BEFORE JAY ADOPTED THE PUPPIES:

"Uh yeah, they're not retrievers through. They're mixed" Daniel answers, a bit taken back by Vasco's excited yet abrupt question while in the middle of eating lunch with Zoey, Zack, Mira and you.

"I love dogs! I even have a retriever for my background picture!" Vasco's exclaims happily as he slides the phone towards you a bit more to Daniel. "Could I come see them? Who's house are they staying at?!"

'Jesus Vasco, he still has that photo' Jace thinks in this head.

"Oh, they're staying at both our houses" You chewed your food with your mouth opened, disgusting Mira and Zoey. You than took a big gulp before pointing your chopsticks at him. "We take turns to see who's house they'll piss in"

"You're really gross Y/N" Mira side glances at you with disgust written on her face.

"It's even more disgusting when you find out I sleep on the floor"

"Wait you sleep on a futon? You nasty ass broke little girl" Jace sticks out his tongue before ruffling up your hair.

"I'll literally fight you if you mess with my hair again" You smile up at Jace with a dead look in your eye.

"Oh... So they must travel a lot... huh?" Vasco's gives a half smile, inside he wasn't feeling so good that both of you spend so much time together. Actually he felt almost repulsed by the idea in the first place but coming over each other's houses almost daily? But he did his best to push that feeling down, if it was for the puppy's well being than so be it.

You began to chug your milk, sighing loudly in relief as you shook your head, all in one motion.

"Nope, we're like next door neighbors. Almost roommates basically, I mean our houses are so close to each other we could even hear each other shitting. Kinda weird haha"

"Y/N!" Daniel perks up, a clear embarrassed look on his face.

"W-Wait what?!" Vasco's and Jace perks up at the same time, Vasco's hands slamming on the table by instinct. This shocked everybody when all three jerked around.

"Oi! Watch it!" Zack scowls when his tray of food was almost knocked over.

"Y-You're neighbors?! When?! Where?!" Vasco shouts before something clicks in his brain, remembering the first time he saw you out for the first time "Don't tell me, near that gas station!"

"Wait, hold on, what gas station? Y/N why didn't you tell me this?" Jace asks, feeling dejected since he thought you guys were close gossip buddies. Apparently not since you didn't even mention where you lived with him, now thinking about it, you'd always split up at a certain point. Jace didn't like doing that, since etiquette always told him to walk the girl home. But does Y/N really need help walking home?

"I'm so embarrassed" Daniel whimpers in the background as Zoey pats his back with a sly smile.

'So cute~' She thinks to herself, a catlike grin stamped on her face as he continues on hiding his face from the world.

"Wait, I knew you lived near each other but you two are neighbors?" Mira asks with her eyebrow slightly raised. "And hey, why aren't you two surprised by this?"

Mira looks at Zack and Zoey, both of them knew you two were neighbors due to many incidents but the prominent one had to be when you all snuck into a restaurant for adults to get a couple of pints. If you know what I mean.

They both kinda turned their heads, Zack looking to the side while whistling nervously while Zoey turned her back while twirling her hair and whistling a tune as well.

"N-No I'm like... totally surprised" Zoey says without making eye contact.

"Y-Yeah same." Zack says with his eyes trailing to the ceiling nervously.

Mira felt a bunch of stones hit her as she suddenly felt left out of the circle. Mira literally sat next to Y/N everyday since she came to Korea, but how come she didn't know?! And what makes it worse is that Zoey and Zack knew before her. Mira glanced back at you, hot frustrated little tears threatening to spill out of her eyes. Why was she so upset over something so trivial, this wasn't like her at all. Her face continued to be a bright red as she quietly sniffs down her tears.

"Mira..." Zack spoke lowly as he felt a pang in his heart, he had to admit. He still had feelings for Mira, and when she's like this he couldn't help but try to comfort her in his own weird way.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to make you upset, Mira!" Zoey pounces first, clutching Mira's smaller body towards her balloon like chest. She started to coo Mira like she was a little baby but it didn't really help as Mira just became increasingly embarrassed.

Before you could answer any of those questions and also ask what's up with Mira, Daniel stops you from talking as he quickly realizes something and leans in towards you ear.

"Y/N, we shouldn't let people know so much about our location, it could be bad if they come and find out I have a second body" Daniel whispers, his warm breathe fanning your ears as a chill ran down your spine.

You jumped back, your face morphing to a rosy hue as you covered your violated ear. "I know that, you didn't have to whisper!" You said nervously, you didn't know why you were so sensitive just now but you didn't like that feeling at all.

