"He's pretty close with them right?" Andy asked as they opened their books when the tutoring session started for the second topic, after a five minutes break, that they decided to cover today. They had already covered one topic in an hour and had another hour to complete the other topic.

"Yeah. They had been friends for a long time." She said as she turned to look at him. 

"They must have been pretty worried when he got hurt."

"Yeah, they were literally yelling at him and his ability to get hurt all the way to the Hospital Wing from the Quidditch pitch. And when Madam Pomfrey told them to get out from there, they actually threatened her that they will call Ginny and tell her to cast a Bat Bogey Hex at her."

"Did she get angry at them?"

"No. I was surprised when she remained calm. She again told them to leave but as usual they didn't obey. But-"

"Fortunately you were there and she agreed to let you stay there. Then they both told you to take care of him and to inform them as soon as he wakes up."

Hermione stared at him in shock. "How did you know that?"

"Just guessed. It seemed as the only reasonable option at that time." He said and shrugged.

"Yeah. Thankfully they agreed to this condition and left."

"How's he now?"

"He's better than before but he still cannot move his arm and since he got a concussion as well and twisted his ankle when he fell, Madam Pomfrey told him to stay there for the night."

"Then what are you doing here?"

"Tutoring you of course." She shrugged.

"No, I mean that if he's hurt so much then you should go and take care of him. Not tutor me here."

"Blaise and Theo were there for him. So I thought to come and tutor you."

"Whether they are there or not for him, he needs you there Hermione. Madam Pomfrey trusted you right?"

"Yes but we have to complete this topic today. There's test day after tomorrow for it and we haven't got a tutoring session tomorrow."

"My studies are not more important than his health. I will complete this topic by myself."

"But you haven't studied it ever before-"

"I will ask you if I have any difficulty or any doubts."

"But-"

"Go to him Hermione. He needs you more than me right now. Me passing or failing a test is not important right now. But him healing completely is."

"I know that but-"

"Please Hermione. Go to him. Besides I am a Ravenclaw remember?" He said with a laugh.

"I guess you are right Andy. I should go." She said and started to pack her books.

"If you don't mind, can I come with you? I want to see him." He said and packed his books as well.

"Of course you can come, Andy." she smiled at him and hugged him. "Thank you Andy." She said as she pulled back.

"Anytime. Now come on." He said and they made their way towards the Hospital Wing.

"Where are Blaise and Theo?" Hermione asked Draco as they stood near his bed.

"Pomfrey ushered them outside, some minutes ago and said to give me some rest." He said as he looked at them. "What is he doing here?" He said while pointing at Andy with his uninjured arm.

"I just came to check on you, Draco. Hermione was coming and I asked her if I could come." Andy said.

"Well now that you have seen that I am perfectly fine and ready to play another game, you can go." He said as he scowled at him.

"Draco! He just came to check on you. There's no need to be rude." Hermione said as she crossed her arms.

"Well Mayfair, you may go now and do some important works such as making friends since all you have got is Granger as a 'friend'." He said and smirked at Andy.

"What's wrong with you Draco? And he has friends okay?" Hermione said as she glared at him.

"If you call those stupid first years his friends, then yeah, he's got a lot of friends." Draco said as he glared at Andy.

"That's enough Draco. I don't even know what's your problem with him. He has done nothing wrong." Hermione said.

"It's okay Hermione. I better go. I still need to finish that topic. You take care." Andy said as he turned to her.

"Andy I am really sorry. I don't know why he's acting like that." Hermione sighed.

"It's fine. Besides he's not wrong. Anyway, I should go. Take care Draco. Goodnight both of you." Andy said and he exited the Hospital Wing.

Once he left, Hermione turned to Draco and glared at him. "What is your stupid problem Draco?"

"He's my stupid problem Granger.  And yeah, you're right, he's stupid.I cannot stand him." Draco said and shrugged 

"Draco, you don't even know him."

"I know him enough to know that he's stupid."

"Just give him a chance. Please? For me?"  Hermione said.

