Liz rolled over into Otis's arms and buried her face in his chest. Otis held her close to him and just listened to her breathe.

"You ok"

"Yeah just a little cold"

Otis picked up the covers that where tossed aside and covered them both up.

"That better? "

"Much....just don't let me go"

"I wouldn't dream of it... Your mine...i can't believe it but your mine."

"I can't believe we're married.... You just wait for our honey moon" Liz said with a grin

"Oh yeah....well we only have to wait 2 days" Otis said kissing Liz

"Believe me I know I've been counting down the days... I need a break from work"

"Me too.... The guys are gonna miss me though"

"Uh huh you just keep telling yourself that babe.... You want some breakfast" Liz said laughing

"Hey!... They will miss me... They'll miss picking on me... And yes I would love some"

"Yeah that's what I thought" Liz said standing up.

"I like you in my t shirt" Otis said smiling

"I like being in your t shirt" Liz said grinning and tucking her hair behind her ear.

Liz walked into the kitchen and started making some pancakes.once she melted the butter over them and poured maple syrup over them she carried them to Otis while had gotten up and sat down at the kitchen table.

"Thank you... These look delicious"

"Well I hope you like them....weve gotta pack after you finish"

"Yeah we do.... Your gonna kill me"

"What"

"I left some clothes in chiefs office that I need for the trip"

"Your gonna laugh.... I was about to tell you the same thing.... I left some of my shirts in my locker at the district. "

"Well then.... You wanna ride together and just got get our stuff" Otis said laughing

"Yeah... Let's head to 51 first."

"You sure"

"Yeah"

Liz went in the bedroom and put on her jeans,shirt and boots and grabbed her sunglasses. Otis threw on a shirt and grabbed his keys, and they both headed out the door.

"Those sunglasses make you look like a secret agent"

"Well you'd never know if I was because its a secret" Liz said raising an eyebrow and laughing

"You would tell me if you where right"

"I couldn't id have to kill you"

"Wow I see how it is.... I would tell you"

"You'd tell everybody you can't keep your mouth shut" Liz said hitting him in the arm as they pulled up to the house

"Alright be that way" Otis said getting out of the car and chasing after Liz onto the apparatus floor.

Otis grabbed her and picked her up and swung her around.

"You better stop unless you want to see those pancakes again! "

Otis put Liz down and grabbed her hand.

"Hey love birds what are you doing?!" Kelly said coming up behind them scaring Liz.

"God Kelly what have I told you about doing that! "

"Sorry I couldn't resist.... But seriously why are you to here... Your supposed to be getting ready for your honeymoon. "

"Otis left his shirts chief's office! "

"Tell him where we're going next Lizzie...... She left her clothes in her locker at the district! "

"Nice going guys....well if I don't see you before you guys leave... And I shouldn't... Have a great trip"

"Thanks kel" Liz said giving him a hug.

Liz and Otis walked into the kitchen and saw everyone sitting in their usual spots.

"Hey what are you doing here!? " Gabby said walking over and hugging liz.

"Otis left his shirts in chief's office"

"Good going bud" Hermann said laughing

"Wait a second Liz left her stuff in her locker at the district so ha! "

"Good job to the both of you then for being so prepared" Mouch said from his usually spot on the couch.

"Oh shut it I know you've forgotten a lot more important things! "

"Well.... Thats true"

"Is chief in his office"

"Yeah he should be" Matt said

"Have a good trip and be safe please" Gabby said hugging both of them

"You got it sis"

Liz and Otis walked back to chief's office and knocked on the door.

"Come in"

"Hey chief"

"Hey what are you two doing here"

"Otis left his shirts in here... Have you seen them"

"No... But take a look"

Otis started to look around while Liz and Chief talked

"So where are you guys going"

"Hawaii"

"Oh that's gonna be fun..... But be careful"

"We will... Thanks chief"

"Found them"

"Alright we'll get out of your hair... "

"Alright have a good trip"

Liz and Otis walked out hand in hand and walked to the car. Otis drove over to the district and then walked in over to Trudys desk.

