In the backseat of Sefa's car, his sons, Zion and Za'khi along with Kassandra, Andrea, Kaylea and Aalivia snacked on the snacks that Sefa brought them and played on their iPads.

Up front, Sefa rapped along to a song on the radio as he drove, while Fabiola gazed out the window, pondering how she'd been convinced into this family outing when they weren't even a real family.

On their last day together before Sefa has to leave town, Sefa interrupts Fabiola's thoughts, urging her to stop overthinking and enjoy their outing.

Fabiola glances at Sefa. "Where are we even going?" Fabiola asked Sefa.

"Somewhere exciting," Sefa answered.

Impatient by nature, Fabiola asked Sefa again where they were going; Sefa just chuckled, well aware of how she disliked uncertainty.

Sefa explains that he wanted to take the kids and Fabiola to Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park for the day, thinking it would be a fun weekend activity for them.

Fabiola smacked her lips. "I'm not even wearing a supportive bra to be doing all that jumping," She said with a pout. "You should have told me so I could have put on a better bra," She added.

Sefa laughed. "Let them be free," Sefa said.

Fabiola rolled her eyes playfully. "Oh, be quiet. I have to hold my chest now so I don't accidentally hit myself," Fabiola jokingly replied,

Sefa laughed even more loudly as he pulls into the parking lot of Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park. He parks the car and announces that they are here.

The kids look up from their iPads with audible excitement as they realized where they were.

"Come on," Sefa said, as they get out of the car.

The children race ahead to the entrance while Sefa and Fabiola stroll behind. Sefa reaches for Fabiola's hand and clasps it. Glancing down at their interlocked hands, Fabiola's lips curve into a faint smile.

"Let's go, family!" Kaylea screamed with excitement.

"Yay!" Aalivia cheered.

They enters the building, Sefa goes to the front desk and gets the jump tickets for everyone and special SkySocks.

"Come on, let's take selfies," Kassandra tells Andrea before pulling out her phone.

Sefa walks back and hands her a pair of SkySocks to put on. Fabiola sits down to put on a pair of SkySocks as she watches her daughter and goddaughter take selfies. But before she can slip them on herself, Sefa takes the socks from Fabiola's hand and helps put them on for her.

"I could've done it myself," Fabiola said.

"I wanted to do it," Sefa said.

Fabiola shakes her head but moves on to help Aalivia and Kaylea put on their socks, while Sefa assists his sons.

"Ready?" Sefa asked Fabiola.

Fabiola nodded. "Ready," Fabiola answered before taking off running.

For the next two hours, Fabiola awed Sefa and the kids with her advanced aerobic moves, effortlessly tumbling, jumping, and somersaulting through the air.

While the children tried to keep pace with her, they were simply no match for Fabiola's killer skill.

Sefa pulled into Fabiola's driveway and turned off the engine. When he reached the front door, he rang the doorbell several times, and then knocked loudly.

Fabiola opened the door, looking puzzled to see Sefa there, as he had just dropped her and the kids off two hours before.

As she let him into the house, Fabiola asked Sefa, "What are you doing here? Did you forget something?" Fabiola watched him shake his head no.

"I realized I haven't taken you out on a date yet," Sefa answered.

Fabiola snorted in response. "You could do that the next time you're back in town, Sefa," She told him.

"I want to do it now," He told her.

Fabiola blinked in surprise, taken aback by his sudden entreaty. "Now?" She asked.

"Now, let's go," He replied.

Fabiola sighed as she pretended to think about going out with Sefa. "I don't know," She said.

Sefa smacked his lips. "Man, don't make me drag you out of this house," Sefa said.

Fabiola chuckled. "Boy! I wish you would but fine, at least let me get changed into something better," Fabiola said.

"Five minutes," Sefa said.

Looking puzzled, Fabiola asked Sefa, "Is Josh out with Aubrey?" Noticing the similar backgrounds in Aubrey and Joshua's Instagram stories, Fabiola wondered if the two were together.