"Fine.  Even if I can't stand a strand of his hair, which mind you, he has more than me, Blaise and Theo combined, I'll give him a chance. For you." Draco said and Hermione smiled at him.

"He really did that? Oh God. I cannot believe him." Hermione said as she laughed.

"That's Blaise for you." Draco said as he laughed along with her 

"At least better than what Theo did." She said and they both laughed 

After their argument, Draco decided to change her mood and so he decided to tell her what Blaise and Theo had told him when they came to visit him. After they went to the Slytherin Common room, they were in a very bad mood and told everyone to not disturb them. But of course, people being people, have to disturb them, whether they had good intentions or bad ones, they have to do the opposite of what they asked them. One such person was the famous Slytherin and a part-time model (at least she told everyone that she was one), Astoria Greengrass. She was beautiful, no doubt on that, but she was annoying as well, atleast more than Pansy and her sister Daphne.

Well, Blaise and Theo were sitting on the couch, talking to each other about Draco when Astoria decided to make her till now perfectly spent day, a bad one. She asked them about Draco but they didn't reply. She asked again and when she again didn't receive any response, she picked up Blaise's broom and lightly hit him with it on his head. He calmly asked her to give it back and turned back to Theo. She dropped his broom and picked up Theo's instead. Instead of hitting him on his head, she thrown it across the room. Theo angrily got up and casted a spell on her new, hand stitched robes, to start fire on them, although the spell wasn't supposed to harm anyone, it was a kind of pranking spell. But Astoria didn't know that and she immediately started screaming. Nobody messes up with Theo or his broom when he's not in the mood. Blaise got up and casted Aguamenti on her. Though only the bottom of her robes had caught fire , the fake fire, Blaise drenched her head to toe in water. Everyone immediately started laughing as her perfect makeup smeared all over her face. She accioed a hand mirror and looked in it. After learning that Theo had only casted a pranking spell on her, she slapped him tightly across his face. Theo immediately casted a Bat Bogey Hex on her which he had learned from Ginny a few days back. Astoria went screaming out of the common room. 

After that nobody dared to disturb or try to talk to Blaise and Theo until they got to know that Draco is awake and fine. Nobody wanted large, black bats to flew out of their noses.

"Yeah well Astoria deserved that." Draco said.

"But still what Theo did was awful." 

"Theo never liked her anyway. It was only Blaise who managed to remain calm and not cringe while talking to her. Even I don't like her." Draco said as he looked at her.

"Well I have never really talked to her, so I don't know."

"I will be sure to introduce you to her soon." 

"Aww Drakey." Hermione smirked at him and Draco immediately said, "Or maybe never." with a horrified expression on his face.

They talked for another hour till Hermione insisted that he needed rest. Draco thought she was going back but she said that she will sleep in the chair next to him as she has to give potions to him after every two hours. Draco thanked her and he immediately fell asleep as soon as he closed his eyes. Hermione smiled at him and thought, he looks so peacefull while sleeping. There were no lines on his forehead and his hair shone in the moonlight.

"If you're done staring at me Granger, I suggest you sleep. Though you can take my picture from that 'cimara' of yours. It will last longer." Draco said startling her.

"It's camera not cimara. And I wasn't staring. I was just looking and thinking." Hermione said.

"Same thing." He shrugged and before she could reply he told her goodnight and went back to sleeping, for real this time." 

Hermione said goodnight to him while smiling. She shook her head and chuckled quietly when he started snoring lightly. I need to ask him about his snoring habits tomorrow, she thought and accioed her alarm clock and set it for two hours and closed her eyes. 

When she woke up after almost half an hour ,feeling thirsty, she was shocked to see that she was sleeping in the bed next to him covered in blanket and her head resting on pillows. She turned to Draco to see his wand near his hand which wasn't there before. She reminded herself to thank him later and was about to stand up to go and take her water bottle which was near her bag on the floor, she looked beside her bed to find a water jug and two glasses on the small table between her and Draco's bed, which wasn't there before either. 

