Rant no. 3 Anime Stuff

Tis been too long since I last updated. I have no idea whether that made any sense at all but hopefully you guys understand whatever it is that I'm trying to say. Today's rant is going to be a little over the place so please try and bear with me ^^;

Long time no see Lil' Kuro's!

A think I have noticed is that a common rule that is a part of the plot of most anime that are more than fifty episodes is:

Main Character(s): I'm out to find the thing or achieve the thing or do the thing.

Main Character(s) 25 episodes later: Awwww F**ck, now we gotta save the world!

And then three or four arcs into the anime you're like: Remember when your biggest worry was getting out alive of the Hunter Exam, ahahahahahahaha lol, I remember that too.

I use HXH but you could use FMA, Soul Eater, Katekyo Hitman Reborn, Bleach and Naruto there. Literally, whatever.

They are all really wonderful anime. But lately, I just haven't been in the mood to watch anime. Like, I'll watch halfway through a series and then get bored. And I think it's been a month since this whole, "anime meh," thing started. And that's always a bad thing. And would you like to know why? Because then I get utterly obsessed with a series and will watch anime in almost every waking moment.

Have you ever encountered an anime so perfect and wonderful you feel so angry at its perfection. As in, the thing ruins your life with its perfect existence. WELL THAT IS HAPPENING TO ME RIGHT NOW!

I started this anime called Aoharu X Kinkanjū and a one sentence summary of this anime would legit be, "Host club with Guns." I think the name is Blue Spring X Machine gun in English. I love anime titles man. They're so weirdly wonderful. It's kinda poetic with the Blue Spring bit and then just goes X MACHINE GUN!

Speaking of titles, I've gotten into webtoons lately and they're amazing. But they have utterly ridiculous names. For example, my favourite romance webtoon thingamajig at the moment is called Cheese in the Trap. I cannot tell you how many times I've gotten apprehensive looks when I've mentioned its name. But that's not the worst thing, I was reading another webtoon and recommended it to a friend when my sister overheard our conversation which went something like this:

"Omg, you should definitely read Bastard. It's a bit morbid but such a good story!"

My sister perks up.

"Kairi," she says slowly. "What exactly are you reading?"

"Oh lol, don't worry about it. It's nothing bad, just a webtoon about a serial killer."

For some reason, that didn't put her at ease. Huh, I wonder why?

Download the app LineWebtoon and see if anything tickles your fancy. I'd recommend Noblesse, Cheese in the Trap, unTouchable, Bastard, Winter Woods and Lessa.

And as you all know it is the month of July. But as I've been keeping up to date with the latest anime releases to a certain extent, I can't help but feel that June and July are the months for like, Hentai anime. Is that just me or is that really the case?

Okay, I shall try and make a habit of updating with more frequency. But before then, do any of you have any questions  I may answer for you? It could be a serious question or a not serious one. Anything but mostly anime. But anime is anything.

Hisoka is the reason I now fear clowns,
Kuro, out!