"Oi! That's sexual harassment you fucker!" Zack stands up immediately as his chair skidded back.

"Daniel whisper in my ear too!" Zoey squeals to herself, surprising Mira as she held you back when you jumped.

"Y-Y/N! Be careful!" Mira semi-shouts as your arms waves in front of her.

"I'm sorry Y/N! I didn't mean to scare you" Daniel pleads, waving his hands in the air worryingly.

'Damn it, I made a scene again' You think to yourself, "I'm sorry Mira, are you okay?" You looked back at her, tilting your head up to meet her eyes. She explodes into a tomorrow as she pushes you back to you seat causing a small grunt leaving your mouth.

"I-I" Mira begins to stutter before Zack, Daniel, Vasco, and Jace felt a familiar sunken feeling in the pits of their stomachs.

'What is this, why do I feel strange?' They all think to themselves as they rubbed their stomachs.

"W-wait, H-Hey" Vasco places a hand on your shoulder, suddenly enacting himself back into the conversation before he felt even more left out. "Can I-I still go see your dogs?"

"So Y/N, can Vasco come see your dogs?" Jace asks with a huge grin on his face 'I kinda want to see where she lives, maybe in a huge house?'

Vasco blushes as he looks at you with puppy eyes, not saying another word as you were taken back. You looked at Daniel, his face basically pleading for you to divert this topic in anyway you could.

You take in a long breath before your eyes sharpen, an agitated look sprawled all over your features.

"No, are you people crazy? The only time I'm at peace is without you guys around stirring trouble, I just want to live a normal life" You spat out before getting up "Can't I just eat, sleep and study without having to fight somebody every few weeks? Huh?!"

You stand up before walking away in a janky manner "Peace out sluts, I'm eating by myself from now on, treat me like a I'm just your normal, everyday highschool girl from now on"

"Wait, you're eating alone?" Daniel asks as he also stands up to chase behind you.

"Y/N, don't be unreasonable!" Mira says as well trying to follow you.

"Yo Y/N, lets be alone together. Also with Mira, of course" Zack runs up to catch up.

"Who am I going to gossip with now! Daniel, Y/N! Wait up!" Zoey squeals before jogging away.

"..." Jay stands up, walking behind the group as well even through he didn't say a thing in the conversation. He was just kinda... always invited you guess.

"Can't you guys love without me? I know I'm a Mary Sue reader insert but fuck!" You cursed as your entire crew leaves the lunch room, causing quite a stir in the other students left behind.

Vasco's man tear slides down his face as always, feeling dejected as he again, wasn't apart of your class or friend group to follow you.

And this time, Jace felt him as he started to cry into his hand while his other was comforting Vasco. "Damn it, why do I feel like we're always outsiders around them"

You were walking down the halls with Daniel, yawning as you heard a few Hellos and Hi(s) from some of the students. While others just glance wearily at you, you think the pretty girl stigma is slowly wearing off after the confrontation with Crystal. It was fine through, like you care about things like rumors and shit.

"Hey Y/N, you got a second?" A familiar voice speaks up from the side of the hallway.

"Yeah, wassup Jung?" You spoke nonchalantly as you walked towards him.

"Oh, hello Jung" Daniel slightly bows at the handsome guy. 'How does these two know each other?'

"Nothing much but did you see this? It's gossip that everybody's talking about, one of the students from the Architect department posted a threat to an infamous gangster on Pacebook" Jung taps on the video before you lean in to see "Take a look"

You itch the back of your neck, your eyes glazing over before the video ends. 'I don't know what I just saw but I kinda want to wash out my eyes with holy water right now'.

'What the heck...' Daniel thinks to himself as he began to rub his eyes.

"Isn't this guy crazy? I heard Daehoon Shin, that guy he's taking shots at is a well known gangster. Do you know him, like through some kind of gangster underground site or something?" Jung laughs.

"Jung don't be a fool" You said before flicking his forehead "There's no underground site, but he does sounds familiar..."

"Ouch" He whines in the background.

"Don't know, I feel like I heard that name before... Ah... Great Jung, now you're making me feel anxious" You yawned again, it felt like you knew this so called Daehoon Shin... It was on the tip of your tongue. Fuck.

"See ya Y/N" Jung smiles brightly as you gave a sideways peace sign walking with your back turned towards him.

"That was kinda odd, wasn't it Y/N?" Daniel says as he leans towards you.

"Yeah, really was..." You said, your eyes fluttering close as you reached your class.
