Here we see you and Kim and Kim was wearing a researcher uniform heading to a holding area and you are carrying around a large bag of M&Ms as Kim was a bit confused.

Kim: "What's with the M&Ms?"

(Y/N): "You'll see."

When you open the door to a holding pen Kim then sees an orange blob of goo and it sees you and Kim and gurgles in happiness.

(Y/N): "Kim Possible, meet SCP-999 aka the Tickle Monster."

Kim: "So what does it eat?"

(Y/N): "Mostly candy."

You then pour the bag of M&Ms into 999's bowl as we see 999 eat the M&Ms. Kim then sits on a chair and looks at 999 eating the sweets.

Kim: "So what does this SCP do?"

(Y/N): "Try touching him and see and find out."

Kim then touches SCP-999 and then she feels really happy suddenly.

Kim: "Wow I feel so happy all of sudden."

(Y/N): "That's 999 for ya, you experience mild euphoria if you touch him and the longer you expose yourself to 999 the more it intensifies."

We then see SCP-999 hug Kim's leg as Kim feels more joy in herself.

Kim: *giggles*"Aren't you adorable."

Kim then opens a can of soda as she then sees SCP-999 gurgles and wants her soda.

Kim: "Alright little guy."*gives the soda to 999*"Here you go."

SCP-999 then drinks the soda and then starts bouncing around uncontrollably as you and Kim then take cover.

(Y/N): "What did you do!?!"

Kim: "I just gave him some soda."

We then see 999 calm down after 30 minutes and then start to feel queasy.

(Y/N): "Well that stopped. He likes the soda flavor and sugar in the drink, but not the carbonation."

SCP-999 recovered and looked at Kim and then wrapped her into his body.

Kim: "Um, what's going on? It feels like I'm getting covered in peanut butter."*feels a tickling sensation*"Hahaha! Stop! Hahaha!"

(Y/N): "That's his favorite activity, tickle wrestling."

SCP-999 then stops tickling Kim and then gets off of her as Kim looks at 999.

Kim: "I can see why people like this little guy."

(Y/N): "He's so much of a joy to be around that he can cure a person's PTSD and or depression and give them a positive outlook on life. In fact he would actively find anyone who's down in the dumps."

We then see some guards come into the room and turn to you and Kim.

(Y/N): "What brings you two here?"

Guard: "SCP-999 is needed for cross testing with SCP-682."

(Y/N): "I'm not sure if 999 would like-"*sees SCP-999 gurgles and bounces with excitement*"Oh, someone wants to meet 682, okay little guy, let's go see him."

Kim: "Who's SCP-682?"

Sometime later, we see you and Kim are at an observation window and Kim sees SCP-682.

Kim: "That's SCP-682!?! 999 will get smushed!"

You both see 999 enter the chamber and look up at 692 and then gurgling in excitement.

SCP-682: *growling*"What is that?"

SCP-999 then jumps up and down like a dog as 682 looks at 999.

SCP-682: "Disgusting."

SCP-682 then steps on 999 with his own foot.

Kim: "Oh no, poor 999."

SCP-682: "Hmmm? What is this?"*chuckles a bit*"I....feel....good..."

You and Kim then see SCP-999 crawl up from SCP-682's toes all the way to 682's neck as we see SCP-682 laughing.

SCP-682: "Feel ... .so... .happy. Happy.....happy....happy..."*Bellowing laughter*"Stop! No tickling!"

SCP-682 then laughs and smacks his tail on the ground so hard that cracks begin to form on the ground and SCP-999 continues his tickle fight with 682.

(Y/N): "I think 999 likes the big lug."

SCP-682 then laughs so much that he wears himself out as we see 2 D-class trying to recover SCP-999. When the D-class removed 999. SCP-682 then wakes up and then he unleashes a powerful burst of energy into the air as many people then start laughing including Kim but not you and you see SCP-682 breach containment.

(Y/N): "Crud 682 breached containment!"

Sometime later, after 682 has been recontained, we see you and Kim at SCP-999's pen and both of you are recovering from the containment breach as we see SCP-999 jumping around like he wants to see SCP-682 again.

(Y/N): "I don't think we can handle another tickle fight between 999 and 682, sorry 999."

Kim: "(Y/N) we left the door open to 999's pen."

(Y/N): "Don't worry there are some SCPs like 999 that can roam around the foundation freely."

Kim: "Oh, so that means that he can go anywhere he wants?"

(Y/N): "Yep."

Kim: "Great, so what SCP are we gonna do next?"
