Armin's P.O.V

I walked deeper into the woods watching my back making sure no one will sneak up on me. This is the only place he would be since he is wanted and this woods goes on for a long time.

I kept walking deeper and deeper still my swords in my hands, "Jacob!" I called out for him. I stopped and try to here for a response but heard nothing.

Where are you, you coward. You better not be anywhere near annie. If you are your not leaving here alive.

I then heard bushes near by move around and raise my swords ready. I heard a faint chuckle and that bastard stepped. He had his own gear on and his swords out, "How about a little duel!" He said rushing at me with his sword. I quickly blocked and jumped back.

I might not match him in strength but I can match him out in intelligence easily. Jacob lunged at me slashing his sword but I blocked it with my swords and stumbled back.

He then smirked and pulled his gun out and pointed it at me. I froze in my spot looking at the gun. "Goodbye armin" he laughed and pulled the trigger. I shut my eyes tightly waiting for the hit but it never came.

I opened my eyes and noticed a smaller girl standing in front of me then she fell to the ground. I looked at Jacob and his eyes widen. I looked down at the girl and realized it was...Annie. "Annie!" I yelled and fell to my knees picking her up. She smiled and placed her hand on my cheek. "Hey armin." Tears formed in my eyes...Annie.

I moved her hand and the bullet hit her in her abdomen. It was bleeding a lot and I knew if it kept bleeding then she would die. I quickly took off my jacket and ripped a piece out of it and put it to her wound. She stopped me and I looked at her with tears in my eyes, "Annie.."

She smiled softly, "I'm okay..." she said softly slowly closing her eyes. I then heard footsteps running this way looked up to see eren and Mikasa running to me and stopped short as they saw Annie. I growled and placed her down and stood up. "You bastard..." I said looking at Jacob who seemed too focused on annie. Mikasa and eren ran over to Annie and tried to stop the bleeding.

I ran towards Jacob slashing at him as hard as I could with my swords. He barely blocked it and he stumbled back. Ill make him pay. He can hurt me. Kill me. But not take her I thought and slashed at him again. He blocked it and that gave me a chance. I kneed him in the stomach making him grunt. I then kicked him down to the ground. "I won't let you live for what you did!" I yelled gripping my sword and stabbing it in his chest. He yelled in pain as I stabbed it deeper into his chest.

Blood came out of his mouth and I left the sword in his chest and ran back to eren and Mikasa who watched. They both we're shocked. Mikasa then looked at Annie, "She's going to be okay," she said and I sighed in relief. "Lets get her to hanji. Though." I nodded and picked her up gently in my arms.

~Time skip. Hours later ~

3rd p.o.v

Annie was laying on a bed with bandaged covering her stomach. Armin was sitting in a chair next to her bed holding her hand gently. They both heard the door open as Mikasa, eren, and hanji came in. "Armin, shes going to be okay." Eren said reasurring his best friend. Armin nodded, "Thanks you three...for everything" he said smiling at the three of them. "Armin, while checking Annie's wound I also figured something out." Hanji said. Armin looked confused as he saw Mikasa and eren smiling. "What?" He asked her. "Well, Annie...she's pregnant." Hanji said. Armin's eyes widen and the his mouth dropped open, "what?" He said still trying to process everything she has said. "Congratulations ARMIN," mikasa said. "I didn't know you had it in you buddy" eren said getting hit on the head by Mikasa. He then looked at Annie and smiled. "Why didn't you tell me.." he said and Annie opened her eyes slowly yawning. "W-what happened?" She asked confused and tried to sit up but a pain made her lay back down as she winced.

"Why didn't you tell me?!" Armin partially yelled at Annie and she was confused, "what?". "That you were pregnant!" She then blushed. "I didn't know till earlier today!" She said. Armin smiled and hugged her tightly, " I love you..." he said. Annie hugged him back and hid her face in his shirt, "I love you too armin"

Hanji, Eren, and Mikasa all smiled and they walked out of the room. They knew they should give them some privacy and alone time to themselves.
