When the author says things like "I know this book is terrible" or "You guys are totally lying, this book is shit, I don't even know why you read it."

Like, it's obvious they're fishing for compliments.

I get it if  you say that in a certain chapter you were rushed in writing it, we all have those days. But continually saying it on every single damn post; it just gets annoying.
