You were relaxing in a little hot spring that you had found in the forest that you were travelling through.

The warm water against your skin felt so soothing and calming. You definitely needed a little break from being chased after because many people believed that you're the avatar, simply because you use air bending.

You sighed and sunk deeper into the hot spring and looked up at the sky that was painted with the forest trees and white fluffy clouds. It was a beautiful day just to relax and soak all your troubles away.

You closed your eyes and before you knew it, you were out cold.

Your eyes drew open and close and you felt something rub against your skin and you heard voices that sounded like it was close by. You shot your eyes open and saw that three men were standing infront of you and they seemed to be attired in Earth Kingdom clothing.

You looked down at yourself and found that the water from the little hot spring was gone and the earth around you was rigid and sharp and it was within slicing distance to your neck.

"Hey! What do you people think you're doing!?" You yelled.

"She's most likely with Iroh, bring her along." One of the men demanded.

"What- I don't know what you're talking about." You protested.

They ignored your words and the other two men approached you and bended the earth away from your neck. You blushed furiously as you tried to cover up because you were only in your underwear and this little ordeal full of embarrassment made you forget how to use air bending.

As you were carried toward these ostrich looking creatures, you flailed your arms and legs around in protest but it seemed to get you no where.

"Hey! Let me go!" You yelled. "And stop touching m-."

You was flung onto the ostrich looking creature after being tied up. You groaned from the pain that shot in your stomach when suddenly you heard a voice that was unfamiliar to you.

"You're okay, young one?" His voice was calming.

You looked up through your (H/L) to see an old man with grey hair and a beard and he was naked, well sort of, he had a cloth around his waist, "No and I don't know what they want with me," You looked down to see the ground move passed you.

He laughed, "Where's your clothes?"

You blushed out of embarrassment, "It's at the hot spring,"

"So you were soaking your troubles away too?" He asked happily. Odd tone for the situation we're in.

"I guess," You looked down at the ground. "Hey! Can I at least get my clothes back!"

"Hush, girl." Your captor spoke.

You tried to get rid of your cuffs but to no avail because you needed your hands to bend. You sighed and hung from the ostrich creature, bouncing slightly with each step it took. You heard the old man ask one of the captors to loosen ya'lls cuffs because they were too tight.

You shook your head in disbelief because they're not going to accept a request like that, obviously it's some escape plan. But to your surprise the ostrich creature came to a halt and you both were made to jump off from the creature.

The Earth Kingdom men approached the old man and placed his hands on cuffs but he suddenly started screaming. You looked at the old man's hand and saw that his cuffs were a flaming red. His cuffs melted away from the intense heat and you looked at him suprised.

Never had you expected this old man to be a fire bender.

He suddenly grabbed you and he rolled the both of your'll off a bank. You yelped in surprise and he held onto you tightly as you both rolled through the dirt. It felt weird but it didn't really matter because you were well on your way to escaping.

Your'll finally came to a halt at the bottom of the bank and the old man let you go. You sat up feeling a bit dizzy and you felt little aches of pain here and there. You covered yourself once more out of embarrassment but the old man suddenly grabbed your hand and pulled you away.

"Come on, they'll be coming for us." He said as he pulled your hand.

"Okay," you ran along side the man.

But unfortunately the Earth Kingdom men caught up to you both and they were furious. They took a hold of you, pulling you by your hair as you watched them pull the old man aswell.

They moved you both toward some boulders and made your'll kneel down side by side and made your'll place your hands on the boulders.

"Iroh! You don't deserve to have hands." The man yelled.

You watched in disbelief as one of your captors lifted up a boulder to smash your hands with. You let out a scream at what was about to unfold and at your helpless state. If only these cuffs were off.

You would beat these people to pulp.

As the rock descended from above and your scream got weaker, you suddenly saw a young male, scar faced with a long ponytail and dark red clothes, kick the rock away in one swift flying kick. As he fell to the ground, his heal collided with the shackles of your cuffs and it broke into bits and pieces.

You got up and off the ground, your hands finally free to a avenge your lost clothes and the constant embarrassment those men put you through. The boy looked you surprised and with a slightly flushed face and you laughed awkwardly as you tried to cover up yourself once more.

You saw the boy make gestures to remove his long red coat but he was suddenly caught up in battle. You watched him and the old man use fire bending to destroy the rocks and their team work was great and they seemed to back each other up with combo moves. It was amazing seeing them fight.

As you watched on. You saw all the Earth Kingdom men fall to the ground and they were covered with rocks.

Or so you thought...

Out of the corner of your eye you saw one of the Earth Kingdom men hold up a boulder, readying himself to throw it at you. You smiled a little, just as he let go of the boulder and it came flying at you. You did a full 360 to make a little vortex around you and it sent the boulder flying back at the man. You also noticed a flame get distinguished in your air bending.

Looks like the young boy tried to help you. You smiled at the gesture.

You watched the Earth bender get toppled by the boulder and the air seemed to have settled and everything went back to being peaceful.

"Could you please put on some clothes." You heard an almost shy voice.

You felt something warm and a tad bit heavy fall over your head. You yelped slightly and pulled whatever it was off your head. You held it in your hands and recognised it as to be the coat that boy wore.

You looked up at him. His cheeks were slightly flush. You laughed at his cuteness and slid the coat on, feeling it's warmth envelope you.

"You're an air bender?" The old man asked.

You shook your head and tugged on the coat, "yes."

"Then would you like to join us on our quest to find the Avatar?" He smiled. "I'm sure that's who you're looking for?"

"Uncle!" The boy yelled. "We don't need her to tag along."

You shuffled, feeling awkward in this situation, "uhm...actually, I accept your request."

You did want to find the Avatar, simply because he was the only other air bender alive other than you.

"Wonderful," he beamed. "I'm Iroh and this is my nephew Zuko."

You smiled, "I'm (Y/N) and thank you for allowing me to accompany you on your journey."

"It's fine, anyway Zuko does need some company since he doesn't play the suingi horn with me." Iroh laughed and hugged Zuko, who had an embarrassed look on his face.

"I don't, uncle." He blushed lightly.

"The suingi horn..." You laughed.

"We need to get going uncle," Zuko turned on his heel and walked ahead of you.

"Zuko may look like he doesn't care but he's a kind hearted boy. After all he came back for this old bag." Iroh laughed and pointed at himself.

You smiled and watched Zuko pace forward, "It seems so."
