said running in there and holding her hair back

"Yeah..."

"Maybe you should stay home today"

"No no this is gonna be a normal thing I've just got to get used to it. "

"Ok but if you need me call me and I can come pick you up"

"Thank you but I'll be fine" Liz said getting up off the floor, and was about to give Otis a kiss but she stopped herself.

"I should probably brush my teeth first" Liz said laughing

"Yeah that would be best for all of us" Otis said laughing

Liz brushed her teeth and put on her makeup. She threw on her clothes and grabbed her holster and badge. Once she got ready she grabbed her keys and headed to the door but Otis stopped her.

"Please..... Be careful"

"I will I promise"

"Ok... I love you... If you need me call me"

"I will I love you to.... But I'm gonna be late for work"

Liz gave Otis a kiss and headed out the door and to the district. When she got there she went over to her desk and started on some paperwork before everyone got there. As she was working on it a man came up the stairs and approached her.

"Can I help you"

"Yeah I'm looking for Hank Voight"

"He's not in yet but you can wait"

"is it alright if I wait in his office"

"Yeah... Oh I'm sorry I didn't ask your name"

"Justin Voight"

"Wait... You must be Hanks son... Nice to meet you Liz zvoneceke" Liz said shaking his hand

"Nice to meet you to"

Liz Turned her head to see Jay and Erin walking up the stairs.

"Justin?!.... Oh my god hey! " Erin said running over and hugging him.

"Hey... Wow you look great"

"Not to bad yourself....what are you doing back in Chicago"

"I just came to see you guys....get to know some of your friends" Justin said glairing over at Liz

"Well get to know somebody else she's married.... So why are you really here"

"I got an apartment here....and I'm looking for a job"

"That's great! " Erin said hugging him as Voight came up the stairs.

"Justin?... Hey what are you doing here" Voight said hugging him

"I... I'm looking for a job"

"A job? Here?.... Step into my office"

Voight and Justin walked into his office, and closed the door.

"So.... That's your brother"Liz said sitting on the edge of her desk

" Yeah.... He didn't try any crappy pick up lines with you did he"

"No!... You would know if he did... He would have the imprint of my wedding ring in his forehead" Liz said laughing

"Yeah"

"So why is he back in Chicago"

"He's looking for a job... Apparently he moved back here"

"Is that a good or bad thing"

"I haven't figured that out yet"Erin said laughing

Liz sat back down at her desk and finished up her paper work and she went into the break room and grabbed a water. Jay was in there getting coffee and Liz was so jealous.

" I envy you right now"Liz said staring at jays coffee cup.

"Sorry you want me to drink it at my desk"

"No sit down.... I'll manage"

"Ok.... How's Antonio"

"He's good... He still sore but..... " Liz got up and ran over to the trash can and started throwing up.

"Wow hey Lizzie you alright" Jay said running over and holding her hair.

"Yeah....this is awful"

"You can home if you need to"

"No... I can just put a trash can by my desk and pull my hair back I'll be fine"

"You are hard headed"

"Yeah I know....i hear it from everyone"

"Well maybe you should try listening"

"Now where's the fun in that"Liz said laughing and grabbing the trash can, and pulling her hair up.

Jay shook his head as Liz walked out of there and he walked back to his desk. As Liz walked back in and put the trash can down Justin and Voight walked out of his office.

" Erin take Justin down stairs and ask Trudy if he could do a ride along"

"Ok" Erin said standing up and Justin followed her.

"So he's thinking about joining us? " Liz said raising her eyebrow

"Yeah...lets just see if he can handle a ride along with Trudy then we'll talk" Voight said walking back into his office laughing

Liz's phone started ringing and it was Brett.

"Hello"

"Hey Lizzie"

"Hey Brett what's up"

"Uh Antonio has a prescription and I didn't want to leave him alone so on your way home can you pick it up"

"Yeah no problem it's gonna be awhile though"

"That's ok"

"Alright I've gotta get back to work... I'll see you later"

"Alright bye"

Liz grabbed the trash can and puked her guts out again. Voight walked out of his office and was heading down stairs.

"Hey Lizzie you alright"

"Yeah I'm good" Liz said wiping her mouth

"You sure? "

"Yeah"

Voight kept walking to go check and see how Justin was doing.

