Excel College

Vineet dropped both Manvi and Ruhi to the college and drove to his office. Girls entered inside the college when they saw the notice board that the first class of the day was dismissed. Both looked at each other….

“Basketball ground mein chalte hain. Acha time paas ho jayega. “ Ruhi said.

“Tu ja, main library mein books jama karvake aati hoon. “ Manvi replied.

Ruhi nodded and walked to the basketball court. She kept her bag on one of the benches and picked up the basketball. She was spinning it and moved towards the basket and put it through it. She turned back on clapping sounds, and turned to find Hrishi.

“You play really good. “ he said while moving towards her.

She smiled… “Thank you sir. “ she replied.

“Ye sab bhi tumhare papa ne sikhaya? “ he asked.

She nodded…

“Yes! Papa ne hi sab kuch sikhaya. Baaki aap sikha dena. “ she said with a smile..

He smiled hearing her… “Tumhe sirf apne target ko dhyan mein rakhna hai. That's it! “he said.

Ruhi smiled…. “i will take care “ she said while picking up the ball.

Hrishi asked her to play a game with him,to which she agreed. They began playing and he was quite impressed with her game. It was another time that she scored a goal,he stopped the game and stood with his hands on his knees. Ruhi walked to him…

“Kya hua sir? Are you alright? “ she asked.

He smiled… “I'm fine. I think i need to work harder to match your stamina for the game. “he said.

She smiled… “Thank you sir. “ she said and soon, she sees manvi approaching her and she turns to him..

“Thank you sir. Ab main chalti hoon. Class ka time ho raha hain. Meet you in the afternoon. “ she said and left with Manvi.

They moved to their class, and took their seat.

“Aaj toh koi problem nahi hui na?“ Manvi asked.

Ruhi nodded…

“Nahi. Main jis baat se darr rahi thi, wo toh hai hi nahi. He even said that i am doing good. “ she told.

Manvi smiled… “yeah yeah miss captain. “ she said.

Both of them giggled and they were stopped as the teacher entered in the class.

VS Associates

Angel was in her cabin and seemed lost. It seemed that she was thinking about someone. She opened the drawer and took out Sachin's photograph and kept it on the table. She caresssed the picture, and another face flashed in front of her. She remembered how she shouted on Hrishi when he came home.. Later, she herself invited him for dinner with Ruhi. Why was he affecting her? Just because of the similar faces.

She touched sachin's picture…

“Tum hi batao main kya karu? Wahi chehra, wo phir se mere saamne hai? Ye imtehan kyun? “ she said as a tear drop trickled down her eyes .

She remembered the words that Hrishi said…

“Chehra same hone se person same nahi hota. “

“Zindagi kisi ko dusra mauka nahi deti. Jis cheez se aap bhaag rahi hai, wahi aapka future bana sakti hai.”

She came out of her trance and again hugged Sachin's picture. Meanwhile, Ruhana entered in her cabin…

“Angel, wo mehra wali file dena. “ she asked,while looking into her mobile.

“Aur sun, wo foreign delegates ka bhi mail aaya hai. Tu free ho ja fir discuss kar lete hain. “ Ruhana said.

She looked at her when she didn't get any reply from her. She seemed lost.

She nudged her…

“Angel kya hua? “ she asked.

Angel came out of her trance and looked at her…

“tu kab aayi? “ she asked.

“pichle 10 minute se yahan khadi bol rahi hoon lekin tu pata nahi kahan khoyi hai. “ she said.

Angel glanced at her and then hugged her. Her silent tears were not hidden from Ruhana,who hugged her back…

“Angel kya hua? Kyun ro rahi hai? “ she asked smearing her head.

Angel parted the hug, and sat back on her chair..

“kya hua? “ Ruhana asked again.

She nodded negatively. Ruhana pulled a stool and sat beside her…

“dekh mujhse toh kuch chhupane ki koshish karna mat. Double rishta hai hamara, samjhi! Mujhe pata hai koi baat hai jo tujhe pareshan kar rahi hai. Ab bol kya hua? “ she asked again.

Angel looked at her and then said…

“mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha. “ she said.

Ruhana sighed… “Hmm! Thinking about Hrishi? “ she asked.

Angel didn't reply. Ruhana cupped her face…

“Dekh Angel. Karna wahi jo tujhe sahi lage. Rahi baat Hrishi ki toh wo tujhe itna affect nahi karna chahiye. Tujhe khush hona chahiye ki Ruhi ko itni achi training mil jayegi Hrishi ke sath. “ she explained.

“wo kuch baaton mein Sachin ke jaisa hai. “ Angel spoke,finally.

“Par wo sachin toh nahi hai na. “ ruhana said.

Angel looked at her and then downed her gaze. Ruhana lifted her face…

“Tujhe jo karna hai, soch samajh ke karna, angel. Hum bas tujhe khush dekhna chahte hain. Wahi karna jo tera dil kahe.” she said.

Angel nodded. Ruhana smiled and left the cabin, while Angel left for home.

Home

She reached home, parked the car and was moving towards the home, when she spotted Hrishi, Ruhi and Manvi in the garden. Hrishi was sitting on the grass while Manvi and Ruhi were giggling over something. He, too, was smiling. Then ruhi held his hand and asked him for something, maybe something related to the game, and he taught her some footworks. Both the girls were listening to him. Ruhi hugged him after getting her answers. A smile made way on Angel's face watching them. Her trance was broken when both the girls hugged her and told her that they were hungry. She nodded. Hrishi came to her…

“main chalta hoon. Bas in dono ko drop karne aaya tha. Just stopped by on their insistence. “he told her.

She smiled… “Thanks! And yeah, lunch karke jao. “ she said.

He first denied but later on Ruhi pulled him in and later something surprised Angel.
