I'm back to this story on all of your insistence!! Giving one more chance to this story and my readers.... let's see whether my readers show loyalty as they said in the last update or I again became an emotional fool by resuming this story!!!!

"As the criminal surrendered himself, and taking into account all the witnesses and evidence, the court finds the perpetrator Anirudh Roy Chaudhary guilty. "~~~ Judge

Despite a lot of hard work, Ishaani couldn't prove her dada innocent in court. How can she,  when he himself wanted to die. The opposite barrister and the court didn't believe on the tape recording recorded by Saudamini where Alex admitted all of his crimes due to Anirudh's silence.

He just opened his mouth to admit that he murdered all three of them. And on top of that, Veer, who was given the work of making false reports of his mental health too didn't arrive yet.... so Ishaani could not even save him without the reports.....

All of them were helpless.... and Alex's sister, Liza Methew, who filed the case against Anirudh, was smirking thinking that her brother got justice finally. Just like he was killed brutally, Anirudh too will be hanged. 

Ani: Thank you so much sir! You don't know that for the first time you have given justice to a criminal. You did what the criminal wanted. Thank you for this!!

Anirudh smiled contently looking at the judge, while the judge was totally perplexed with this behavior of him. 

Being formal, he ignored his blabbering and the court gives its final verdict, as the judge loudly announces, "HANG ANIRUDH ROY CHAUDHARY TILL...."

"Wait a minute Sir!" Before the judge could complete his verdict, Veer shouts entering the courtroom all huffing and stopped him from the final decision....

Roy Chaudhary's faces gleamed seeing the last ray of hope.... 

Happy tears rolled down Kaka's cheeks and he whispered, "VEER" under his breath...

Ishaani too smiled with tears and ran to him to get the reports...

Ishu: Thank god, tu aa gaya... where are the reports...

Veer: nahi h.... nahi laaya mein reports...

She gasped and looked at him with utter shock while he smiled widely...

"tu...tu...tu paagal ho gaya h kya?? Veer vo reports hamaari aakhri umeed thi..."

"They are wasting court's time with their family drama Judge sahaab, you please announce the punishment for the criminal" the opposite barrister spoke irritatingly....

"HE IS NOT A CRIMINAL JUDGE SAHAAB" The officer who used to talk to him during his night shifts came in front of everyone from behind Veer...

Veer looked at him and smiled widely while he too reciprocated with the same thing....

Ishaani looked at both of them confused...

"And who are you to say that?" The opposite Barrister angrily spoke 

"Senior officer, Officer Thomson..."

"Whatever you want to say, please come here and say it clearly" The judge ordered the officer.

Off: I won't say anything judge sahaab.... Mr. Jackson will speak!!

Judge: then call him!!

Liza gasped seeing Mr. Jackson entering the courtroom and fearfully whispered, "DAD!"

Mr. Jackson eyed angrily to her and went directly into the witness box.

Ishaani was still confused while Veer just patted her shoulder and blinked his eyes assuringly, "Anirudh is safe... kuch nahi hoga use... just go and handle Mr. Jackson.... humaare saath h vo..."

Ishu: but who is he??

Veer: Alex and Liza's father...

Ishu: are you an idiot? Why will he help us?

Veer: arrey baba jao to.... nahi to ye aakhri moka bhi haath se nikal jaega

Ishaani nodded and went back to her place and said, "your hounor, This is Mr. Jackson, Alex's father, and he wants to put his view on this case."

"What's wrong with you barrister Ishaani? The court has already announced the decision...." the other barrister opposed

Ishaani rolled her eyes ignoring him and sarcastically said, "should I play a rewind for you Barrister Methew? Just recall, before judge could announce, my witness reached here.... so I don't think there is any problem..."

Barrister Methew, Liza's husband, was fighting the case for his wife's brother.

He huffed in anger and looked at the Judge who gestured Ishaani to proceed further.

Ishu: Say Mr. Jackson, what do you want to say?