"Alright everyone I have a little announcement"

"We're all ears" Kevin said

"As you all know Im pregnant so yes I will be getting sick... But please don't tell me I need to go home because I am fine it is going to be a normal thing and I can manage.... That is all thank you"

"Hey Liz" Adam said walking up suspiciously

"Yeah? "

"Maybe you need to go home"

"I'm gonna.. " Liz said standing up and hitting Adam over the head with a folder

Adam ran off laughing and Liz walked over to Antonio's desk. She started doing what she could so he wouldn't be burried alive in paper work when he got back. After a couple of hours she had finished, and she grabbed her things and headed to the pharmacy. Once she had gotten his prescription she drove to Antonio's favorite restaurant to pick up dinner,and then she went over to Brett's place and knocked on the door.

"Hey Brett"

"Hey Lizzie" Brett said hugging her

"Here you go"

"Oh my gosh thank you your a life saver"

"And I brought dinner.... I figured your a little tired and don't feel like cooking"

"Oh my god your an angel" Brett said hugging her again

"So where is the injured one" Liz said laughing

"He's in here" Brett said walking into living room.

Liz walked in behind her and saw Antonio laying on the couch with a beer in his hand.

"Hey bro"

"Hey Lizzie"

"I brought you dinner from your favorite place" Liz said holding ho the bag

"Oh my god your the best"

Liz walked over and handed Antonio his box, and then handed Brett hers.

"You didn't get anything" Antonio asked

"No... I haven't really been feeling good today"

"How many times have you gotten sick today? "

"3 or 4"

"Wow...im sorry"

"Yeah its fine... I'll get used to it"

"Here let me get you a water" Brett said getting off the couch

"Thanks... So how have you felt today"

"Better.... Im ready to get back to work"

"Just take it easy... Don't stress about it I've got most of it covered"

"Lizzie you don't need to over do it... And what do you mean you've got it covered? "

"Nothing don't worry about me I'm fine....will said you can get back to work next week"

"Good... Sitting around the house all day is driving me insane! "

"I know it is... I'm gonna get out of you guys hair and go home and get some sleep"

"Ok bye Lizzie be careful"

"Bye" Liz said walking out the door.

Liz walked out to her car and drove back to her and otis's apartment.

"Hey baby im.... Home.. What is this" Liz said walking in and seeing a candlelight diner

"I made dinner" Otis said pulling out a chair

"You cooked!? "Liz said sitting down

" Yes I did...enjoy"

"so what's all this for? " Liz said smiling and raising her eyebrow

"Because I love you and so you wouldn't have to cook because I know you've had a long day"

"I love you and yes I have had an extremely long day"

"How many times did you get sick"

"3 or 4....but I'm fine don't freak out... Brett said that's normal"

"Ok... But if we need to we can go to the doctor early"

"Otis baby I'm fine now let's eat"

They both started eating and talking about their days, and about the baby.

"So when we go for the scan do you wanna know what the gender of the baby is or not"

"I wanna be surprised.... Unless you wanna know"

"No it's whatever you want Lizzie.....but we do need to look at names"

"We will I promise but I am extremely tired... And we have 9 months to think about that"

"I know.... I'm just excited... Come on let's get some sleep"

Liz put on her shorts and her shirt and layed down. Otis put on his sweat pants and took his shirt off, and climbed into bed and put his arm around Liz. They both drifted off to sleep after a long hard day. Liz's alarm started going off and she hit the snooze button.

"Hey baby its 5 O clock why are you up this early" Otis said grogilly

"I have a lot of paper work to do... It's better if I get there early"

"Oh ok just be careful"

"I will.... Have a good day and please be careful.... Ill bring by dinner to the house tonight"

"Ok thanks" Otis said turning back over and going to sleep.

Liz got her gun and badge, did her makeup and hair, and headed to the district.

"Hey why are you here this early" Trudy asked as Liz walked into the district.

