As you lie awake on Christmas Eve, lights flashing and snow falling, you try your best to drift off.

You've been at it for a few hours now, but something about this holiday always makes you anxious and bouncy. 

Right when you finally close your eyes, however, you feel something gently fall on your chest.

Opening your eyes, you see a small wrapped something. You unwrap it gently and see a small box usually used for holding jewelry. 

Upon opening the box, you see a very small blue gemstone necklace. It has a very delicate chain and a note beside it. 

The note reads:

Dear girl, 

I just thought I should apologize for dropping in unannounced... twice.... but I figured since tomorrow is Christmas, I should give you a little something. Enjoy.

KWANZAA EDITION!! 

You were eating a pear (or other fruit) and watching TV because it was the week of Kwanzaa and you like pears (or other fruit). You had already lit six candles your family and it was pretty fun.

But you couldn't wait for the seventh day so you could get presents. You loved presents!

You stood up and went to get a glass of (favorite drink) when your mailbox slot opened.

A small package was shoved through and a green hand got caught a bit, then pulled out. 

You picked it up to see a small box. (read above for what happens next)

I was gonna do a Hannukah one, but since it already passed, I kinda thought It wouldn't make as much sense, so sorry to all my Jewish followers.
