I have been on pintrest too long- anyway heres a writing prompt

The villain has just kidnapped the protagonist and has them locked in a room. After about 2 weeks they go "i thought you said your friends were going to save you?" And the protagonist feeling a little betrayed goes "gee i thought so too but" makes a show if looking around "i don't see them here do you?" And the villain just walks out with "i guess you're alone then"