"I just have a lot of paper work to do"

"Ok... How you feeling"

"Like crap but I'm fine"

"Ok if you need me I'll be down here... Because those lazy people up stairs won't be in for a couple of hours"

"Thanks Trudy... Oh how did Justin do on his ride along? "

"He could be police material"

"That's good right"

Liz looked at her confused but then just kept walking up the stairs. She walked over to Antonio's desk and started working on his paper work. He had stacks of it on his desk, and it just kept piling up. Once Liz had finished all of it it was seven thirty. She walked over to her desk and started working on hers, but her morning sickness kicked in and she ran over to the trash can. It seemed like she had been throwing up for forever but it finally stopped. She went back to doing her paperwork and by the time she was done it was eight o clock.everyone started getting there and they all sat down and waited for Voight to arrive.

"Whats up Lizzie...how you feeling"Kevin said walking over to Liz's desk

"I feel like crap.... I look like crap"

"No you dont.... But you do look green"

"Yeah I just threw up half my body weight"

"Yeah that'll do it"

"Yeah but I'll be fine.... Im kinda getting used to it. "

"Is there something I can do"

"No Kev I'm good really"

"Alright"

Voight walked up the stairs, and behind him was Justin.

"Alright everyone listen up Justin is going to be working with us today..... He is only observing do not let him get in the way.....justin your gonna be riding with Liz, and Alvin your riding with me. "

"10-4"

Liz's phone buzzed.

"We got a case"

"Alright everyone let's roll"

They all walked out to their cars and took off towards the location.

"So how long have you been married?"

"About a month.... You married? "

"No I uh... I'm not"

"You sounded a little un sure of that" Liz said laughing

"No i... I'm not married"

"Well... I'm sure you'll.... " Liz rolled down her window and threw up..... Again.

"Wow hey you ok?!"

"Yeah I'm good... Oh yeah I forgot to mention.... I'm pregnant"

"Oh... Wow... Congratulations... If you don't mind me saying you look great I would have never known"

"Well I'm only a few weeks along but thank you" Liz said pulling up to the scene

Liz and Justin got out of the car, and waited on the others. Once they had all arrived they all walked up the stairs of the apartment and walked in.

"What have we got? " Liz asked the cop

"It's a blood bath... It looks like a roberry.... We're doing a ballistic test... The mom and dad where both shot and killed,the older brother was found in his room looked like he'd been shot to, the daughter was found in her room.... She didn't have any gun shot wounds it looked like she was strangled but we did find physical evidence.... She was rapped....the parents names are jack,and Isabella Moore...the children's names are Michael and Bailey"

It seemed like Liz's ears started ringing when he said the girl was rapped.

"Do we know how old she is"

"Yes... She's 16"

".... Thank you"

Liz went back to the unit and filled Voight in.

"The mother and father, jack and Isabella Moore, where shot and killed along with their son Michael...... Their daughter, Bailey was rapped... And strangled to death. " As Liz said that her voice cracked.

"Come here for a second" Voight said pulling her to the side.

"You good"

"Fine"

"Lizzie if you need to step out at any time... Just let me know"

"I will... But I'm fine"

Liz and Voight walked back over to the group and got the rest of the information. Once they had gathered more of the evidence and sent some things over to the lab they headed back to the district.

"So how long have you been working in the unit? "

"About a year"

"Oh so your kinda new to....what did you do before this"

"I was in the Marines..... How about yourself"

"I've had a lot of different jobs, but I've always really wanted to be a cop"

"It's a tuff job but your dad can help I'm sure"

"Yeah....dad doesn't really want me to do it"

"I know how you feel....Antonio doesn't want me to do it either"

"Why would he care? "

"He's my brother"

"Oh well then yeah that makes since.... Where is he anyway"

"He was shot a week ago... He's at home recovering"

"Oh I'm sorry.... I hope he gets better soon"

"Thanks." Liz said pulling up at the district.

Everyone rushed up the stairs and turned the board around. Kevin came up the stairs with a folder in his hands and him and Liz started putting up pictures and putting names under them.

"Alright we have an entire family dead... What have we got"

"The ballistics test had the gun registered to a Gregg O'Neal. "

"Liz, jay I want you to go check that out"

"10-4" Liz said grabbing her jacket

Liz and Jay walked down to his car and took off towards the address.