There was note kept near it.

Knew you would get up to find your water bottle, you have disturbed me many times when you used to open your door very loudly to go in the kitchen to drink water and close your door back very loudly since you are so sleepy to use your wand. And you never keep the jug and the glass in it's original place and neither refill it.  Anyway, I drank water from your bottle since you hadn't drank a drop from it. Sorry for that, but I am nice enough to conjure a jug and two glasses and also put you in bed. Also the jug will refill itself. Thank me later.

 She laughed at his note and thanked him, although she knew he couldn't listen as he was sleeping. She got up from her bed and went to his bed. She took his hand in hers and squeezed it lightly. Although he was sleeping, she could've sworn that she saw him smiling. She shook her head, drank water and went back to sleep.

The next morning, many people had come to visit Draco before he was allowed to go back to his dormitory. Blaise, Theo, Goyle and few other Slytherins. Hermione was shocked when Goyle had come but Draco told her that he remained in contact with him after the battle and had become friends now. Blaise said that Astoria had wanted to come and visit him but all it took was one glare from Theo to make her change her mind about her decision. After that Harry, Ginny and Seamus had come to visit him ( only because Hermione insisted Seamus to come). Although Seamus stood at a distance from Draco's bed and didn't say anything apart from muttering a few times, Harry and Ginny talked to Draco in a civil way and even he managed to do that. When he was about get up from the bed, Andy walked in with a card in his hands.

Draco was about to tell him to get lost but stopped himself when he remembered what he had said to Hermione last night. Though the conversation wasn't friendly, it wasn't bickering or a heated argument either. Though he would never admit it, Draco thought that Andrew Mayfair wasn't that much annoying. 

Hermione helped him to walk to their common room and settled him down on his bed. He had insisted that he felt better now and wanted to take a walk near the lake but she didn't allow him too. He had protested but when Hermione said they would go after dinner if he didn't complain all day and listened to everything she said. After that she had given him a potion to let him sleep until lunch. She had attended her classes after he that when McGonagall insisted. When lunch was over, she had went back to their common room with a plate of food in her hands for him. McGonagall had allowed her to skip her classes after work since she needed to give him potions. 

When she reached there, he had just woken up and was sitting on his bed. They had talked for a while when he finished eating. She had told him about her life in the muggle world. He had been very fascinated when she told him about some of the inventions like television, microwave etc. that muggles had invented. She also told him about some of the famous singers there when he said that he loved listening to music. She told him about Justin Bieber, her favorite singer. She promised him that she will make him listen to some of his songs.

(A/N: I know Justin Bieber's timeline and theirs doesn't match but just please imagine it for the story. Please.) 

Some time later, Blaise and Theo had come to visit him and the four had spend all the evening playing games (mainly TDS), talking, eating, telling childhood stories and occasionally making fun of each other. 

They left after they finsihed their dinner that they all ate in their common room. Hermione had slept on Draco's bay window because she had to again give him potions that night for the last time.

A few days later, when Draco had healed completely, The Uncalled Four had gone to Hogsmeade. They had just entered the castle when Blaise and Theo said that they had forgotten to buy something and went back to Hogsmeade, telling them that would meet them later.

They were about to walk in the direction of their dormitory when they heard some people talking.

"I can't believe him." One boy said.

"Yeah, he's a traitor. And on top of that, he can't play Quidditch nicely." Another one said.

"I don't who in their right mind would make him the captain of the team." The third boy said.

"Probably used his money." The first boy said.

"After all, he and his family have done it in the past many times. Probably more than I could count or remember. After all they are 'The Malfoys'." Second one said using his hands to make quotation marks when he said 'The Malfoys'.

"And he has started to hang out with that mudblood. Oh! Look he is standing there." The third one said and they all turned around to see him. 

They had their backs on Hermione and Draco when they were talking so they both couldn't recognize them. But now that they had turned, Draco could very well recognize them.