"Hey! What are you two doing here"

"I left some clothes in my locker"

"Alright... Go ahead back"

"Thanks Trudy"

"Yeah no problem"

Liz and Otis headed back and surprisingly everyone from intelligence was back there including Antonio.

"Hey! You guys what are you doing here"

"I left some clothes in my locker"

"Oh here" Adam said moving away from lizs locker.

"Hey sis" Antonio said hugging Liz

"Hey bro... How's your day so far"

"It's alright... How about yours you ready for your honeymoon"

"You know I am... And it's been good"

"Just please be careful and listen if you need anything just call"

"I will.... " Liz said as she was interrupted by laughing.

Liz turned around to see Otis handcuffed to the bech

"I don't know what happened" He said shocked

"Let him up! "

Alvin walked over with the keys and unlocked them.

"Really guys grow up" Liz said walking over to Otis

"Oh come on we can never grow up.... You know you love us"

"Yeah I guess... But be nice" Liz said kissing Otis

"Eww stop it I need to go bleach my eyes" Adam said covering his face

"Suck it up buttercup... Bye you guys"

"Bye Lizzie be safe" Voight said waving

"Thanks guys"

Liz and Otis headed back to the apartment and started to pack.liz grabbed her suit case and headed into the closet and Otis already had his stuff laying on the bed. After a while Otis just had to decide which pairs of swim trunks he wanted to pack. Just as he had decided Liz called from the closet

"Hey babe please don't pack those really ugly orange swim trunks with the green and pink lines all over them."

Otis pulled that pair out of his suit case and started trying to figure out which pair to wear now. As Liz was going through her boxes in the closet trying to find some of her old bathing suits she happened upon a small shoe box. When she opened it her jaw dropped.

"Oh my god! "

"What's wrong you ok Lizzie! "

"Yeah I'm good.... I just found all my old pictures"

"What!.... Oh I've gotta see these"

Liz started going through them and she found one of her and Antonio at his graduation.

"Oh my god you guys where so young"

"What are you trying to say"

"I wasn't saying that your old now which your not I mean your not a kid BUT your not old.... You know I'm just gonna shut up"

"Yeah that's smart.... Oh my gosh look at this one! "

Liz pulled out one of her, Gabby, and Antonio at Christmas. They where all sitting on the floor opening presents and Liz was throwing rapping paper at Antonio.

"Wow did u guys always pick on Antonio"

"Pretty much... But he was not innocent either like this one time he put itching powder in me and Gabby's makeup on picture day so outlet faces where red and swollen"

"Wow that... Is.. Evil"

"Yeah.... Awww look at this one"

Liz held up a picture of her and Antonio at the airport.

"This was when I was leaving for my first deployment"

"I couldn't imagine how hard that was on him and Gabby and your parents"

"Yeah it was but it was what I wanted to do and it did a lot of good for me"

Liz and Otis kept looking through the pictures when Otis stopped.

"Who is this? " Otis said holding up a picture of Liz and another woman.

"That was my best friend Mary... We where inseparable... People always asked if we where sisters" Liz said laughing

"Where is she"

"She lives in Chicago... But we just lost touch.... I'll have to call her once we get back from our honeymoon"

"Yeah I would love to meet her"

"Yeah...she saved my life"

"What are you talking about"

"I've never told any of my family this because I didn't want to upset them so please don't tell them..... When we where over there we where doing a search and rescue and we where coming around a corner checking the location and we heard about four shots go off....everybody in our team got hit....we ducked for cover and looked around to try and find where the shots where coming from... So finally we saw the targets, took them out and called in what had happened to our srgt.... When I was calling it in Mary looked at me and just started crying I couldn't figure out what was going on but then I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and I looked down and I was bleeding everywhere... She put pressure on my wounds and wouldn't leave my side even when the medics did get there"

"Lizzie I....oh my gosh... Come here" Otis said holding Liz

"It's ok I'm ok..... It's about time we get to bed huh? " Liz said looking at her phone

"Yeah I guess we better" Otis said jumping up and throwing Liz over his shoulder

"What are you doing phsyco"

"Just practicing my fireman's carry" Otis said laughing

Otis sat Liz down on the bed and layed down beside her. Liz crawled closer and snuggled onto Otis's chest and fell asleep. Otis looked at liz, kissed her forehead, and drifted off to sleep. Otis's eyes popped open and he brought his hand down to his chest to where Liz was laying, but she wasn't there. He looked over and she wasn't anywhere to be found. He got up and walked into the living room where Liz was standing facing the other way.