Sefa chuckled. "Yeah, he said he was going to take her up on her offer," Sefa answered.

Fabiola smiled, exclaiming, "Oh my God! Let me text her really quick and--" but she stopped abruptly and gasped as Sefa snatched the phone from her hands.

"Okay, I let you take pictures and check Instagram but you're not about to be texting anyone else while we're together," Sefa said, putting her phone in his pocket.

Fabiola pouted. "I just wanted to remind her to use protection," Fabiola said.

"Do you see her texting you to remind you to use protection?" Sefa asked Fabiola.

"She doesn't have to text me that because I ain't having sex tonight," Fabiola replied.

Instead of saying anything, Sefa pulls her close, nips her ear playfully to make her laugh, hums softly when hugging her, and breathes her in deeply.

"I missed you, I'm happy you're giving me another chance," Sefa whispered in her ear.

Fabiola smiled. "Me too," Fabiola said.

Admitting her feelings aloud made Fabiola's heart skip a beat. She was giving Sefa another chance—a real opportunity this time, without evasion or ambiguity. She had missed him deeply, and she felt a sense of happiness to reunite with him.

Sefa smiled as he pressed his forehead to hers, trying to draw her even closer though there was no space left between them. He felt an overwhelming need to be as near to her as possible.

Giggling, Fabiola nuzzled her nose against his and said, "There's no more room, stop pulling on me," as she rested her hands on his chest.

Sefa chuckled and said, "I can't help it. I'm so happy right now that I want you close to me - I don't want you out of my arms," Sefa squeezed her thigh.

Fabiola gently patted his firm chest and pushed back, resisting as he tried to pull her close again. "I think I know how happy you are," She said, feeling him growing aroused beneath her.

Their gazes meet and hold, eyes locked.

"Don't worry," He said, his eyes reflecting a mix of yearning and understanding, "I'm on my best behavior tonight. I know you're not ready for that," He added.

His words prompted her to take his face between her hands, peppering his face with as many kisses as she could manage until she could hear him chuckle, squeezing her tight for a final embrace.

"You're making it hard to leave tomorrow morning," He said.

Fabiola bit her lip, hesitating before speaking. She wanted to ask him to stay with her, but didn't want him to feel pressured. They both needed to be cautious during this uncertain time.

"Let's just enjoy our last night together," She said.

"Uce, we're here," Jon said as they arrived to the airport.

Sefa was startled out of his daydream. Turning from the window, he met Jon's curious gaze in the rearview mirror. "Sorry, I was lost in thought," Sefa said, sitting up straight and clearing his throat.

Jon teased his younger brother, saying, "Fabiola, you looked on the verge of tears when you had to leave this morning," Jon smiled.

Sefa dragged a hand across his face and exhaled before saying, "I didn't expect to feel this strongly since we're just starting out as a couple again and want to take things slowly," Sefa looked out the window again.

"Sefa, that's how you know she's the one, you can't live without her, you're thinking about her all the time," Jon said.

"I know she's the one but does she know I'm the one for her?" Sefa asked.

"You gotta give her time, you broke her heart and lied to her about why you broke up with her, but I think she knows you're the one, or else she wouldn't have given you a second chance," Jon explained.

Though Sefa appeared calm on the outside, he was a nervous wreck inside as he reflected on his conversation with Fabiola the night before. He yearned to resume his relationship with her where they'd left off, but he knew he was rushing things; they had both changed considerably since their breakup, and he couldn't expect her to let her guard down so easily. Winning back her trust would require great effort on his part.

"Just go at her pace, uce, I know you're eager but keep in mind that you guys aren't the same people anymore, what she allowed in the past ain't what she's gonna allow now," Jon said.

Sefa rolled his eyes. "Since when you were this wise?" Sefa asked.

Jon chuckled. "Hey, I can be wise when I want to be," Jon answered.

"Thanks for the advice," Sefa said.

"No problem, you know I'm always here for you, baby brother," Jon said.
