Superhuman physical abilities: he's superhumanly strong in all physical categories as his dexterity, speed Agility Durability reflexes Strength, etc. are increased to superhuman levels, allowing him, to not only dodge attacks faster than the eye can see but also use his physical abilities for combat, one thing he can benefit from is regenerating thanks to his superhuman healing fire, allowing him to regenerate cells, flesh and anything at the cellular level. ; his body also makes him resistant and nearly immune to normal fire. he could also gain more momentum the more he jumps around becoming extremely faster.; another thing he's developed through training in an isolated swamp, is an enhanced level of creativity and a heightened level of learning, allowing him to learn the environment he's in.

genetic atavism: he's developed, a genetic atavism, allowing his body to generate warts of a frog on his arms and skin which can be a benefit for him in lakes and swamps.

Poisonous biology: his biology is poisonous where it works, like the African bullfrog. he can even poison those, who try to bite him as the poison from his body, when activated can affect anyone.

This can even, grant someone longevity, where it's like their immortal but it's merely increasing their life span and grants, them a flawless level of healing, repairing any damage they've suffered. the drawback, however, is the possible need to recover energy to help heal others as it puts a strain on his stamina.
