I often repeat these words said by Misa about meeting while I slit my wrists.Misa would often tell me these things when I felt as if I was excepted. I would build myself
up and she'd bring me down. This had been going on ever since I joined the taskforce. I do this to feel I am one step closer to being free from these chains that bind me to this wretched place. I hear a knock but I just ignore it and keep slicing through my skin. "Hey Y/- what the HE#* ARE YOU DOING" L shouts getting a bit teary eyed. "I'm getting closer to disappearing so none will have to deal with my stupid, useless,pathetic self ever again." I say on the brink of tears. L just looks at me and pulled me in for a hug.   "Y/n You mean the world to me! You do as much as you possibly can ( which is more than Matsuda). If anyone tells you otherwise they can be turds to a tree or something!" You look at L a bit confuzzled for a moment but then you noticed he was too bent on justice to say anything like 'they can just die a thousand deaths' or 'they can be locked up in Yandere Chan's basement for all I care'. "I need you Y/n I can't be alone again!" You just look at him for a moment. As if a wave of courage passes through you, you grab his face and smash your lips onto his.