"How you feeling today"

"It wasn't as bad as yesterday..... I haven't thrown up as frequently, but I have been throwing up more every time I do"

"Have you asked will if that's normal"

"No not yet my appointment is only a couple of weeks away"

"I tell you what you meet me and will at Molly's tonight and we can talk about it"

"Fine... But it might be late I have to take Otis some dinner."

"Ok... What about eight"

"Alrighty"

Jay and Liz pulled up to the house and they got out of the car and walked up to the door. Jay knocked on the door and an older woman opened it.

"Hello can i help you"

"We're with the Chicago police department is Gregg O'Neal home"

"Uh yes... Come in... Is something wrong"

"We just need to ask a couple of questions"

"Come sit.... Gregg hunny come here"

"What's this"

"These detectives have a couple of questions to ask us"

"Mr. O'Neal do you own a m1911? "

"I used to"

"Who has it now"

"Our son.... One night he was mad, and he packed up all of his stuff and left, he's always been different we had him admitted to a mental hospital when he was young because he tried to stab Cathy..... And apparently when he left he took the gun"

"Do you know where he went"

"No we haven't seen him since then"

"What's his name.... And do you have any recent pictures of him. "

"Caleb.... And we have a picture of him in high school. "

"Thank you very much"

"Can I ask.... What's going on"

"We have reason to believe Caleb is involved in the murder of a family"

"Oh my god"

"Please if you need anything don't hesitate to call" Liz said handing them her card.

"Thank you"

Liz and Jay walked out the door and Liz stopped and threw up in the yard.

"Hey Lizzie you ok"

"Yeah I'm alright let's get going"

Jay and Liz got in the car and headed back to the district. When they got there they went up the stairs and Liz put Caleb's picture on the board.

"Alright Caleb O'Neal his parents said he's always been different when he was young he tried to kill his mother.... They admitted him to a mental institution, he came home one night grabbed his things and the gun and left..they haven't seen him sense."

"Get a location on this kid."

"Ok I have cellphone records of a Caleb O'Neal a day ago near the Moore house...... Wait guys.... I just got a location.... 6021 burrows drive..... That's right near the Moore house" Adam said

"Well let's get going"

Everyone rushed down to their cars, and headed to the location. When they got there they made a perimeter around the house, and liz and Adam busted down the door. They cleared the first corner and saw a door.

"Liz you hear that? "

"Come on" Liz said standing by the door

Adam kicked down the door and they saw Caleb with a knife against a womans neck.

"Put the knife down... NOW"

"Get out or I swear to God I'll..... "Caleb said pushing the knife closer to her throat

Liz raised her gun and shot. She stood their and stared for a second as the shot rang in her ears. She dropped her gun to her side and ran over to the woman who was crying and tied to the side of the bed.

" It's ok..... We're cpd.... Did he hurt you? "

"No... I.. I'm ok" The woman said crying still

"Ok let's go get you checked out" Liz said

Liz lead the woman to the ambulance, and the rest of the team met her at the front of the house.

"Hey you two alright? "

"Yeah I'm good"

"Is that your blood" Voight said pointing to Liz's neck.

"No... I'm.. " Liz turned around and threw up.... Again

"Alright let's head back to the district and get this done"

Everyone got back into  their cars and headed to the district.

"Good job."

"Team effort"

"I hope you don't mind me asking but.... I saw the scar on your back when you hurled on the lawn.... What happened"

"Oh..... Someone... Uh... Someone put a bomb on my car and it blew up... I was in the hospital for about three weeks...."

"Wow... I.. I'm so sorry"

"Yeah it's not the worst thing that's ever happened... But it is close"

"If you don't mind me asking... "

"I'm sorry but I... I do mind you asking that one..."

"That's ok"

Liz pulled into the district and walked up the stairs to her desk.She started on her report as Kevin took the pictures down off the board.

"Lizzie" Jay said handing her a wet paper towel

"Thanks" Liz said whipping off the blood on her neck

Liz finished typing up her report and grabbed her things.

"Hey.... Hold on.... Remember eight at Molly's" Jay said running up behind her

"You got it I'll be there"

Liz walked down the stairs and to her car and headed to good stuff and got Otis a burger and fries. Liz drove over to the house and walked into the kitchen.

