Otis woke up as Liz began to stir in his arms. He looked at her with a smile and kissed her forehead. He quietly,and carefually climbed out of bed and started making her breakfast because of the rough day she had yesterday. Just as he finished scrambling the eggs liz stumbled out of the bedroom in his shirt and walked over and gave him a kiss. Otis wrapped his arm around her back and leaned in to kiss her again.

"Goodmorning beautiful"

"Goodmorning...what do we have here!"

"We have scrambled eggs,toast,and yogurt with fresh blueberries and strawberries."

"I love you"

"I love you to"

"Hey I'm off today so maybe I can stop by the firehouse later and drop some lunch off for you and the guys!"

"Yes please do....cruz is supposed to cook today"

"Ok...you better get going your gonna be late"

"Alright, love you baby"

"Love you to"

Otis drove to the house and walked into the kitchen sluggishly.

"Hey guys"

"Hey Otis" stella said with a smile

"Cruz! Your off the hook liz is bringing by lunch today"

Everyone cheered and Cruz looked at everyone in shock

"You guys dont like my cooking?"

"Nope" Kelly said

"Ouch!" Cruz said shaking his head.

A couple of hours passed and they hadn't gotten a call. Otis's face lit up after he saw liz walking in with a pan of her famous lasagna.

"Hey lizzie!" Otis said walking over giving her a kiss

"Hey babe" liz said kissing him back

Herman looked at them and started gagging. Liz noticed Herman making the face and she turned to him and said

"Oh grow up Herman!"

"Whatever...I see you have food!" Herman said rolling his eyes.

"Yes I do....who likes lasagna!" Liz said putting the pan of the counter.

Everyone rushed up there and grabbed a plate,but liz noticed that Matt and Kelly where missing.

"Hey where is Matt and Kelly?"

"On the apparatus floor"Gabby said stuffing her face.

Liz walked out of the kitchen door and onto the apparatus floor to try and find them.

"Hey Matt ,kelly you out here?" She yelled

Liz walked to the front of the truck and noticed the doors where closed and all of a sudden kelly jumped out and grabbed Liz. Liz screamed and elbowed him in the gut.

"Dont do that retard" liz said laughing

"Sorry I couldnt help it" Kelly said laughing harder.

Matt came around to the front of the truck and joined them.

"What are you two morons doing."

"Who you calling morons huh?" Liz said putting Matt in a head lock.

They all stood there laughing for a moment when all of a sudden they head tires squealing down the road.

"What's that?" Matt asked

"I dont know"kelly said as he looked out the window and saw a black SUV rolling down the window driving by fast.

"Hit the deck!!" Kelly yelled tackling Liz to the ground as shots rang of through the door.

They all layed there on the ground covering their heads as the bullets flew through the door. Once the bullets stopped coming through they all stood up and brushed themselves off.

"Is everybody ok!" Matt asked

"Yeah I'm good...lizzie?"

"Yeah I'm good"

Everyone ran out onto the apparatus floor and came over to the three of them. Otis grabbed liz by the shoulders and said

"Oh my God are you ok...are you hurt?!"

"I'm ok babe....it was a drive by."

"Do you think it was from the call last shift?" Otis said looking at Kelly.

"Yeah it looked like the car on scene that took off."

"What are you talking about?" Liz said looking at Otis.

"Last shift we responded to a call and a gang got in a shoot out so I had to tackle one of the guys to stop them ....and he threatened me."

"Threatened you how....you should have told me this...do you not remember what happened for me?"

"Its ok"

"Apparently not...so tell me what he said."

"He told me he would come after me and my family...because apparently he got locked up for 10years."

"You should have told me!....you need to be careful" liz said while Otis held her in his arms.

"Alright everybody let's head back in just in case" Chief said raising an eyebrow

Everyone headed back into the kitchen and Chief called Voight. Voight and some patrol officers arrived and took Liz,Kelly,and Matt's statements.

"Hey lizzie...how's your day off" voight said walking over and giving liz a hug.

"Good I've been hanging out here cooking for the guys" liz said as Otis walked up behind her wrapping her in his arms.

Voight gave Otis a sort of death glare and Otis let go of liz and backed up.

"That's better"

"Wow you too.....you know we're getting married in two weeks."

"I know"voight said rolling his eyes

"Well if you need me call me and I can come in"

"Ok I hate to...but i might have to later since we picked up this case."

"I'll see you later then" liz said as she waved goodbye to voight.