"Lizzie what are you doing baby"

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to wake you up"

"It's ok.... Are you alright"

"No...i don't think so"

"Whats wrong"

Liz slowly started to turn around. Otis looked at her and his heart sank. Liz was bleeding everywhere, her stomach looked like it had been torn to shreds and she had blood dripping out of her mouth.

"Lizzie?... Baby hold on your gonna be ok" Otis said running over and laying her down on the ground

"Im scared"

"I know it's ok to be scared but your gonna be ok"

"Please don't cry it's killing me"

Otis looked down and saw that it seemed the more he cried the more she bled but he just couldn't stop himself.

"I'm trying baby just hold on"

"Goodbye otis" Liz said spitting up blood

"No baby.... NO!! "

Otis sat up quickly shaking his head and whipping his eyes.he looked around frantically for Liz and he saw her laying peacefully asleep beside him.

"Babe u ok" Liz said turning over grogilly

"Yeah I'm ok... Are you"

"Yeah.... You sure your alright"

"Yeah just go back to sleep baby"

"Ok.. Love you"

"Love you to"

They both cuddled up together again and fell asleep. The next morning was frantic they woke up and grabbed their bags and headed out the door. They drove to the airport and borded the plane and sat back and waited to take off.

"I'm so excited"

"I am to... I can't believe how lucky I am to have the best girl in the world"

"Your the cutest"

"I know" Otis said laughing

The plane finally started to take off and Liz was now more excited than ever. A couple hours into the flight it started to get late.

"Hey I'm gonna take a nap real quick"

"Ok sweet dreams "

"Everytime I look at you it's like a dream come true"

"Awww ok cutie go to sleep"

Otis turned over and closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep.He couldn't help but see what he had dreamed last time.

"No baby.. Please just stay with me... It's gonna be ok"

"I'm sorry"

"No don't apologize just stay with me"

Liz closed her eyes slowly and went limp.

"No NO!!!! "

"Hey what's wrong" Liz said putting her hand on otis's shoulder and waking him up.

"What! Oh... I'm fine"

"What's going on babe"

"Ive just had these dreams where you are hurt very badly and it just bothers me"

"Oh I should have never told you what happened when I was over there I didn't want it to bother you"

"No I'm glad you told me.... I just can't stand the thought of you being hurt"

"But look at me I'm perfectly fine....im here with you I couldn't be more happy"

"I love you"

"With all my heart" Liz said kissing Otis

(Back in Chicago)

"Hey we're gonna head to mollys after work you coming" Jay asked

"Yeah probably I need a drink or 6" Antonio said

"You good man"

"Yeah just worried"

"Your always worried"

"Yeah I know.... That's what kids and a crazy sister will do to you"

"Yeah" Jay said laughing and walking back over to his desk

"Has anybody heard from Liz" Voight said walking out of his office.

"Yep... She said they're gonna land at about 8"

"Yeah she said that Otis is already gotten hit with the beverage cart like 4 times" Erin said laughing

"She didn't text me" Antonio said a little offended

"We have a group chat that's why we know" Adam said from across the room

"We're not in it" Voight said raising an eyebrow and pointing to Antonio and Alvin

"Actually I'm in it" Alvin said laughing a little

"Then why are we not in it!" Antonio said

"I don't know! " Erin said throwing her hands up in the air

"Wait I just got a text from her it says...." Sorry I didn't text you sooner Otis and I where watching a movie and I fell asleep.... We're fine could you tell Antonio that so he doesn't have a panic attack because I know him and he's probably pacing the floor and that vein in his forehead is popping😂... Thx I'll text u when we land" Voight said laughing

"Well then the problem is solved" Antonio said rubbing his forehead.