Mr. Jackson: First of all sorry on behalf of my foolish daughter who filed this case. You didn't believe the recording. So I'm here to clear that my son, Alex Jackson with his friend Peter and Sampoorna Roy Chaudhary, murdered his wife brutally in the mid of the crowd. He even intended to rape her and it was just a reflex action that Mr Anirudh killed the three for his wife's death. I don't find anything wrong in this. And if you still think that he is at fault, then being Alex's father, I would like to withdraw this case. I don't want to file any case against Mr. Anirudh Roy Chaudhary. And wants to say that those three were not victims, he and his wife are the real victims who suffered a lot because of my Son. He just reaped what he sow!!! And I don't think there is anyone who can be a bigger witness than me for this!!

Liza: Dad! you can't do this... he was your son!!

Mr. Jackson: He was a criminal. And for that, I already ousted him from my will. But that was not enough for him, so he got what he deserved and you too have to understand this. I didn't know that you filed the case against the victims or else this matter wouldn't have reached till here. Thanks to the officer who reached to me and informed me everything about this case.

Liza: Dad he killed my dear brother...

Mr. Jackson (angrily): And your dear brother killed his wife, his love. I was always against the wrong Liza, and you are very much aware of this. I can't do injustice to her soul in heaven, so just keep your mouth shut and say that you too agree for this.

Liza gritted her teeth in anger and knew that she can't go against his dad, so just nodded lightly in agreement making all of them jump in joy....

Judge; ORDER! ORDER! So, as now Mr. Jackson is withdrawing his case back and listening to his statement, and Considering Mr. Jackson's testimony, the court considers Anirudh Roy Chaudhary innocent and releases him with dignity, but as he went against the law, his barrister licence is revoked by the law. 

THE COURT IS ADJOURNED!!

The judge went out and Roy Chaudhary's happiness knew no bound. They all jumped in ecstasy while Barrister Methew and Liza gritted their teeth to them and left from there angrily.

All of them went to Anirudh to hug him but he showed his palm to stop them and directly went to Ishaani. She cried in happiness and hugged him tightly...

Ishu: DADA... aap itne ziddi kyun h? pata h kitna bebas mehsoos kr rahi thi mein.... sunte kyun nahi h aap humaari. aaj agar Mr. Jackson time pe na aaye hote to....

Ani: Congrats on your victory Barrister Ishaani.... mujhe khushi hoti agar tum yeh case meri training pe or apne balbute pr jeet ti, naa ki kisi ki daya pe.... 

Ishu looked at him feeling a pang on her heart. After her every victory, the man who used to pat her head with a proud smile was not even smiling at her and was standing emotionlessly...

Saying this he moved towards Mr. Jackson and said, "Thanks for your mercy Sir...."

Mr. Jackson: Anirudh!! My child... what are you saying? Did you forgot your uncle who used to bring your favourite chocolates every Sunday, hiding them from your father Binoy.... I never considered you as my best friend's son.... I treated you as my own.... but see my poor luck, My own blood ashamed me and accused my other son for no reason!! I'm so sorry for what Alex did to you and your family....

Ani: No uncle, why are you apologising..... I know you since childhood, I know how generous you are. But this time, you did wrong. You shouldn't have saved me.... I was getting an easy death, now I have to die every day in guilt that I couldn't save her.... 

Officer came forward and kept his hand on his shoulder and said, "why are saying this Anirudh? You gave justice to your wife..."

Anirudh chuckled and blankly said, "Giving justice won't bring her back to me Sir..... Thanks to you too...."

The officer patted his back and said, "no need to thank me, thank your lovely daughter who is waiting for her dadda at home.... Her sweetness forced this stern officer to go beyond my profession... I never attempted to save any accused but I did this for your daughter. No go and meet her... and I heard you have a baby son as well..."

Anirudh looked at him and sternly said, "You heard the wrong officer, I just have a daughter and no one else!!!"
