New case

Dean and Sam were driving in the impala to Coffeeville, Alabama. It was Dean's second case coming back from hell and finding out about castiel his "angel". They had just gotten rid of " The Witnesses."

"What do you think is causing all this unnatural weather in this one little town?" Dean asked.

"I have no idea. It's definetly not natural." Sam said.

"I wonder if Cas will know what it is?" Dean wondered.

"Don't know you'll have to ask." Sam stated.

He had been weird ever since Dean got back. Dean sighed pulling into the motel. As soon as he got out of the car Dean heard a fluttering and someone really close to me. Like really close.

"Cas what did I tell you about personal space?" Dean asked pinching the bridge of his nose as he took a step away from Cas.

He apologized taking a few steps away from Dean.

"So Cas what do you think this thing is?" Dean asked.

"Honestly I have no idea what is making this abnormal weather. I don't know what could be changing the weather like this." He confessed.

"Can't you. I don't know genie over to where it is?" Dean asked.

"That's not how it works Dean." Cas told him frowning.

Cas couldn't pinpoint what our where whatever this thing was. Honestly if it wasn't for the weather Cas wouldn't have ever come here.

"Well I'm hungry so we're finding a diner." Dean said taking the room key from the old lady.

"Down the road is a good diner. Lovely people." She told us.

Sam thanked the women as we left. Sam and Dean threw there bags in the room before heading to the diner.

"Hey gentlemen take a seat anywhere and I'll be right with you." A women with long wavy auburn hair said serving someone coffee.

Sam sat next to Cas in the booth.

"My name is Natalie. I will be your server. Here are your menus. I'll come back in a minute to get your order." She said putting light blue menus in front of us.

All of them watched her walk back into the kitchen even Cas.

"I think I'll have to get another room." Dean whispered.

Sam just shook his head looking through the menu. Seconds later Natalie came back out of the kitchen two huge trays of food in hand. As Natalie put the trays down a child ran to her attaching themselves to her leg.

"Eric Matthew James what did I tell you about attacking Nat while she's working." A women with a very round stomach asked.

"That it is very much appreciated and that Nat loves it very much. That I might as well just attach myself to her leg and never come off." He said a goofy smile spreading across his face.

Almost everyone in the diner laughed.

"Little boy I'm going to have your auntie beat you." She scolded laughing.

Nathalie shook her head setting all the food in front of someone. Outside the clouds seemed to disappear and a warm breeze blew into the diner. After serving all the food out she picked up the small boy placing him on her hip. She walked over to our table.

"What are you ordering." He asked giving us a toothy grin.

Eric was missing his front teeth.

"I will have a bacon cheese burger with your chili cheese fries." Dean said.

"Good choice." Eric said nodding.

"He will have rabbit food." Dean told him.

"I'll have a ceasar salad." Sam corrected glaring at his brother.

Eric laughed.

"Anything for you sugar?" Natalie asked looking at Cas.

"No thank you." Cas answered looking into her green eyes.

"Would you guys like anything to drink?" She asked.

"What would you recommend kid?" Dean asked looking at Eric.

"My favorite is the chocolate milkshake." He answered.

"Good choice. We will have three milkshakes." Dean said handing him the menus.

Natalie left with the boy on her hip. She sat him down at the counter kissing his head. Natalie returned from the kitchen a few minutes later with four chocolate milkshakes, and a plate of chocolate chip pancakes with sausage and bacon. She set a chocolate milkshake and there plate of pancakes in front of Eric before heading to us.

"Here you go three milkshakes." Natalie said setting our milkshakes in front of us.

"Thanks." They all said in unison.

"So what brings you three to our small little town?" She asked.

"Were majoring in meteorology. We heard you've been having some strange weather so we're hear to check it out." Dean lied.

Something passed through Natalie's eyes but it was gone quickly. A cold gust of wind blew through the diner

"We've always had strange weather." She covered.

"You guys have been having more peculiar weather than usual. It doesn't normally go from being 82° to a lightning and rain storm in three seconds." Cas stated.

"I guess that's true." She said.

"Natalie." Someone called.

Natalie smiled nodding to us before heading to their table. Seconds later Eric snuck over to their table with his food. He climbed into the booth sitting next to Dean.

"Hey kiddo." Dean laughed.

"I thought you looked lonely." He said smiling at Dean.