"Hey guys"

"Lizzie!.... Hey baby" Otis said walking over and kissing her

"I brought your favorite"liz said holding up the bag

" Yes!.... How you feeling today"

"Ok.... It's been a long day"

"You wanna talk about it"

"No..... Go ahead and eat"

"Hey Lizzie....how you feeling" Gabby said hugging her

"Ok"

"How many times have you gotten sick today? "

"Four"

"Wow....you need to go get some sleep and get some fluids in you"

"Yeah I know I do.... I've gotta go I'm supposed to meet Jay and will at mollys.... Jay was worried about how much I've been getting sick"

"Hey baby I gotta go" Liz said walking over and giving Otis a kiss

Liz walked out and drove over to Molly's and saw Jay sitting at a table.

"Hey Lizzie"

"Hey... Where's will"

"He's late..... Like usual" Jay said rolling his eyes

"I heard that" Will said walking up behind Jay and hitting him on the back of the head.

"Hey will! " Liz said hugging him

"Hey Lizzie.... How you feeling"

"Ok"

"Lizzie don't lie.... She's not feeling good at all"

"Well that is to be expected.... How many times have you gotten sick today. "

"Like... Four"

"As much as I hate to say it that's going to be normal.... But if you feel like something isn't right just come early but if everything is good I'll see you in a few weeks"

"I think I'm fine but your brother freaks out every time I get sick"

"I just think your over doing it"

"Jay I'm only a couple of weeks along ok.... I'm doing my job like I regularly do"

"I talked to Trudy..... Alarently you came in at five thirty this morning"

"I just had a lot of paper work to do"

"Yeah right.... You know I'm not blind right I know fof a fact Antonio's desk had a lot more paper work on it"

"Fine you caught me.... Please don't tell him I just didn't want him to come back and over do it"

"Lizzie you need to be careful and not over do it yourself you need to get your sleep" Will said raising his eyebrow

"I know I do.... I'm just looking out for him.... He's done so much for me and this is the least I could do"

"What if we do this.... Tomorrow we can come in at seven and we can work on some of it together"

"Yeah.... That sounds great"

"Lizzie I mean it go home and get some sleep and I'll see you in a couple of weeks" Will said standing up

"Ok I promise..... Thanks" Liz said hugging him

"Alright let's head out and I'll see you at work at 7" Jay said standing up

"Yeah"

All three of them started walking out when Liz ran out the door and threw up on the sidewalk.

"Wow ok" Will said running over and holding Liz's hair back.

"You alright Lizzie"

"No" Liz said wiping her chin

"Alright we're gonna take you home"

"No I'll be ok.... Really"

"No don't argue with us we're taking you home" Will said grabbing Liz's keys.

"For once in my life I'm not" Liz said holding her stomach

Jay lead her over to the car and started to drive her to her apartment while will followed them. Jay pulled up and helped Liz inside.

"Here go lay down I'll get you a water and the trash can. " Will said

Liz walked into her bedroom and layed down. Will walked into Liz's bathroom and grabbed her trash can, and a hair bow, while Jay grabbed her a water.

"Here you go.... We're gonna head out if you need anything just call.... Is Otis coming home tonight? "

"No he's on shift.... But I'm ok thanks guys"

"Alright bye Lizzie" Jay and will said walking out and will drove Jay back to Molly's to get his car.

Liz layed in bed and tossed and turned. Eventually she fell asleep only to be woken up by her phone ringing.

"Hello? "

"Hey Lizzie...... How you feeling" Voight said

"Like crap.... What's up"

"Listen if you need to take off work tomorrow you can.... I'm getting worried about you"

"I'm fine.... I met with will tonight and he said it's normal.... I'm coming to work tomorrow"

"Ok but if I think that you need to leave.... You need to leave"

"Ok I will"

"Alright I'll see you tomorrow...... Goodnight"

"Goodnight"

Liz put her phone back on the table and fell asleep again. She got up and did her usual morning routine get dressed, doing her make up and getting sick. She walked back into the bedroom and kissed Otis good bye. She headed to the district, and met Jay upstairs.

"Good morning"

"Morning..... Have you already had your coffee. "

"Yeah..... You ready to get started on this"

"Yeah let's get this over with"

Liz and Jay both sat down and started working on the paper work. Since Liz had done most of it yesterday it took them about an hour. They both knew everyone would probably be there late so Liz went and layed down on the couch in the break room and Jay got another cup of coffee. Erin was the first to come in and she walked into the break room and sat down next to Jay.

