Your p.o.v

Here you were, you finally made it. You had finally made it to the Olympics. You had been training like crazy for the past two years out of high school. You were lucky enough to get scouted and invited to compete in the games. You felt extremely lucky. You might even see your friend Rin, you knew he is competing too.

You had a few hours before the matches actually started, but you decided to start practicing anyway.

You were walking to a lane when you accidentally ran into someone.

"Sorry" you said, looking up at the guy you ran into

"Oh it's fi- wait, F/N?" The guy looked at you with wide eyes

"In the flesh, I missed you Rin!"

He hugged you "what are you competing in?"

"Oh come on, you know I swim freestyle" you say, chuckling

"Yeah, I know. I just wanted to be sure" he smiled

"Well, I have to go practice. See you later, Rin!" You said, walking away happily

You found a lane in the pool to practice in, finally. The lane next to it was open too, but whatever.

You were practicing for about 20 minutes before you heard a splash in the water next to you. A guy that looked about your age with black hair and blue eyes jumped into the lane next to you. You decided to just ignore him and keep warming up and practicing.

"We ask that all contestants in the woman's freestyle please find their positions." You heard over the intercom

You were going crazy with all of the pressure being put on you, but you just decided to try to block it all out and walk to your platform.

It took about fifteen minutes to get everyone in position and for the match to start.

You dived in the moment they said go over the intercom.

You had a very strong kickoff, and a stronger kick than the other swimmers. You made it to the wall, and did a better turn than you ever have. Your second kickoff was stronger than the first one. You swam the rest of the Olympic pool. You touched the opposite end and got out of the pool. You took first.

You were sitting with the rest of the girls, waiting for the results of who will be competing in the final championship heat. The guy came back with the results and posted them on the board.

You were a part of it. You were at the top.

The rest of the Olympics went by in a blur. You defeated everyone and got the gold medal.

You were signing a ton of stuff, when you saw Rin and the black haired guy. They had also won their medals in their own stroke.

They walked over to you and Rin started talking "F/N! You won!" He said, hugging you happily "So did you!!" You said, hugging back

He pulled out of the hug and kept talking "This is Haru, you both won gold melds for the same swim stroke. I would get to know eachother. I'm gonna get a soda." He said leaving you and Haru alone

"You're an amazing swimmer" you said

"So are you"

You smiled

"I have a question to ask you" Haru said

"Shoot"

"Do you wanna get some coffee or something sometime?" He asked

"Sure"