All of 51 sat back down and started eating again. The day was going by slow and no calls seemed to be coming. Hours past and the bells went off.

"Truck 81,squad 3,Ambulance 61 appartment fire 784 Reece lane"

"Be careful you guys...love you"

"Bye lizzie" everyone said and Otis gave her a kiss.

After the trucks pulled out Liz's phone started ringing.

(On the phone)

"Dawson"

"Hey liz this is voight I hate to ask but we need your help on the case."

"Ok I'm heading that way boss"

"10-4"

Liz walked to chief's office and knocked.

"Come in"

"Hey chief I've gotta head in...can you tell Otis for me."

"Yeah no problem...be careful...do you want me to walk you to your car"

"No I'm ok thanks though"

Liz grabbed her jacket and started to walk out of the firehouse. She almost reached her car when a black SUV screeched up and a man jumped out of the car and grabbed Liz making her drop her phone,and her jacket. The car took off and Liz tried to fight the man,but he held a gun to her head.

"You better chill out beautiful...I would hate to ruin that perfect face of yours" the man said kissing Liz on the cheek.

"Get off me!" Liz screamed

"Shut her up before I do" the man driving said.

The man who had a gun on Liz took duck tape and covered Liz's mouth. Liz started kicking and hitting the man holding her.

"Knock her out" the men driving said

"I got this" the man said lifting his pistol and hitting liz over the head with it.

(Back at the house)

As the trucks pulled into the house Otis looked out of the window and saw something laying on the ground.

"Hey cruz hold up...what's that" Otis said jumping out of the truck.

Otis picked the object up and  realized it was Liz's jacket and phone.

"What is it" Matt called from the truck

"Its Liz's phone and jacket"Otis said with a concerned and confused look on his face.

Otis walked inside looking to see if Liz was still there. Otis ran into chief and asked

"Hey have you seen liz?"

"Yeah she had to leave to go to work"

"How long ago..."

"About 20min ago."

"Oh my God....somethings not right .....her car was still outside."

"Call Voight and Antonio I'll get everybody out there looking for her...I'll tell Gabby."

Otis frantically called Voight.

(On the phone)

"Voight"

"Voight someone took Liz and..."

"Ok slow down...when"

"20 min ago....it was the people from the drive by"

"Ok we're on our way"

(Wherever Liz was)

Liz woke up and tried to hold her head put she realized she was tied to a pole in a cold damp room. She started to remember what happened as a man holding a gun stepped into the room.

"Hello princess"the man said with and evil smirk

The man walked over and ripped of the tape from her mouth.

"What do you want!"

"To say screw you to the CFD and CPD"

The man walked over and grabbed Liz by her hair.

"Smile for the picture" the man said holding a gun to Liz's head and taking  a picture.

The man sent the picture to Voight and started laughing.

"Let me go....and we can work out some kind of deal."

"Oh sweetie we havent even started..."the man said rubbing Liz cheek.

"Get away from me"

"Let's have some fun huh" the man said walking over to Liz and putting the tape back over her mouth.

Liz tried to break free,but she couldnt she couldnt brace herself for what was about to happen but nothing could.

(Back at the firehouse)

Everyone met at the house and tried to get as much info as possible then Voight recieved the picture.

"Oh my God..." voight said looking down at his phone

"What is it Voight" Antonio said

"I dont think you should see this"

"Its my job....I can handle it"

Voight showed him the picture and Antonio broke down.

"I want everyone on the streets now!" Voight yelled

Everyone,including 51, headed out in the trucks searching everywhere. They started narrowing down the location,and they had Mouse tracking the location of the picture.

"Have you got that location yet"

"Negative"

"Hurry up"

After about 2 hours mouse came over the radio and said

"I've got the location!!...598 west point drive!"

"This is truck 81 we're a block away do you want us to engage" Matt said frantically

"Negative hold off till we arrive" voight commanded

When everyone arrived on scene the intelligence unit covered the house.

"Breach!" Voight yelled

They busted down the door and Jay tackled the first man he saw. Erin and Antonio made thier way downstairs and voight and Alvin made thier way upstairs. Erin and Antonio came around a corner and saw a man standing there re buckling his belt.

"Freeze Chicago PD!" Erin said tackling him and Voight and Alvin met back up with Antonio at the door of the basement.

Antonio kicked down the door and ran in to find Liz laying on the ground bruised and bloody.