"Hey how'd this morning go? "

"Good.... We got all of it done, and  Liz had time to lay down"

"That's good how's she doing"

"I don't know.... Will said she's doing fine..... I think she just needs some sleep"

"When's her appointment? "

"I think like two weeks"

"Well.... We'll know in two weeks" Erin said standing up and getting a cup of coffee.

Everyone else started to get there, and Kevin came into the break room and woke Liz up.

"Oh hey kev"

"Hey lizzie"

"What time is it"

"Eight thirty.... Don't worry we were all late"

"Ok good" Liz said getting up and walking out to her desk

Everyone started finishing some of their reports, as Voight walked in and went straight to his office. Liz got up and walked over to Erin's desk and handed her a folder.

"Thank you..... What's up"

"I was wondering.... What Justin was gonna do? "

"Oh I think he's gonna start academy"

"Really that's great"

"Yeah.... It'll be good for him, he just has to stay out of trouble"

"Yeah... But he seems like a nice guy.... I'm sure he'll be fine"

"Yeah" Erin said raising her eye brow.

Liz walked back over to her desk and finished up her reports and her phone started ringing.

"Zvonecek"

"Oh I like the sound of that"

"Hey babe.... What's up"

"I was just calling to see if you wanted to go out for lunch"

"I would love to.... I just finished up my reports"

"Great I'm outside the district"

"Wait your already here? "

"Yeah I was really hoping you wouldn't say no" Otis said laughing

"Ok I'll be down in a minute"

Liz hung up the phone and walked into Voight office.

"Hey"

"Hey lizzie.... What do you need"

"Uh can I take off for lunch"

"Yeah go ahead.... You finished your reports right"

"Yeah.... Is everything ok? "

"Yeah... I'm fine"

"Ok"

Liz walked out of his office suspiciously and down the stairs. She walked out and met Otis at his car.

"Hey baby" Otis said giving her a kiss

"Hey.... How has your day been going"

"Good.....im ready for tonight"

"What's tonight? "

"We're both gonna be home... We can just relax and watch TV"

"That sounds amazing"

"Alright let's go get a cheese burger and some fries"

"Yes that also sounds amazing..... And I'm craving chocolate so we can get some dessert"

Otis and Liz went to one of there favorite spots and grabbed their food, and Liz got some chocolate cake for dessert. She also got some chocolate cookies. After they were done Otis dropped Liz back off at the district.

Liz walked in and up to Trudys desk.

"Hey Trudy"

"Hey lizzie... What's up"

"Here" Liz said handing Trudy a cookie

"Oh my god.... That's why your my favorite"

"Yep" Liz said walking off laughing back up the stairs.

She walked over to Kevin's desk.

"Hey what's up"

"I brought you one" Liz said handing him a cookie

"Thanks lizzie... Your the best"

"I know"

Liz walked over to Alvins desk and handed him one to.

"Here Al"

"Thanks lizzie.... How you feeling"

"Ok... I haven't got sick that much today"

"That's good"

Liz handed everyone a cookie and walked in to Voight office.

"Hey I brought some of these" Liz said sitting one on his desk

"Thanks lizzie.... I need one of these"

"Ok cut the crap..... What's up"

"I'm worried about Justin"

"He did great yesterday.... And I'm sure he's gonna do great in academy"

"I know..... I just don't know if I want him.... "

"Out on the streets"

"Yeah.... I just don't know if he can handle it"

"Listen...Antonio felt the same way when I started but you have to remember.... Justin is grown he can take care of himself"

"I know but he is my son I still have to be worried about him"

"Antonio is constantly worried about me but look I can handle myself,listen Justin is going to be a great cop"

"Your right I guess..... I'm already worried enough about Erin and she works for me.... But what's a few more grey hairs gonna do"

"Yeah....believe me I've given Antonio plenty" Liz said laughing

"Yeah...(Voight stood up and gave Liz a hug and walked out of his office)  alright everybody go home"

Liz walked out of his office and over to her desk and grabbed her jacket.

