Here we see you and Kendyl heading to Provisional Site-31 in a truck in Kazakhstan and by the time you get there you see Dr. Buck and Dr. Collingwood.

(Y/N): "Man, that was a lot of driving here."

You then get out of the truck you followed Dr. Buck and Dr. Collingwood.

(Y/N): "I heard it's a robot but what kind is it?"

Dr. Buck: "You'll see."

You and the girls then arrive at an observation window and you see SCP-2406 aka The Colossus.

(Y/N): "Woah, that is a big robot."

Dr. Buck: "Indeed, it stands 93 meters in height and weighs 210 tonnes."

Dr. Collingwood: "SCP-2406 was discovered on August 7th in the year 1985 in the Aralkum Desert that was formerly the eastern basin of the Aral Sea."

Dr. Buck: "It's composed of 75 to 80% copper, 15 to 20% zinc, and smaller percentages of nickel, lead, and iron for it's bronze appearance and the Aegean numeral for 9 makes the SCP not unique."

(Y/N): "There were more of these things?"

Dr. Collingwood: "Well yes but right now this is the only one we found to date."

(Y/N): "How does this thing operate?"

Dr. Buck: "It's limbs are controlled through the application of pneumatics, hydraulics, and clockwork."

Dr. Collingwood: "And it has a nuclear reactor."

(Y/N): "Wait, how old is this thing?"

Dr. Buck: "The 6 human skeletal remains that we removed from SCP-2406 have been carbon dated since deaths happened at 1200 to 1000 BCE."

(Y/N): "Woah that long ago."

Dr. Collingwood: "It's equipped with a nozzle attached to a 20800 liter tank, it's empty but we run trances of pine resin, naphtha, quicklime, calcium phosphide, and sulfur in the tank's interior. The pilots wore armor that is Mycenaean in design and is composed of a material never used in ancient warfare, it has a lead copper alloy with an inner lining composed of asbestos fabric and the helmet covers the head with a green tinted glass visor over the face. Tubes constructed from goat intestines, fed outside air directly into the mouths of the pilots and the valve and has tubes that can dispense water into the mouths and the expulsion of urine."

(Y/N): "Does this thing still work?"

Dr. Buck: "It is disabled but hypothetically repairable and it has evidence of combat damage."

(Y/N): "Oh, I thought those spines were for show."

Dr. Collingwood: "The head, torso, and left leg have been impaled with organic spines, they're chitinous and despite the similarities to coral it contains DNA, some indentations around the torso suggests that they are made from a large, flexible, and prehensile appendage."

Dr. Buck: "And we thought it was natural corrosion but SCP-2406's outer layer was damaged by a strong acidic substance."

(Y/N): "So it was fighting something that shot acid and spines all over? So anything else?"

Dr. Collingwood: "There's evidence to suggest that the reactor core melted through the posterior torso and penetrated the Earth and continues to burn at more than 1200 degrees celsius and it's estimated to be located at approximately 820 meters below the surface. We hypothesized that the reactor to have functioned in a manner similar to natural nuclear fission reactors that deviates from modern design."

(Y/N): "Man whoever made this has to be aware of nuclear power and try to mimic the process. So who made these things?"

Dr. Buck: "Follow us."

You follow Dr. Buck and Dr. Collingwood to an office and you see Dr. Buck pull out two cylinders and pulls out two scrolls from the cylinders.

Dr. Buck: "We found these in the Colossus."

Dr. Collingwood: "And it took us 10 years to decipher it."

(Y/N): *Reads the scrolls*"The Colossi were constructed in Her Schema.The Colossi were constructed to [defend/secure/contain?]. The Enemy: Grand Karcist Ion. Betrayer of Man. Destroyer of Progress. Dr. Buck: "It's religious in nature and it's a variation of The Book of pieces Chapter 12 from the Followers of Mekhane."

(Y/N): "Followers of Mekhane? Like the Church of the Broken God."

Dr. Buck: "Yes, the Followers of Mekhane are a precursor to the modern Church of the Broken God."

(Y/N): "Woah, that's trippy. Hey if the Colossus was fighting something back in its prime then what happened to its left arm?"

Dr. Collingwood: "You mean SCP-2406-1? It was uncovered 32 km from the main body."

Dr. Buck: "It was severed from the main body and thrown at that distance and we don't know the function of the device on the arm has an unknown function and it has an non terrestrial origin. The apparatus is foreign to the Foundation's knowledge. It warps space time in its vicinity and kant counters have registered 30 humes in relation to its surrounding environment."

Dr. Collingwood: "But there is no observable effect on reality, it could be a weapon made to damage local reality."

(Y/N): "So wait a second, these guys made tech that is way ahead of its time?"

Dr. Buck: "Yes, the reason why we brought you to the Colossus is to show you how advanced the Church of the Broken God is both it's precursor and it's modern eras and to teach you about the battle that is between Sarkisim and the Church of the Broken God."

(Y/N): "So why do they hate each other so much?"

Dr. Collingwood: "Their gods Yaldaboath and Mekhane have created humanity. Yaodabalth gave us our flesh and instinct, Mekhane gave us our intellect and tools. Mekhane gave us a lot of advancements in technology but Yaodaboath doesn't like it cause they want us to be fleshy and monstrous and infected with diseases. So that's why Mekhane has to sacrifice himself to seal away Yaldaboath, but their followers continue the battle between flesh and technology."

(Y/N): "I get it."

Dr. Buck: "You do?"

(Y/N): "They're like siblings and in a way I understand what they're going through cause me and Kendyl tried to do the same thing with Gary, but he killed our parents after trying to get him in prisoned but he did so himself by forcing me and Kendyl into hiding."

Dr. Buck: "Yes, I suppose you can say that."

(Y/N): "So that would mean, I have a lot in common with Mekhane."

Dr. Buck: "I guess so."

(Y/N): "Should we tell the Church about The Colossus? Maybe we can surprise them?"

Dr. Collingwood: "No sorry (Y/N), we have certain SCPs that are parts of Mekhane that we have to keep contained. You understand right?"

(Y/N): "I understand, I just want to help the Colossus."

Dr. Buck: "You know it's not sentient right?"

(Y/N): "I know, but just because there's a million other ones, doesn't mean it's a 1 of a million. Fixing up the Colossus is like fixing an old car. Just give it some love and it will be brand new again."

Dr. Buck: "Well right now we are studying it."

(Y/N): "Well it's the thought that counts."

You then head out of the room as Dr. Buck and Dr. Collingwood turn to each other.

Dr. Buck: "You think the O5 would be paranoid enough to label (Y/N) as an SCP? Even after what they have done."

Dr. Collingwood: "Well the O5 Council has a new member. But after seeing that Roger was a Level 4 personnel, there's no telling what Gary's moles are capable of."

Dr. Buck: "If what you say is true then......"

Dr. Collingwood: "One of his moles is an O5."

Dr. Buck: "Let's hope that's not the case, for now let's focus on his training."

Dr. Collingwood: "What will you be assigning (Y/N) now?"

Dr. Buck: "I would be introducing (Y/N) to an SCP that is about the Garfield comic strip."
