*Anna*

My dad opened the door for me and I hopped in next to my mom. We were on our way to Lucas's house so my mom and dad could meet them. I was extremely nervous. My mom looked at me and smiled.

"Oh honey everything is going to be ok. Im sure our family will get along with his family." my mom said smiling at me. My dad scoffed and turned on the car.

"His mom gets on my nerves sometimes. Shes such a whiner." 

"Michael! Now honey dont listen to your dad hes just talking mess again."

"Wait until we get there. Theyre gonna start talkin shit."

"Michael shut up and drive." my mom said laughing. He laughed and started to head to Lucas's house. After a 30 minute drive we were finally there and Lucas's mom was waving in the driveway. 

"Oh shit here we go." my dad said

"Manners" my mom said to my dad. We got out and his mom hugged me tight. "Oh Anna how are you sweetheart? Oh hello Michael and Mary. Come on in! I made red velvet cake!" she said dragging us in the house.

We got settled in and Lucas's dad came in. "Hello John." my dad said

"Likewise Michael. Mary." he said sitting down. John looked at me and drank a sip of his vodka. "Anna....I suppose tht you are going to keep this child right?"

My heart was beating extremely fast. I didnt know that I was going to be interviewed with questions such as these. "Yes sir. Lucas and I want to keep it."

"Lucas doesnt want it." he said nonchalantly putting his drink down,

"Yes he does. We spoke the other day and he said that he was going to help take care of it."

"Well you heard wrong. He doesnt have time to take care of a child. Hes too busy doing other things like school and sports."

"I knew it this was going to be some bullshit" my dad said upset. "Look dammit. We are not killing this child if thats what your suggesting. They both laid down and took this risk and they deserve to pay the consequenses." 

"I agree Michael. This unborn child doesnt deserve to lose its life." Kathy said

"Well I dont approve. Im sorry but if you have this child Lucas will be of no assistance to you."

"YES I WILL!" Lucas said appearing from the staircase. "Lucas get back to your room now!" John said. Lucas walked futher towards me. "We are keeping our baby. I made a move on her first but i couldnt help it because I love her. I wanna be with her and take care of our baby. I wanna take responsibility. And Mr. Jackson im sorry it turned out like this. You trusted me with Anna and I messed up but I wanna take care of our child and I wanna be with her." he paused and kneeled before me.

"Lucas what are you doing?" I said about to cry

"Anna you know I love you. Ive loved you since we were little playing in the treehouse. WWe made a mistske but that isnt gonna push me away from you. You know that I will support you in everything and Ill be by your side to the end. Theres no other girl for me. You make me complete. Will you marry me?"

Everyone gasped and his dad got up. "NOW THIS HAS GONE TOO FAR. LUCAS GET YOUR ASS UPSTAIRS NOW!"

"OH JOHN SHUT UP! LET THESE DAMN KIDS LIVE." his mom said shutting him up. My dad took off his glasses in shock and my mom smiled.

"I......I...."

"Anna...." Lucas said again

"I.....yes. YES!" I said jumping up. Lucas picked me up and spun me around. I was overjoyed and my mom and dad screamed in happiness. We all settled down and by then his dad left.

"Now Lucas....I know that we were on rocky terms the first time, but I see that you are taking responsibility for this child and you love my daughter. I will let you marry her but understand marriage is a big commitment. If you marry my daughter she is your one and only. Dont break her heart." my dad said sterny.

"I promise you sir. She is in good hands. You have my word." he said holding out his hand. Him and my dad shook hands and Kathy and my mom hugged me.

"Wheres dad?" Lucas asked

"Oh honey he left. He'll come around." Kathy said hugging him. Then Lucas looked at me and smiled. "I would kiss you now but your dad is right here." we both giggled.

"I love you Anna" he said holding my hand. I smiled and looked into his eyes.

"I love you too."