"Alright everybody it's 5 and I need a drink.... " Voight said

"I'll second that... See you guys there"

"Yep I'm heading out" Antonio said grabbing his coat.

(At 51)

"Hey has anybody heard from Otis" Mouch asked walking into the locker room.

"Yeah... He sent me this picture to said him and Liz where gonna land at about 8...and he got hit by the beverage cart like 4 times" Gabby said laughing holding up her phone to show them the pic of Liz passed out asleep on his shoulder.

"You know she looks so sweet and innocent when shes asleep but when she wakes up its just.... Scary" Kelly said laughing

"If that ain't the truth" Matt said coming around the corner

"Yeah... Hey is everybody heading to mollys? " Hermann said slamming his locker.

"Yeah I am what about you guys" Joe said grabbing his bag

"I need a drink and Kelly's coming" Stella said shooting him a look

"I guess I'm coming then" Kelly said

"Wait it gets worse when your married" Matt said hitting his shoulder and Gabby and Stella both threw him a glance.

Everyone walked out of the house and headed home to get ready. Once everyone was ready and already had a beer they headed to mollys. When Matt and Gabby got there they walked in the door and saw everyone from intelligence, and the house.

"Hey man what's up" Matt said walking over to Antonio

"Uh... Nothing much" Antonio said, and matt could smell the alcohol on his breath.

"Wow how much have you had bud" Gabby said messing up his hair

"What time is it"

"6:30.... Why"

"The  ive only had 4"

"It smells like you've had twice that babe" Sylvie said walking over and wrapping her arms around his neck.

"Hey beautiful.... How was shift"

"It was good we had some couple of nasty calls but it was pretty good.... What about your self mister"

"Well it was slow and I had to deal with those idiots so.... " Antonio said pointing to the guys from intelligence that where sitting beside him.

"Hey speaking as one of those idiots... We had a good day he's just been worried about liz, and we made fun of him a little.... Guess he couldn't take it" Kevin said laughing

"Oh I know he can't take a good joke" Matt said walking up and ordering a drink

"Umm I'll have you know I can take a joke.... I can make some great jokes to"

"Oh really what about the while, bloody catastrophe over at Liz and otis's place. "

"That's wasn't funny I thought my family was murdered! " Antonio said throwing his hands up

"It was to us" Matt said walking away

A couple of hours had passed and Antonio's phone started to ring.

"Hello"

"Oh my God it's great to hear your voice... Hey Lizzie how ya doing"

"Well we just landed and it is beautiful... I just can't believe it"

"Here everyone wants to talk to you I'm gonna put you on speaker.... Ok"

"Hey everybody"

"Hey!!! " Everybody yelled into the phone

"How are you guys" Hermann asked

"Well we are both very tired, but we are to excited to go to sleep.... But we are about to check into the hotel and  head down to the bar they have"

"That's great... But you can't beat Mollys! " Jay said into the phone

"Yeah that's true but I am not going this whole 2 weeks without a drink.... But it won't be the same without you guys"

"Aww well you guys have an amazing time and don't forget to call.... Love you Lizzie" Gabby said

"Yeah love you!! " Everyone screamed into the phone

"Love you guys to.... Bye!"

Everyone was so glad to finally hear from Liz that the jokes where funnier, the beer tasted better, and they could watch all the disaster movies that happened on planes that they wanted. Antonio was glad that he got two weeks that he didn't have to watch Liz, and that means he could focus a little bit more on the kids and Brett. Stella however was a little mad because Liz was her drinking buddy, so now she was stuck with Kelly. She knew that Liz could out drink Kelly any day, but it's only two weeks right. And Gabby was already missing Liz it wasn't the same when her and Matt kissed in public and she didn't hear Liz go "ewww... Get a room... You act like your married or something".Everyone was gonna miss Liz weather they would openly admit it or not, but Liz  and Otis are having the time of their lives and that's all that matters.
