Anger coursed through him, making every vein in his body burn as he looked at the destruction laid out around his room. The General of the first order never threw a tantrum unlike The knight, Kylo Ren who was as destructive as a tornado. Hux managed to cut up his hands while throwing his fit. Ren felt the anger rolling in waves emitting from the Generals quarters, it was something Ren had never felt before from the cool, composed ginger. Out of curiosity Ren made his way to see what had caused this enormous surge of anger, he used what the other male would call "dark magic" to force his way into the room, he was met with a mess of broken glass and papers strewn about, chairs knocked aside and books ripped from their rightful places.

"What in the— General! What is going on in here!?" Ren shouted at the man who glared at him, drops of blood slowly dripping from his hands.

"Leave" Hux responded flatly.

"You need medical attention." Ren said while he removed his helmet which hissed as it depressurized. Kylo outstretched his arm pulling the general towards him and then grabbing his hands and looked at them. The wounds didn't need stitches but they did need to be cleaned and wrapped up properly. The knight looked at Hux who had lost his edge of menacing fury and he just made a disgruntled noise and looked away from Ren.

"They need cleaned and I shall do so..just calm down "

He slowly let go of Hux's hands and went off to grab a damp towel, he then approached him slowly as if Hux were a dangerous animal who would leap in for the kill at any second. The knight gently took his hands again and wiped the blood away and cleaned the cuts out. Hux watched Ren very closely and he started to relax slightly as Ren wrapped his hands in bandages.

"What is the matter General?" Ren asked softly, startling the man in front of him.

"Why? Why do you care?" Hux was almost whispering.

Maybe Hux lost his voice from shouting earlier out of anger. Ren concluded that, that seemed to be the only good reason why Hux was so quiet, he was a loud mouth any other day.

"I don't know why..it's fairly inexplicable, maybe because it's part of my job"

Hux's demeanor changed, he was starting to soften, but his expression hardened again onto something cold and angry.

"It is none of your concern I assure you.."

Ren shook his head. "You're lying, you're nose scrunches up when you lie.."

The man huffed and glared at Kylo "I'm just going through..some stuff, okay? It's hard for me to handle, and..I just snapped..." Hux looked down at his carefully bandaged hands and then back at Ren "I apologize if it caused you any inconvenience.."

The taller man pulled the smaller one into an embrace. "You are not weak and you are not alone." He took a peek into his thoughts, he had to do he could make him feel better. "I am here for you no matter if you or snoke forbids it I will always be here for you, and—" he is caught off guard by Hux wrapping his arms around his torso and looking up at him with shimmering Aqua, green eyes. Ren thought Hux had the most exotic eyes in the galaxy. In certain lighting they ranged between light blues to dark greens. They both stayed in the embrace for a while, Hux enjoying the warmth and comfort Ren gave off, he was soothing the burning anger and sadness away.

"You're perfect" Ren whispered.

Hux immediately pulled away, shaking his head "I am not..don't say that."

Kylo caught him by the waist and looked him over "I'm just saying what I'm seeing. Hux, some people are horrible creatures, and they never know what they are talking about. The people who have put you down throughout your life have no effect on you now. You are a emperor compared to them..someday they will beg for your mercy and you will squash them like bugs under the heel of your boots. You have been and always will be better than those swine like bastards."

Hux hugged Ren tightly again. No one spoke to Hux like that, and he was glad someone did.

"Thank you.."

Ren slowly picked up the General as if he would explode if mishandled, he took him to the bed and set him down.

"Feeling better?"

"Yes..Ren before you go..I just..I wanted to say I love you.." Hux looked at Ren ready to be rejected with a revolted look.

"I love you too Hux, now get some sleep and I'll clean up." He kissed the Generals cheek who flashed a genuine smile and laid down to sleep.
