His whole world shattered. He didn't know that fate will put him in this situation. For a second, His entire life flashed before his eyes. When nobody was there, She was there holding his hand till his last breath but when his time comes, He didn't bother to think about her once. That was in his mind for the whole. Om and David tried to console him on one hand but he made up his mind. That he will never try to clear her and prove his innocence to her because for him, He's a culprit who didn't deserve her ever. 

"I think you guys have to let it go." - Shivaay said when he realized om and David tried to call her back from the number he got the call from her. They were confused. 

"What did you say?" - Om asked him confusingly. 

"I think, This is it." - Shivaay replied while looking at the ceiling. 

"What?" - David asked. 

"I think it happened only to make me realize that i don't deserve her, Ever. Maybe I should stop right here." - Shivaay said Nobody could understand anything. But shivaay understood it clearly. 

"But shivaay." - Om started Before he could say the other word. Shivaay stopped him. 

"Please, leave me alone." - He asked them in a requesting tone. David and om went outside. They knew he was hurt and they thought it will better to leave him in his own space. The moment when he closed his eyes. His mind automatically recalls the moments when he was taken in the stretcher when his condition worse nearly three weeks before his death. He was jerking, But his eyes fixed on anika who was going through the same pain, Mentally. 

Parallelly, He recalls the moment which happened yesterday when he was jerking in fits. There was nobody. He thought he lost his chance of the new beginning. Even though everything was sorted and fine now, But he was alone, That few minutes, He felt like he has nobody of his own. But he didn't feel in the same way when he was struggling to live then because she was always there with him. 

For the first time, He badly wanted his past life back. It's okay to live short-term with true people than living the whole life with a bunch of fake people. He started to weep when he realized what he had missed in his life with his stupidity. And he didn't need any other chance for his mistake. Even it costs to live life alone with the fake world, He was ready to go with it. Out of sudden, The vision of anika sliding her veins with a knife came to his mind and he opened his eyes in a jerk. Over the next second, His phone was ringing which almost banged his ears. He attended. 

"Finally." - He heard anika's voice from the other hand in her normal tone. But he didn't have any words to say anything to her. He was stuck.

"Hello. Anika, Here." - She added. Tears escaped from his eyes, He couldn't speak any words. 

"Hello, Shivaay. Are you there?" - She again asked. For a moment, He felt his whole life back when she called his name. 

"Yeah, I am. Ani. Are you, Are you fine?"- He stammered when his heart pounding against his chest. 

"Yeah. I am in L.A." - She said in her calm tone. She's calm. He understood. He didn't feel any sort of betrayal in her tone but sounded relaxed. 

"Om said, When?" - He asked abruptly.

"Just before 8 hours." - She replied. He remained silent when he left with no ideas on how to continue it.

"Are you alright? Why you're sounding so low?"-  She spattered him with back to back questions when she finally caught his condition in his tone. He had no idea whether to be happy or sad. He was stuck in the middle. 

"No. I am fine. It's just the weather." - He matched it up in the very next second. 

"Oh, Okay. Shall we meet?" - She asked. He didn't expect this from her. She wanted to meet him even after knowing everything. This time, The guilt hanged him. He was not ready to meet her eyes even after witnessing everything. 

"Sure. I will pick you up." - The words came out of his control. 

"Okay, I will message you the address. Wait, You're fine, Right." - She asked him. 

"Yeah, Yeah. I am fine." - He replied in a confident tone. But in reality, He wasn't doing so well. 

"Okay, I will get ready, Are you sure you're fine?" - She said. He tried to raise his tone to show her he's fine but it failed. Usually, He was the one to rest the call first but this time, He didn't even dare to end the call. Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized she still wanted to talk after knowing everything. Does He Deserve Her?

Shivaay stayed silent when om and David asked with whom he was talking to. The problem with shivaay was, He couldn't deny her and at the same time, He couldn't go and meet her like everything was normal.

Anika got ready in a few minutes And waited for him looking at the gate from her room balcony for the past three hours. Her friends who waited like her patiently lost their patience. The time was about to tick eight in the night. The calmness in Anika's face faded away in the passing second. She tried to call him but her left-out self-respect stopped her. She wanted to make everything normal. She needed him back. But with his behaviour, She was very hurt. 

"Ani. chal. Let's go somewhere." - Kalpana who got ready held her hand up. But she was not ready to move from the place. 

"Ani. Listen. Let's go na, Yaar. Already my dad betrayed me, Please you don't be a spoilsport." - Gauri asked her while turning her to her. Her eyes were welled up. It didn't take a second for anika to hug her two friends. Her sobs were silent.

"Ani. I know, You deserve to talk to him. We understand. He wasn't supposed to walk-away like this." - Anika tried to break the hug to argue. Kalpana and Gauri didn't leave her. "Okay, You deserve to know what happened. And as friends, we would make sure that happens. That guy has to speak up. Okay. Now wipe off your tears and come with us. We three spent our lifelong pocket money for this trip, We deserve to enjoy at least a bit." Anika had to say 'yes'. But she wasn't ready to go anywhere.  

