Oneshot #7: Wrong Floor

Situation: Today is Erina's birthday and Souma is taking her to her party, which is being held on the top floor of Totsuki Resort.

Erina had just left class when she was approached by a red-head. "Souma? What business do you have with me?" Erina said in her classic, belittling tone. "Come with me, Erina! Hisako told me something about a meeting at Totsuki Resort and her not making it and her entrusting me to Totsuki's princess, uh, I guess it's queen now." Souma explained. Erina was suspicious right off the bat. 'Hisako wouldn't trust Souma to take care of me...I would, but that doesn't matter! Something is off...' Erina stroked her chin and stared into his sunlight colored orbs, commonly referred to as eyes. "You're lying...today's my birthday and Hisako planned a surprise party for me at Totsuki Resort?" Erina questioned Souma, who folded. "Hisako said you would know but I wanted to surprise you!" Souma looked down, disappointed in his ability to lie. Erina, hating to see Souma sad, pat his back while blushing. "N-Nothing surprises me S-Souma...so don't be so hard on yourself..." Erina looked away. "Thanks, Erina! Now let's go!" Souma said, excited. Souma dragged Erina to his motorbike that was waiting at the front of the school.

Souma got on his bike and handed her a helmet. "Hop on Erina!" Souma smiled at her, making her feel butterflies. "A-And hold on to the back of a third-rate diner chef?! Don't make me laugh!" Erina pointed at him. "I guess you could drive and I'll hold onto you." Souma suggested. Erina had a thought of Souma holding onto her and his hands sliding up onto her breasts. "Y-You can drive!" Erina blushed crimson and quickly got on. Souma, oblivious to Erina's lewd thought, shrugged. Erina slowly wrapped her arms around Souma's waist and leaned into his back. A warm and safe feeling flooded her nerves and overwhelmed her. She wanted to pull back from embarrassment but the feeling trapped and entranced her and made her hold on tighter.

Souma hit the gas and they drove away. "Are you feeling ok? You're holding on pretty tight." Souma asked his blonde passenger. "O-Oh, sorry..." Erina felt embarrassed but Souma used one hand to hold hers. "It's fine, just asking cause you feel hot. Thought you might have a cold." Souma laughed and Erina blushed. "Hey Erina, you wanna see something cool?" Souma asked. "O-Ok!" Erina said, sounding confident and unsure at the same time. "Rest your head on my shoulder." Souma said. "E-Eh?! W-Why?..." Erina muttered. "Just trust me!" Souma giggled. Erina nodded and did as he said. Erina could now see everything in front of her. Cars whizzed by and it looked somewhat magical. "You've never seen anything like this? You're always being driven around so you haven't experienced what it's like to hear the wind as you race by, to see everything moving so quickly by, it's soothing." Souma said, feeling Erina's head relaxed.

"I-I guess you're right..." Erina leaned her head against Souma's and sighed. "Hmm?" Souma questioned her action. "It's just so relaxing...no one is asking me to do anything. It's just me, the road, and y-you..." Erina blushed a bit at the mention of being alone with Souma. "I can just relax and listen to the wind or cuddle up to you." Erina said, not thinking anymore. "Careful, you might fall asleep on my shoulder!" Souma laughed, patting Erina on the head.

"B-Baka Souma..." Erina pouted, looking away. Souma came to a stop at a red light and a truck pulled up next to him, a boy around their age hanging out the window. "Hey, hotshot! That's a nice bike, but an even nicer piece of meat, hey mama!" He whistled at Erina. Erina shifted uncomfortably at the sound. Souma might not see that Erina likes him, but he could tell that right now she was disturbed by the man's comment. "Don't talk about her like that." Souma glared at the man, catching Erina off guard. 'Eh?! He could tell? Maybe Souma isn't dense...' Erina smiled to herself.