"Hey lizzie look at me....lizzie!!" Antonio yelled with tears streaming down his face

"Oh my God...get the paramedics!!" Voight yelled through the radio as Otis ran downstairs into the room

"No...no no no no...LIZZIE...baby wake up look at me baby." Otis screamed

Gabby and Brett ran downstairs and started working on her.

"Let's get her in the ambo....Antonio help me carry her."

They ran Liz to the Ambulance and loaded her up.

"Come on Lizzie wake up"Gabby said putting in an IV.

"Shes ice cold...we need to get some warm saline" brett said

When they got her stable they took off  toward the hospital at the speed of light. When they arrived they rushed her into the ED.

"What have we got!" Natalie yelled

"Elizabeth Dawson...head trauma,and possible hypothermia."

"Going into 3" Maggie yelled

They rushed liz in and Natalie started accessing her. Liz started to wake up.

"Liz...look at me...your at Chicago Med.....can you tell me what hurts."

"My head"

"Ok....is that all."

"Yes" liz said awkwardly

Everyone rushed into the room and Otis,Antonio,and,Gabby ran over to Liz's bed.

"Lizzie....." Gabby said running over

"Lizzie I promise I'm gonna make this guy suffer" Antonio said clenching his fist.

"Lizzie I'm so sorry this is all my fault.....I should have told you about what happened on the call sooner." Otis said shaking his head.

"Its not your fault Otis.....can I just be alone right now" liz said beginning to cry.

"Lizzie....are you.."

"I'm fine" liz said cutting Gabby off.

They all left the room and met back up with everyone in the hallway.

"How is she!" Kelly asked quickly

"I dont know" Antonio said

"What do you mean?" Voight asked

"Shes not herself....something is off."

(Back in Liz's room)

Will walked into the room and put on his gloves.

"Hey lizzie how your head"

"Its fine"liz said putting her back to him

"Are you sure....is anything else going on" will said putting his hand on Liz's arm.

When will put his hand on her arm Liz jumped and curled up in a ball.

"Ok....I'm gonna go get your results"

Will walked out of the room and over to Natalie.

"Hey Nat....I need you to talk to liz."

"What's up"

"I put my hand on her arm and she jumped and curled up into a ball"

"You dont think"

" I dont know...I hope not but I need you to talk to her and find out."

"Poor lizzie....no problem." Natalie said walking toward her room.

"Hey liz....how you doing."

"Fine"

"Ok well...I need to talk to you about something..."

"Yes"

"Yes what?"

"I know what your about to ask...yes he did" liz said sobbing.

"Lizzie I'm so sorry....do you want us to run some test."

"No"

"Ok....do you want me to tell Antonio and Gabby or do you want to tell them.

"Can you be here when I tell them....I want Otis in here to."

"Of course....let me fill in your chart and I'll be right back."

Natalie walked out and over to Will.

"How did it go..." will asked

"Will....she...he touched her" Natalie said beginning to cry

"Oh God...poor Liz...does she want a rape kit."

"No...I'm gonna go get Antonio and Gabby."

"Ok...If you need anything"

Natalie walked over to Antonio,Gabby,and Otis and said

"Liz wants to see you"

They all walked into Liz's room and waved.

"I...I..."

"Its ok lizzie..." Antonio said

"He touched me" liz choked out

"WHAT!!" Antonio screamed

"Oh Lizzie...I...i...I promise I'll make him pay"Otis said and he walked over to her side.

Gabby walked to the other side and hugged her and liz wouldnt let go. Otis rubbed her back and Antonio stormed out of the room and back to the rest of the Unti.

"Everyone let's go...NOW!!"Antonio screamed

"Yo Antonio slow down what's going on." Voight said stopping Antonio

"That piece of crap rapped my sister!" He whispered to voight.

"What!!....you can have him bro...me and Al can assist."

"I'm gonna make this guy suffer and wish he where never born"

"I'm right behind you."

"Voight.."

"Yeah man?"

"Get our friend a Chicago Necklace made and ready to go!"

"You got it" Voight said with a satisfied grin on his face

(Back in Liz's room)

"Lizzie your safe baby I'm not gonna let anybody hurt you." Otis said holding her

"We are right here lizzie we arent going anywhere" Gabby said holding her hand.

It was gonna be hard for everyone to learn the news of what happened and for Liz to accept it. She didnt know how she could tell everyone,but she knew that everyone would back her up no matter what. Liz is a fighter,after all she is another Dawson.