"Ain't I looking like an Indian Kardashian?" - Gauri asked while flawing her leather jacket which covered her black tank top and black shorts along with her long black boots. 

"Wait, I will click a picture and send it to your mom. She will say whether you looking like an Indian Kardashian?" - Kalpana said while clicking her picture. 

"No, You can't. Kalpi. Stop." - Gauri ran behind Kalpana and tried to stop her from sending it to her mom. Because she knew, If she sends that, Her mom will fail to take the next flight to L.A with the broomstick. 

"Kalp, Gau. Stop playing like kids. Forget we are paying guests here." - Anika stopped them both. 

"But Ani please ask her not to do this." - Gauri asked her. 

"Gau. Listen. I know you're thinking that you are killing in this Black-Black Look. But you're not. No offense, But you're looking like somebody's second version. Be you, Bae." - Anika said while cupping her face by controlling her laugher. But hearing that, Kalpana couldn't able to control her laughter. She busted off.  Gauri glared at her. 

"Kalp, Stop laughing. And gau, Please change." - Anika said while giving her blue jeans which give justice to the black tank top. Heaving out her hesitation, She changed. And all the three were ready to go where anika tried to an extent by not thinking about something else. But wherever mind evolves, She can't stop her mind from revolving around the same path. And she tried to make up her mind, Which didn't work to an extent. 

Austin accompanied them as they were new to the city, Up to her surprise, Micheal, Gauri's father's friend wasn't that strict like she thought who was ready to make up stories to her father for them. When he asked them to enjoy as much they could, Gauri's Jaw dropped as she didn't hear those precious words in her 20 years of life. 

"I am feeling like crying, Shall i cry?" - Gauri asked Anika who walked in her left side. 

"I didn't see any Dramebaaz like you ever in my life." - Anika said and intertwined her arm with her and walked out. Anika prepared herself Because it was her friends who worked hard with her for no purpose to get that internship. And she won't behave like a spoilsport and mess up their mind. Anika masked a fake happy face and stayed with them. They chose to walk rather than roaming in the car. But they gave up after walking some distance. Austin took a taxi and they started to roam. 

It was Kalpana who noticed him first inside the restaurant in the moving car. Without thinking for a while, She nudged anika who sat next to her. Her heartbeat stops beating for a while but she didn't fail to stop the car and rushed to the other side of the road. The temperature was freezing even couldn't stop herself from reaching him. She almost stumped the glass door which got the attention of all the people who present there including shivaay who was blown off looking at her at that urge. Her eyes were burning in rage when she moved towards him. But she wasn't ready to see his face.

"Come with me." - She held his hand without meeting his eyes and went out. David and Om who was sitting opposite to him left with no words. Shivaay didn't deny But went with her. She left his hand when they moved away from the restaurant. She couldn't hold her tears for a long time. Tears escaped. He was spellbound till then. But when he saw her tears, He didn't stay silent. He held her hand which held his hand for a while with all claims. 

"Ani. Stop." - He asked while stopping her from walking ahead holding her hand. 

"What now?" - She asked without looking at his face. Tears crossed her eyes uncontrollably. 

"I. Just. I don't know." - Words started to stammer. He had no idea how to explain everything to her. 

"I crossed almost 8000 miles. Now tell me, What did you want to say." - She asked him. 

"I. Know. But." - The vocabularies he learned from the moment he born left him alone. Either he could match her eyelids, or say anything. 

"I have waited for your calls like a mad for the past two days." - She said. 

"Ani. Please." - He stopped, His brain stopped working. 

"That's it? You didn't even own me an explanation." - She asked him. He didn't know what to say. Tears crossed her eyes. His heartache when he saw her crying for him. He finally realized, She deserves the best and that best would be something she loves wholeheartedly. She released his hand and moved ahead. But this time, He understood his purpose of this another chance. He held her hand, pulled her close to him, and locked her by holding her waist tighter.

"I don't know what happened to me?" - He said, Looking at her chin. Her trembling lips find it's the way towards his lips. She initiated it. He was stuck but his lips moved in sync which exploded the way towards their destiny. 

"I don't deserve you." - He said breaking the kiss. 

"I deserve the happily-ever-after life with the person I love to an extent. And In this life, I can't love anyone more than you." - She whispered while leaning her forehead to his forehead. He couldn't help himself from breaking down. He made his mind, He was dead even his heart beats. But with her words, She made him realize, whatever happens, She will be right there next to him, Holding his hands, Till the last breath. He wanted to prove his love in this second chance least knowing nobody can love him like her. 

"You deserve everything in the world." - He said and initiated the kiss again. And this time he scooped her to his waist and kissed her. Her hands were cupping his face. He always wanted to scoop her in his arms but when it's happening, They didn't realize they were in the middle of pavement and people were crossing them with a smiley face.