"I was talking to the broad, not you kid. Butt out!" He yelled. The light changed and Souma drove. The truck switched lanes and started following them. Souma grit his teeth while the man yelled for them to pull over. Souma sighed and he pulled over onto the side of the road. "S-Souma? What are you doing?" Erina whined, scared. "Just stay put and let me handle this!" Souma grinned as he parked and got off, leaving Erina alone. The guy got out and walked up to Souma. "I said to stop boy." He shoved Souma. "And I said. Leave Erina alone." Souma clenched his fist and knocked him out with a swift punch to the cheek. "Whoops...I punched him a little too hard!" Souma laughed awkwardly. Erina saw Souma running back and tilted her head. "START THE BIKE! TURN THE KEY!" Souma yelled. Erina jumped and started it. Souma hopped on and gassed it. "W-What happened?!" Erina yelled. "I kind of knocked that guy out..." Souma said, expecting a lecture from the girl. Instead, Erina blushed and thanked him. "W-Why did you pull over and fight him?..." Erina questioned. "I didn't like the way he was talking about you, he deserved it." Souma said, confidently.

Erina smiled widely as Souma pulled into Totsuki Resort Parking Lot. Souma parked and held out his hand for Erina. Erina took his hand and got off of his bike. To Souma's surprise, she didn't let go so he decided to go with it. 'I can't believe me and Souma are holding hands!' Erina blushed and she gripped his hand.

Souma smiled at Erina as they walked into the building. He clicked the button and they awaited the elevator. Souma stepped in and clicked the 100th-floor button. The elevator started climbing up a couple of floors before stopping. The lights flickered on and off. "Eh?...Did the elevator break down?" Souma said, pressing the 100th-floor button repeatedly. "Stop hitting the button! You'll break the elevator!" Erina yelled at him. Souma slumped down and sighed. "Sorry, it's my fault that we're gonna miss your birthday..." Souma admitted. "Hmm?" Erina tilted her head. "Hisako wanted your party on the first floor but I said it would be better on the 100th floor and I even agreed to bring you here." Souma said.

"T-That's sweet that you wanted to make my party b-better..." Erina blushed. "Damn it!" Souma slammed his fist into the elevator's metallic wall. "Souma, it's fine!" Erina yelled at him, irritated. Souma stopped, mostly from the shock of Erina actually being mad at him. "It's not your fault! The elevator just happened to break down when we got inside! Stop putting yourself down just c-cause..." Erina stuttered and trailed off.

"Hmm...you're right Erina! I got a little angry, sorry!" Souma laughed. 'There's the Souma I love...I MEAN KNOW! KNOW!' Erina blushed. 'Who am I kidding?...I can't lie to myself.' Erina smiled to herself.

"Now I'm bored..." Souma looked around for something to do, his eyes stopping on Erina. "W-What?" Erina stuttered. "You're sweating pretty bad." Souma bluntly said. "Y-You are too!" Erina yelled out, embarrassed. Souma looked at his neck and saw she was right. "It is hot in here..." Souma took off his wet shirt and threw it in the corner. Erina tried not to stare but she couldn't help but look at Souma's toned abs. He did a lot of exercise as a chef but damn! Souma must have been working out.

"What? Do I have something on my face?" Souma asked. "N-No! I s-suppose I'll take off my shirt as well." Erina said, making Souma choke on his spit. "E-Eh?!" Souma looked at her like she was crazy. "What's wrong?" Erina questioned. "Y-You can't take off your shirt! You have...things!" Souma yelled at her. Erina smirked. "Oh? Is the mighty Souma embarrassed by something as simple as boobs?" Erina teased. "Oi! I'll your shirt off for you Erina." Souma challenged. "Be my guest!" Erina said, rather confident that he was bluffing.

Souma hopped up and walked over to Erina. 'H-He's really gonna do it?!' Erina thought as Souma threw off her shirt. "Hehe! I win!" Souma said, proud of himself. Erina blushed, looking away. "Is the mighty Erina embarrassed by something as simple as her boobs?" Souma snickered. "S-Shut up..." Erina yelled as Souma sat down. He leaned his head on Erina's shoulder. "W-Why are you laying on my shoulder?" Erina stuttered. "You laid on mine, plus it's still cold." Souma said. "Yeah, but your head is hot and sweaty!" Erina pretended to gag.

