It was late and everyone was asleep on the bus. A lot of things were running through my mind.

What was I going to wear for the next set?

What did daddy think about this tour?

Lucas...

"Hey." a voice whispered from behind me. I turned to see Lucas in the corner with a somber look. "Can I sit with you?"

I nodded and pointed to a seat next to me. "I cant sleep. Anna, you and I both know that I did NOT make a move on that girl. She came on to me in all honesty. I love you babe and I could never do that to you or our baby."

I sighed and nodded. "I know Lucas. I was mad at the moment so you have to understand that. I know that you didnt touch her." I said looking at him. His face was inches from mine and I went in to kiss him. I loved this boy so much and we have such a great relationship and family. No one could come in between that.

"Im stressed." I said letting out a puff of air.

"Wardrobe trouble again?"

I lightly giggled. "Yea. And just things about my dad. I wanna make sure hes ok."

"Baby since when has your dad ever been not okay? He's a strong man and he knows how to get through a lot of things."

"I just want to make sure that he knows that he doesnt have to fight his battles alone. Im always on his side."

"He knows that babe, but you have to trust him enough that he knows and that he can handle things. I also know that he would not want you to be stressing. You guys have another gig tomorrow and you know if its just a outfit thing I can help." he said smiling.

I laughed. "What in the hell do you know about picking out my outfits?"

"Oh come on Anna. How long have I known you? I should know what you like by now. If not Im a bad boyfriend."

"This is true. Ok. What do you have in mind?" I asked chuckling.

"Mmmm...wait until tomorrow. I know the perfect outfit." he said smiling.

"Oh no."

"Anna!"

"Im kidding babe." I said laughing. He nudged me and we fell silent. "I love you Anna. You are truly an extraordinary person and I will support you in whatever you do. 

"I love you too Lucas. And I know that you will be there no matter what. But Ive always wondered something. What do you want to do? My dad told me you were considering college."

"I started taking online classes. I didn't want to tell you because you did say that you didn't really want to go to college just yet and focus more on your music."

"Lucas....you should've told me. Its ok. I don't want you to ever think you have to put your dreams on hold because of me."

"I don't. You don't ever make me feel that way."

I smiled and kissed him. "Whats your major?"

He laughed. "Law. I want to be a lawyer."

"You'd be the perfect lawyer. You love to read up on the law and you're very persuasive." I said with a look. He knew what I meant by that.

"Oh yea? Ive got my ways." He said with a smirk. I laughed and slapped his arm. "You tired?" he asked.

"Yea. Im pretty sleepy." I said laying down on the bunk. He cut off the light and laid next to me. "Tomorrow Anna Marie, you shall be dressed by the finest gentleman." he whispered. I giggled and closed my eyes.

Lucas....I love you.