"Zavery, Crigen and Belwyn. What a pleasure to meet you three here together." Draco said, sarcasm dripping in his voice. He had recognize them as his father's freinds' sons. They were in the same year as him.

"Can't say the same Malfoy." Zavery said.

"Or shall we call you a blood traitor?" Belwyn said as he took a step towards Hermione and Draco.

"Sod off, Belwyn." Draco said.

"Why Malfoy? Don't miss our company nowadays? Forgotten us now, have we?" Crigen said as he too a step towards them.

"Why will he hang out with us now? He has gotten that mudblood now." Zavery said.

"Don't call her that." Draco said.

"Bushy haired, well it's not much now, anyway, annoying little mudblood, freaking insufferable know it all mudblood." Crigen said.

"I said don't call her that." Draco said angrily, his hands in a fist. His jaw and fists clenching and unclenching.

"It's a shame that you're a mudblood. I would have loved if you were a pureblood like us. Filthy little-" Zavery started but was cut off by Draco.

"I SAID DO NOT CALL HER THAT ZAVERY! FLIPENDO!" Draco angrily shouted and pulled out his wand, casting a spell on Zavery.

There was a loud bang and Zavery felt himself flying backwards as the spell hit him on his chest, slamming on the wall behind them, crashing on a suit of armour in the process.

"How dare you do that Malfoy? And for this mudblood?" Belwyn said.

"IF YOU CALLED HER THAT ONE MORE TIME I WILL-" Draco started but was cut off by Belwyn.

"What would you do Malfoy? Which spell would you use? Flipendo? Stupefy? Any unforgivable right? You know what, let me tell you her real value." Belwyn said while pointing his wand at Draco's throat.

"She is a mudblood. A mudblood. That's it. Nothing more. And you have become a blood traitor Malfoy. What has happened to you? You're a disgrace." Belwyn said, with his wand still at Draco's throat. 

"Shut up Belwyn. Draco's not a blood traitor nor a disgrace. You're just too narrow minded to even know that-" Hermione started but was cut off by Belwyn.

"NOBODY ASKED YOUR OPINION, MUDBLOOD! INCARCEROUS!" Belwyn pointed his wand at Hermione and yelled the spell. Hermione didn't have her wand with her as Draco had took it and was examining it when they had entered the castle. Thin cords shot from his wand and the next moment, Hermione was on her knees as she wriggled while she was bounded by them tightly.

"HERMIONE! YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT ONE, BELWYN! STUPE-" Draco was about to cast the spell but before he could do so, Crigen casted Flipendo on him and he went flying towards the wall, slamming on it. Two suit of armours crashed on top of him. 

Zavery got up at that moment and pulled Draco up by his collars. He grabbed his collars and punched him on his jaw and said, "How dare you cast that spell on me Malfoy? Have you forgotten what a scum she is? HOW DARE YOU?" He started punching him again and then kicked him in his stomach. Draco stumbled backwards and fell on the floor, his head hitting the end of sword of suit of armour. Blood trickled from his head and he felt himself losing consciousness. Avery kicked him again on his stomach.

"Draco! Leave him Zavery! Or you will pay!" Hermione shouted.

Crigen walked towards her and slapped her face tightly. "Have you forgotten your manners mudblood? Let me teach you then." Crigen said.

"Her.....mi...one." Draco said and lost consciousness.

Hermione was about to shout his name when a person came near them.

"What's happening-Malfoy!" Harry said as he came near Malfoy. Harry had come from the opposite side and so he saw Malfoy first. Zavery, Belwyn and Crigen had hid themselves on the other wall, not before casting Silencio on Hermione. 

"Malfoy! Malfoy Wake up!" Harry shouted and shook him.

"Pot...te..r." Draco said as he slowly opened his eyes.

"Where is Hermione? Where is she?" Harry asked.

"Her-Her...mi..one." Draco said and pointed towards direction to which Harry had his back.

