" Mr Villain's Day Off is a mnga about....a villain's day off from the very important task of spying and conquering/ destroying Earth. A simple premise really. The chapters are very, very short but the length of the chapters help to add to the feeling of taking a day fir yourself. Tuning out of work and enjoying your neighbourhood, outings as well as the unexpected interactions that come with it. The art is gorgeous and the characters endearing.

Mr. Villain, simply called, General, despite his scary appearance is actually very kind, wholesome and cute. He adores pandas and is also very understanding. Seeing his reactions about the "odd" things he discovers on Earth is greatly entertaining.

Moreover, the manga also expands on the other characters as well: the heroes! ( Think a bit Power Ranger like ) The Heroes also get their own simple yet somewhat relatable backstory, their quirks and interactions.

In all, Mr Villain's Day Off explores the various sometimes wholesome, sometimes bittersweet relationships and interactions of each character- mostly General- and how they confront and adapt to their respective situations. My favourite so far has to be Ranger Green's story.

Anyways, if you want a quick, cute read designed to cheer you up, Mr Villain's Day Off is the way to go! "

With that done, I'd like to say that this will be the last chapter I am publishing for a while. I've scrapped down SKET DANCE chapter and will keep it for another time. The anime/manga which will be featured eventually are now updated in the 1st chapter. That's all for today.
