Anna

After finding out all of the news no one spoke to me. My mom was too pissed and my dad pretended like he didnt have a daughter anymore. I was standing on the corner and suddenly Luc walked up.

"Thanks for coming."

"Are you kidding? I couldnt leave you out here. You're my girl."

"Well my family thinks Im a hot mess. And Id rather not go back to the house."

"You can stay with me and my mom."

"Wouldnt that be intruding?"

"You're apart of our family. I plan to spend the rest of my life with you. You and our baby."

"I want my family to accept us....and the fact that we have a baby on the way."

"They will. They just need time. I mean....its not something we should be proud of."

"I know Im not. But the life in my stomach will not be punished for my actions."

"I wasnt going to agree to abortion."

"I wasnt either. Lately my friends have been suggesting it."

"Thats because they're not in our shoes. Bad advice."

"Well im scared Lucas. I cant do this on my own. Ive heard about dead beats and the ones that just come and go."

"But I dont come and go. In fact I only came once. This is my first serious relationship. So we both didnt know what we were getting into. It was an accident and we just have to face what's in store for us."

"Thats not my problem. My problem is facing it alone. I dont want my dad to hate me forever."

"Babe your dad doesnt hate you."

"It feels like it."

"Look....he's a protective man. He was just trying to protect you from this."

"And I should've listened. I thought he was being too hard...but really he was looking out for me. I owe him an apology and much more."

"And he will accept it. He cant be mad forever babe. You're his only daughter."

*Later at the Jackson house*

Michael was in the bedroom with Mary laying down thinking about how they were going to accept the fact that Anna was having a child.

*Michael*

"You know what? This is my damn fault."

"Michael dont be so hard on yourself. Things happen."

"Appearently to our daughter. This is not what I was expecting."

"What's done is done. All we can do now is support her."

"Of course I will. But I want her to learn from her actions."

"Michael ignoring her is not making her learn. You need to talk to her. And tell her that she will have to take responsibility for this child. Her and Lucas."

"Lucas? He's just a boy. He wont do anything but work my daughter and leave her with the baby. I bet the mother wont cooroperate."

"I bet she will if I talk to her."

"Mary dont kill anyone."

"Maybe just a little."

Just then the doorbell rang. I got up and answered it. There Anna stood, looking at her me hoping I would forgive her.

"Can I come in?" she asked

"This is your house isnt it?" I said

She took the note and came in. I closed the door and took another look at her. She was growing up into a beautiful young lady. Of course she was always beautiful to me. I loved her. The same little girl that ran into my arms and called me daddy.

"Daddy Im sorry. I made a mistake. Yes I was being defiant....but because I thought you werent going to let me have some space. And it didnt seem like you trusted me either which made me even more angry. I know what I did and I want to take full responsibility for my actions. But please....I cant do this alone. I need you and mom's help. I really do."

Tears were streaming from her eyes and I couldnt help but shed some too. Of course I wasnt going to let her do this on her own. She was my babygirl.

I pulled her into a tight hug and told her it was going to be ok. Then I heard her say sorry again.

"There's no need for that sweetheart. I know you are. Im not angry with you. I love you." I said comforting her. She pulled away a little and looked at me.

"You still love me." she said surprisingly. I shook my head and giggled. 

"I never stopped."