Souma laughed at her joke which in turn made her laugh. "That was funny." Souma said, still recovering from his laugh attack. "Hey, Erina." Souma asked. "Yes?" She responded. "Do you think I'm dumb?" Souma smirked. "W-What do you mean by t-that?" Erina stuttered out. "Do you think I haven't realized you like me?" Souma laughed a bit. "K-Kind of..." Erina muttered. "Hehe! It's cute watching you getting so embarrassed." Souma smirked.

"W-When did you realize?!" Erina yelled out. "Well...just now! I was just guessing." Souma admitted making Erina anime fall. "Y-You idiot, Souma..." Erina blushed and looked away. "Erina!" Souma yelled, making her turn towards him swiftly. Souma quickly kissed her and everything went pink. Sparks flew as they became addicted to the taste of each other's lips like a drug. "Mm~." Erina moaned a bit and she turned Souma over so she was on top and they continued their make-out session. Souma slipped his tongue inside her mouth and began his exploration. Erina, being as competitive as she is, wasn't going to lose to Souma in anything so she fought back. Their tongues wrestled, or more accurately, danced in between their mouths. Souma and Erina deepened the kiss as Souma wrapped his arms around Erina's waist and Erina wrapped her arms around Souma's neck.

Souma and Erina both pulled back for breath and panted. "N-Not bad, I guess you do have the God Tongue." Souma panted, trying to catch his breath. "S-Shut up! Y-You weren't so b-bad I guess..." Erina blushed. "Just admit you enjoyed it." Souma smirked. "F-Fine...I enjoyed kissing you! Happy?" Erina yelled. Souma nodded and kissed her again.

Meanwhile, on the 100th-floor, everyone was waiting for Souma and Erina. "Hehe...I wonder why Souma and Erina are late~." Kuga giggled. "Are you implying Erina would be fooling around with that 3rd rate diner chef?!" Hisako yelled. "You don't believe me? Wanna bet on it?" Kuga smirked. "Fine, 100 dollars Erina and Souma are lost cause of that idiot," Hisako said. "100 dollars Erina and Souma were making out!" Kuga yelled. Everyone was starting to place bets and it looked like this.

Erina and Souma are Lost Side:

Erina and Souma are making out Side:

Kuga

Isshiki

Dojima Gin

"Dojima?! Even your betting?" said the other students who decided not to bet. "Haha! Today is a day of fun so I'm having fun." Dojima laughed.

Back with Souma and Erina.

They had continued making out until Souma stopped. "Erina, will you go out with me!" He said, rather confident. "Hmm...I supposed I could make time for a friend, even if they are a 3rd third chef." Erina tried to lie with her words, but too bad her tears of happiness and bright smile gave it away.

Souma kissed Erina softly this time just as the elevator began to start ascending again. "Wow! I kind of forgot we were in an elevator." Souma smirked. "We should put back on our clothes." Erina said. Souma looked at the floor they were on and saw 97. "Erina! Wait!" Souma yelled out. Erina looked at him with a puzzled look as the elevator door opened on the 100th floor. "Say Surprise!" Souma kissed Erina and smirked to himself.

Everyone's jaws dropped as money was traded amongst them. "E-Erina?!" Hisako yelled out. "H-Hisako! Uh..." Erina was at a loss for words. "Sorry guys! I just wanted to tell you I'm taking Erina, have fun!" Souma pressed the 1st-floor button and the elevator doors closed. "D-Did Souma just kidnap Erina...?" Hayama thought out loud. "Erina must be having a terrible time!" Hisako fell to her knees. "You're an idiot, you know that?" Erina laughed. "Yep!" Souma smiled. "But you're my idiot..." Erina kissed Souma once more as they enjoyed their long elevator ride.
