Here we see you and the others in a jeep on the way to the Quarantine zone containing SCP-610 where you were looking over the map of the quarantine zones.

Blitzo: "Okay what's the story on SCP-610?"

(Y/N): "SCP-610 is a contagious skin disease that has symptoms of rash, itching, and increased skin sensitivity. Within 3 hours the disease will cause blemishes that resemble scar tissue from the chest, arm areas, legs, and back within an additional hour. It will consume the victim within 5 hours. Exposure to higher temperatures will speed up the process and the contagion will spread and complete the infection with a recorded time of 5 minutes."

Millie: "What we're coming here better be worth it, I'm colder than my sister dumping 666 succubi on a cold night in hell. And my sister was the only one who paid for their meals."

Moxxie: "Why would she do that?"

Millie: "Because all of those succubi found out that she is more hung than a box full of horses. She hates it when someone makes the lady pay the bill."

Moxie: *remembers Chaz*"Oh right, Chaz always stuck me with the bill and so does Blitz!"

Blitzo: "That's different Moxie, cause I always forget my wallet on dinner dates."

Verosika and Millie: "Ugh don't remind me."

Blitzo: "Guess there are people who fucks our wallets more than our asses."

Moxxie: "Anyways, what else should we know about SCP-610?"

(Y/N): "Well the contagion makes the body cease all life functions within an estimated 3 minutes and restart 2 to 3 times the activity rate of a normal human. The scar tissue on the victims-"

Blitzo: "Blah, blah turns into giant flesh monsters, let's get this job on the road. We're burning daylight, people."

(Y/N): "Actually they form settlements like a society of monstrous flesh monsters."

Blitzo: "What?"

Verosika: "It means they're a peaceful society of monsters of flesh, Blitz."

Blitzo: "Oh."

(Y/N): "Anyways let's get in, we just need a sample. We don't need an outbreak of SCP-610. Just one sample will do."

We see you and the others sneak into the quarantine and we see the group keeping an eye out for any guards that could be there.

Blitzo: "Okay so this place doesn't have any guards."

Millie: "Y'all remember last time when it was this quiet, right?"

Blitzo: "That was a bunch of monster dogs playing ventriloquist, this is a mutating skin disease."*to you*"By the way, are unicorns real and can I have one?"

(Y/N): "Oh yeah there's SCP-4714, it's a plush toy made by Dr. Wondertainment that takes little girls to a stable in Kentucky."

Blitzo: "Hell yeah! How many Unicorns are there?!"

(Y/N): "There's none cause a group of interest called Ambrose Restaurants took them all and made a profit off of Unicorn meat."

Blitzo: "Fuck! Nooo...! CURSE YOU AMBROSE RESTURANTSSSSSSS!!!!!"

Blitzo's screams was so loud that they went beyond time and space as we see the Scarlet King hearing a faint sound from Blitzo.

Scarlet King: "Huh? Did someone say something?"

Verosika: *whispers to Blitzo* "You're still on the horse thing?"

(Y/N): "Will you keep your voices down we need to be-"

Before you finish your thought, we see several guards hand you a sample of SCP-610.

Blitzo: "Well fuck not even a shit length of time and we got what we came here for."

(Y/N): "Why are you handing me this? I defected from the Foundation on the count of Mandy turning me and my sister into SCPs."

Guard 1: "We just couldn't take it with her anymore. She punished those who displeased her by using SCPs that we work so hard to contain as tools of execution with SCP-610 as one of them. They sent guards and researchers out into the quarantine zones that contain SCP-610, feed field agents to SCP-682, have Dr. Bright being tortured for all of eternity by SCP-106, force people to look into the face of SCP-096, she is giving people punishments that are made to be either a death that is more painful than anything on Earth or a fate worse than death. You could've been the new Administrator and yet you stepped down, why did you step down?"

(Y/N): "Because I don't want all that power going into my head, like it did to Mandy, among other Administrators and O5 Council members. My skills are more suited on the field rather than at a meeting table with 12 other people in the room."

Guard 2: "We understand."

You and the others then see that most of the guards were infected with SCP-610.

(Y/N): "My god..."

Verosika: "Fuck, keep your hands away from me."

Guard 3: "Mandy has cracked the heat in this site to make the infection spread in a few minutes, everyone but you are now infected with SCP-610. And replacements are on the way to burn away the infected individuals."

Blitzo: "Yeah he's right, this place feels like an oven."

The guards then transform into monsters as you and the others see the final stages of the 610 infection process as the Imp crew pull out flamethrowers and shoot fire at the 610 infectees.

Blitzo: "Kill em with fire! That's the rash and we're the skin lotion mother fuckers!"

The imp crew continued to burn the 610 infectees until they were all ash.

Millie: "Is that all of them?"

(Y/N): "That's just 10 guards, the rest of them must be in the containment zones."

Moxie: "Then there's no time to waste."

We then see you and the others make their way to the exit until you encounter more of the SCP-610 infectees and then you all see Mandy in a hazmat suit holding the now repaired Sword of Lucifer and you see that the heat of the sword is accelerating the SCP-610 infection on the infectees.

Blitzo: "Aw shit, I forgot the skin lotion."

Millie: "Kid this isn't secure, contain, or protect. This is abuse, abuse, and abuse."

Mandy: "All of this is not containment, it's about power and all of you were too afraid to use it for your own benefit. These aren't anomalies, these are symbols of power waiting to be grabbed."

(Y/N): "Is this what you want? Power?!"*pulls out a flamethrower*"I won't let you hurt anyone else!"