"Hermione!" Harry shouted as he turned and ran towards her but when he was just about to reach, Zavery casted Petrificus Totalus on him. Harry fell on the floor with a thud.

Crigen lifted the Silencio spell from Hermione and she shouted, "Harry!" 

There were not many students and teachers in the castle at that time. First and second years where in their dorms, rest were in Hogsmeade including teachers. Hermione, Draco, Blaise, Harry and Ginny had returned early. Ginny was in her dorm and Harry went to find Hermione.

Belwyn came towards Hermione and said, "Now nobody can help you mudblood. I don't know what magic you have done on Malfoy. But you will pay for it now. It's just you and us now. And it is time someone teaches you your value." He grabbed her by her shoulders and pulled her up. He slapped her on her face and then took her hair in his hands. "Your lesson begins." He said and pushed her towars the wall. Her head slammed on the wall and blood started trickling on her face. He pulled her again and thrown her on the floor. He kicked her stomach and she screamed from pain. "You know you're not that strong also. I don't know nor I care how you manage to bring the Dark Lord's downfall but you will pay now. He will rise again." He said.

Draco could do nothing except say her name again and again and threat Zavery, Belwyn and Crigen. He was too weak to stand up or do something. He just prayed that somebody find and help them.

 "Let's see how much more you can handle." He said and pointed his wand at her.

"Cru-" He started but was cut off by someone.

"STUPEFY!" As if answering his prayers, someone came to their rescue.

But that someone was a person Draco had never imagined or thought would come.

"PETRIFICUS TOTALUS!" Andy shouted at Belwyn after taking Zavery down with his stunning spell. Belwyn and Crigen were too shocked to see Andy there to cast a spell at him.

Before Crigen could do anything, Andy shouted, "PETRIFICUS TOTALUS!" at him. 

"Hermione!Hermione, you okay? Relashio!" He said, running towards Hermione.

But Draco couldn't have been more happier seeing him there. However much would Draco hate him, it was a blessing that he was there and had come to help them in time.

"Andy...Dra-Draco. Help him." Hermione said and he turned towards Draco.

"Draco, you okay? Oh god, your head is bleeding heavily. Come on, let me help you up. Take my hand." Andy said and helped Draco to stand up.

"Thanks. Help Potter too." Draco said as he grabbed his arm when he stumbled a bit.

"Harry? Just a second. Finite Incantatem." Andy said as he pointed his wand towards Harry.

"Uh..where am I? Andrew? Malfoy? Oh god, Hermione!" Harry said as he stood up and they three ran towards Hermione. Hermione was unconscious by the time they came.

"Hermione, Hermione wake up!" Harry said as he cradled her head in his lap and hands.

"Her head is bleeding. Take her and Draco to the hospital Harry. You support Hermione, I am supporting Draco." Andy said as he stood up.

Harry stood and picked up Hermione in his arms. Draco was too shocked to say anything so he just put his arm over Andy's shoulder. 

Harry and Andy took Hermione and Draco to the hospital wing. Madam Pomfrey came as soon as she heard Harry's shout. She told them to lay them both on the bed and she went back to her office to inform McGongall when Harry told her what had happened.

"You stay here Harry. I will go and take those three to McGonagall's office." Andy said and left when Madam Pomfrey came back and said that McGonagall will come in five minutes.

Harry stayed there with them.

Everybody was so scared and panicked to pay attention to the fact that Draco had called Hermione by her first name, and not Granger 

Nobody had also not noticed that there was a person in the shadows watching them when they were in the corridor. Who knows who was that.

A/N: Phew! That was a really long chapter. It had 3800+ words. Anyway, hope you liked it. I hope it wasn't boring as I am not that good with description. I'll try to improve.  As you can guess, I am a Belieber. Also, I know Justin Bieber's songs came almost 11 years after Battle of Hogwarts. But pls, it's necessary in the story. I read a few Harmione and Dramione stories with mention of singers like Ed Sheeran in them. So I thought of mentioning Justin Bieber. Are you a Belieber? Do you like his songs?
