Okay so I did a little research on this..

  Okay let's start off with the conditions.Stacked in cage by cage and barely food and water.The puppies are cared for poorly barely able to eat because it's mother is either too sick or had no milk cause of no food or water.Than the fesses and the shedding.So the fesses drops down onto the kennel.Also the dog are breed with they're siblings which would lead to sicknesses.