You then fire the flamethrower at the 610 infectees and then shoot it at Mandy as she blocks the flames with the sword and Blitzo sees Mandy was about to stab him as we see Blitzo dodge the sword stab.

Blitzo: "Satan's ass crack!!! Watch where you're swinging that thing!"

Mandy tried to kill Verosika but you blocked her sword swing with the Spear of the Non-Believer and kicked Mandy away as she was surprised that you have the Spear of the Non-Believer.

Verosika: "Would it be weird to say that a near death experience made me horny?"

Blitzo: "God damn it woman there's more to life than sex!"

Millie: "Like what?"

Blitzo: *pulls out a giant rocket launcher*"Like this thing mother fucker!!!!!"

Blitzo then fires the rocket launcher at Mandy as everyone then makes a run for it out as it hits Mandy and it turns out it was a robot of hers and you grab the sword and you all make your escape. Later, at a meeting with the Groups of Interest, we see Lucifer hugging his sword tightly because he missed his sword and he's crying tears of joy.

Lucifer: "Yes! Fuck yes! My sword is back! And in one piece!!!"

Lilith: *pats Lucifer on the head*"Glad you are happy to be reunited with your sword."

Verosika: "Well, that was something, is that a little bit easy."

Tucker: "I'm pretty sure her management skills were so bad that her own lackeys turned against her by giving us the sample of 610."

(Y/N): "We only fought a robot double of Mandy, the real one must be somewhere else."

Grim: "She must be using magic to turn herself into a human worm hybrid to become immortal so that she can be unstoppable."

Alastor: "And how do you know about this my good sir?"

Grim: "I can sense it, plus I've seen the future with my orb just for fun and now it has become serious. But the orb didn't take (Y/N) to a count no matter how many times Mandy watched it. She has the orb and she can't see how she can beat you (Y/N)."

Caboose: "Maybe she became so bad that people in charge of time doesn't want her to win."

When Caboose said that, everyone in the room was shocked about the one advantage they have which is you.

Tucker: "Holy shit....."

Verosika: "Is he right?"

Tucker: "It all makes sense!"

Simmons: "According to Psychology, Autism can give a person unpredictable behaviors and personality."

Grif: "So our best weapon against Mandy the Merciless is not just a spear, but the guy holding the spear who has autism?"

(Y/N): "Sounds like I was made for this."

Sarge: "But we can't just go in there guns blazing, no matter how much I want to."

Tucker: "Yeah, and how the hell are we supposed to kill a little girl?" *Realize* "Wow, that sounded a lot more fucked up when I say out loud."

Church: "How about a human/worm hybrid who is immortal?"

Tucker: "Much better."

(Y/N): "Well the Spear of the Non-Believer can kill anything or anyone especially gods."

Church: "Including a li- err human/worm thing with Immortality?"

(Y/N): "That's right. First we need a plan to get in close for me to use the Spear on Mandy. But we need all the help we can get from the Foundation's SCPs that are contained."

We later see you and the others at multiple containment sites and you all see containment cells for SCPs and we see freeing SCP-106, 682, 3288, 3199, 1048, Able and more. We see you going over the plan with everyone.

(Y/N): "Alright, I went through the books of the Wanderer's Library to make people unable to see certain things, right now we are all unable to see SCP-096's face, it will be blurred out enough for us to fight alongside 096 without him attacking us. But right now she has every MTF surrounding her location, we need to attack her base from all sides and take out the MTF soldiers and we can breach into the site. While all of her forces are busy with you guys, I'll take a small team to infiltrate the base and take her down ourselves. Dismiss everyone, you all know the plan."

We later see every MTF team outside of Mandy's base and they were wearing shock collars so that they won't disobey her as they see the GOC, Chaos Insurgency, Horizon Initiative, Sarkic Cults, and many other GOIs and SCPs charging at the base and we see a battle going on. Meanwhile inside the base, we see you and the Reds and Blues, Hazbin Crew, IMP Crew, Grim, and Verosika in the base heading to where the ritual is and you all see that the ritual is done and you all see Mandy now an immortal human/worm hybrid monster now.

Tucker: *Whispers* "Fuck, she's a monster inside and out."

Mandy: "None of you can stop me now."

Alastor: "I beg the differ my dear."

We then see everyone fight off Mandy and we see you pull out the Spear of the Non-Believer and you are ready to deal the killing blow. We then see Mandy knock back everyone and we see you use the power of Quicksilver to run up to Mandy and stab her through the heart as she begins to glow bright light and she has realized that she has lost her future.

Mandy: "If I'm going down!"*grabs onto you*"I'm taking you with me!!!"

Mandy grabs onto you and then she explodes into a million pieces as everyone was knocked back by the explosion. Everyone sees that you didn't survive the blast and the only thing that survived is your Toy gun that shoots real bullets.

Verosika: "(Y/N)!!!!!"

Meanwhile with you, we see you fall from the sky and you land head first into a forest and then you hit your head hard on a rock. By the time you wake up, you get the worst sense of amnesia and you get up and you look around.

???: "Where am I?"*looks at a reflection of himself*"Who am I?"

He then heads into the forest and you find some fruit with clocks on it and then time reverses itself all the way back to the earliest days of the world. By the time it was done, you see a purple lamb and a golden fawn doing some work and they see you.

Lamb: "Who are you stranger?"

???: "I don't know my name anymore, I'm not sure I had a name."

Fawn: "Perhaps we can call you the Nameless Nomad."

N. Nomad: "Yeah, that suits me."
