Part 2: Watch
The Loud siblings groaned as the hot sun beat down on them without any mercy while the parent talked about all of the "fun" activities that they wanted to do. It was just another reason why this trip frustrated them to no end. Their parents just thought of this on their own and never bothered to ask for their opinions
"Great, we're out here in the middle of the woods with no way to contact anyone." Lori muttered softly. Don't get her wrong, it was nice to hang out with her family...however, losing any means of contact with anyone would only lead to disaster. She's heard the stories of horrible things happening to people in the woods. Animal attacks, injuries and drowning, eating the wrong things and so much more could happen to them. Sure, none of that has happened...yet, but that doesn't mean that it could happen eventually.
"I know right, but our parents are too stubborn to listen to reason. We just have to hope that nothing happens out here." Lana said. The others minus Rita and Lynn agreed quietly and kept walking with their parents. Unaware that a certain being has taken an interest in the entire family.
Meanwhile, Huntress was hunting for some more food when she had a strong feeling like the Entity would need her services for the night. Good. She needed to keep her skills in too shape in order not to displease the being who controls this very realm. She knew that she wasn't the only one who is working for the being (the number just keeps increasing so she hasn't bothered to talk to any of them yet), but she had to please it. Who knows maybe one day...her devotion towards the Entity would be rewarded in some way.
But who cares about that? Now, we had to prepare for the latest batch of people to come to her realm or a select realm that the Entity chooses when it gets bored seeing the same people play in the same place. Unaware that one of those people would change her life in more ways than one.
At the same time, the Louds have finally arrived at the camping site much to the delight of the Loud kids. They didn't dare to speak to their parents despite the numerous attempts from their parents in conversation. It was close to sundown so they spent some time setting up their tents and getting ready to eat. As they sat down near the fire...Lincoln felt like something bad will come their way. However, he shrugged that feeling off since the only danger here is the songs that his father and mother were singing.
If only he knew.
Hope you enjoyed the chapter...Bye 👋