"Oh no" Liz said running into the break room and over to the trash can and threw up.

"Hey Liz you alright" Alvin said walking in and putting his hand on her back.

"Yeah I'm alright"

"Here I'll walk you to your car"

"Thanks"

Liz and Alvin walked to her car and Liz got in and drove over to her apartment.

"Hey baby I'm home.... Otis? "

Liz walked over to the counter and saw a note.

"Hey I had to go help Kelly with some stuff i probably won't be home until late I'm so sorry... I left some lasagna in the fridge I love you! "

"Great!.... Our night together and I'm spending it by myself.... And now I'm talking to myself" Liz said shaking her head

Liz snatched the refrigerator door open and grabbed the plate of lasagna from the shelf and heated it up. Liz grabbed the plate and sat down on the couch. As Liz ate she started to tear up.

"You know what I am not gonna sit here by myself"Liz said picking up her phone.

(On the phone)

" Hey Gabs.... What's up"

"Nothing much.... Matt went to go help Kelly with something"

"Yeah Otis went over there to.....can I come hang out with you"

"Yeah sure you ok? "

"Yeah I guess"

"Ok I'll see you in a min"

"Alright"

Liz grabbed her bag and jacket and headed over to Gabby's. Liz pulled up and walked to the door, and knocked.

"Hey Lizzie"

"Hey Gabs"

"Come on" Gabby said walking in and sitting down on the couch.

"How was your day"

"Good.... I was off so"

"Yeah lucky."

"How you doing"

"I don't know.... I didn't throw up as much today...."

"What's wrong"

"I don't know..... Otis said that we were gonna hang out tonight and he got me all excited and then he just left me a stupid note and I had to eat alone and.... " Liz said starting to cry

"Ok.... It's ok come here" Gabby said hugging liz

"I'm sorry"

"Is it the hormones hunny"

"Yeah" Liz said into Gabby's shoulder

Liz and Gabby sat back on the couch and started watching the game. Liz was mad at Otis.... But she wasn't mad at Otis. Let's me put it this way Liz's pregnant half was mad at otis. It had been a long week, and next week was going to be exciting, Liz had her twelve week scan next week.she was very excited to see the ultrasound. She also was excited because Antonio was coming back to work next week, so she would have somebody to pick on other than Adam. She was also excited to get to know Justin, he seemed nice, and she thought he would make a good cop. Liz and Gabby sat back and enjoyed the game, and kept talking for a couple of hours.

"Hey Gabs I was wondering if you wanted to go shopping this weekend or something..... I need some new shirts and stuff"

"Yeah sure.... When"

"I don't know.... Tomorrow around four"

"That's good with me.... We can just have some sister time"

"That sounds great"

As they kept talking they both fell asleep on the couch. When Matt got home he walked in and laughed, especially when he got a call from Otis.

(On the phone)

"Hey Matt"

"Hey Otis what's up"

"Have you heard from Liz shes not picking up her phone"

"Shes asleep on my couch.... You want me to wake her up"

"No.... Can she sleep over there? "

"Yeah"

"Thanks man..... She's probably mad at me anyway"

"Why? "

"I promised her we would spend the night together just the two of us"

"Then yeah she probably is..... Alright I've gotta get Gabby in the bed"Matt said laughing

"Alright thanks man goodnight"

"Night" Matt said hanging up the phone shaking his head

Matt walked over to the couch, and woke the girls up.

"Hey Gabs come on"

"Huh... Oh ok... Lizzie you can sleep in your old room"

"Thanks Gabs"Liz said shuffling into her old room.

They all layed down and fell back asleep. 

(Back at Otis's place)

" I'm such and idiot" Otis said rubbing his forehead

He walked into the bedroom, and got in his sweat pants, and took off his shirt. He layed down and reached his hand over to where Liz usually is.

"I'm sorry baby"

Otis turned out the light and layed back and finally drifted off to sleep, and prayed Liz wasnt to mad at him. He felt like scum for not hanging out with her tonight. He knew she had had a long day and probably wanted to talk, and he wasn't there to listen, he wasn't there to talk her through it, and he wasn't there to watch the game with her. He was so excited to see her tomorrow and he would have the chance to make up all the time he'd lost.
