3rd p.o.v

Annie walked into the room armin was working in for the new expedition. She sat in a chair next to him and sighed. "Something wrong annie?" he asked not removing his eyes from his paperwork.

"Armin what's your rank in the squad?" she said. Armin furrowed his eyebrows and looked at annie confused, "What?"

"Whats your rank?" she asked again more clearly. "Im almost a commander, I just need to go to a last meeting." armin said still confused.

Annie nodded and looked down, maybe jacob is right.... "Annie are you okay?" armin asked concerned. He grabbed her hand but annie pulled it from his grasp.

"Tell me whats wrong." he said taking both of her hands in his. Annie didnt say anything and removed them from his grasp again. She stood up and began to walk towards the door, "I need to talk to someone."

Armin stood up as well and followed her, "Who?" he asked. Annie sighed and didnt turn to look at him, "Jacob." Anger boiled up inside of armin, "Why would you talk to him!?"

"He talked to me about something..." annie said beginning to open door until armin grabbed her hand tightly, "About what?"

"He said your using me for your rank... And I kinda believe him," annie sighed. Armin clenched his fist, "And you believed him!? Annie I will never do that to you and you know it!" he yelled at her.

"How can I really know what your thinking?..... All in this matter you can be thinking of killing me since I'm a traitor. You can be thinking of how I'm a monster. .... How do I really know?" Annie said tearing up and looking down.

"A-annie.... I would never think of that." Armin began to cool down a bit but seemed like annie was unsure. "I need time to think about this." she said turning around.

"T-think? So your actually believing him?" Armin teared and felt like his heart is being ripped out. He couldn't believe Annie might actually think that he was doing this for himself.

That was a complete lie and Armin knew it. "Annie he is trying to seperate us... He is trying to take you away from me." he said grabbing her hand.

"I still need to think about this Armin," she said and went through the door and closed it behind her.

Armin P.O.V

I can't believe jacob will try something like this. No more pain and confusion. I wiped my tears away and opened the door. Im ending this now. I grabbed my gear and jacket and went outside slamming the door shut.