Sam and Dean chuckled softly. Cas gave the boy a small smile.

"I was wondering what table you'd run of too." Natalie laughed holding two big plates and two small plates.

She placed Dean's burger and fries in front of him. Salad in front of Sam.

"You look like a man who likes honey." She stated putting a plate in front of Cas.

Eric looked at Cas completely shocked. In front of Cas was a small plate with three round pastries covered in honey and topped with powdered sugar.

"Those are aunties special honey cakes. Mommy are the only ones who have ever eaten them. I only get one maybe two but never three." He told us commuting in his fingers.

Eric looked at Cas like he was some god. Cas looked down at the plate then back at Natalie.

"Go ahead try it. It's not going to bite." She urged.

Cas picked up one of the honey cakes taking a big bite out of it. His eyes grew wide.

"This is delicious." Cas told her.

Now Cas was looking at Natalie like she was a goddess. She giggled softly.

"Thank you."

Cas took another bite finishing off the honey cake. Dean reached for one but Cas slapped his hand away.

"You little one need to go put your stuff in my car." She said giving Eric her car keys.

"What kind of car do you have?" Dean asked.

"I have a red 1967 Chevrolet Camaro Z28." She answered.

Deans jaw hit the table. She stifled laughter as Dean stared at her.

"I got it as an inheritance when my grandfather passed away when I was 13. She's in good shape too." Natalie told us.

A bell rang off somewhere in the kitchen.

"Well I hope you enjoy your food." She said running if into the kitchen.

"Dean close your mouth your going to catch flies." Sam laughed.

Dean glared at his brother. Sam laughed again eating his salad. Cas was licking the honey and powdered sugar off his fingers.

"Watch my food. Don't eat any." Eric added climbing down from the seat.

Eric went outside to put his bag of clothes into Natalie's car.

"Crap." Natalie cursed gripping her hand.

"What happened Nat?" Everyone asked.

The three boys rushed to her side. Sam and Dean grabbed the food in her hands. Cas took her hand in his.

"What happened?" Cas asked.

"The knife feel off my tray and I went to grab it." She explained wincing as Cas put pressure on the wound.

"Come on let's go clean this up." Cas said leading Natalie to the bathroom.

Someone came and gave Cas a first aid kit. In one swift movement Cas picked her up and set her on the counter. Cas grabbed a bunch of paper towels applying it to the cut on her palm.

"It's not that deep so you won't need stitches." Cas told her.

She nodded biting her lip as Cas pressed down on her cut.

"This is going to hurt." He whispered.

"Son of a bitch." She cursed as Cas wiped her cut with an alcohol wipe.

There was a loud clap of thunder.

Cas kissed her palm after cleaning it. Cas didn't know why he felt the need to kiss her palm or to heal her. He wanted to heal her but he knew he couldn't. He couldn't show her his angel powers. He couldn't have feelings for her either.

"Thank you." She whispered.

Cas looked up at her as he wrapped her hand with gauze. Cas leaned in. As they were inches apart Natalie turned away.

"I should be getting back." Natalie said.

Natalie hoped of the counter slipping past Cas.

"Auntie are you okay?" Eric cried throwing himself into Natalie's arms.

"I'm fine honey." She assured him." Jen do you mind if I go home early?"

"You go on ahead now sweety. I'll check you out sugar." Jen said patting her shoulder.

Natalie nodded rubbing Eric's back trying to calm him down. Natalie and Eric left driving in the rain.

"Crap Natalie left her phone here." Jen muttered.

"We can go take it to her." Dean offered.

"Oh thank you. Go down the road and the first dirt road your going to turn down that. That road will lead you to her house." Jen said giving me Natalie's phone.

We followed Jen's instructions. Half way there it lightning started to strike. It was dangerously close.

"Son of a bitch that's going to hit my baby. Whoever out whatever is doing this weird weather thing I'm going to kill." Dean yelled.

There was a loud crashing sound as we reached the house. Sam and Dean ran out of the car. Cas merely just flew into the house. Sam and Dean stopped when they saw a man fly out a window on the side of the house from the third story window. He got up like it was nothing.

"Natalie you think something like that's going to kill me?" He asked.

Natalie stepped out of the house lightning striking around her. A huge wave of heat hit Sam and Dean.

"Oh my love I knew it wouldn't I just needed some time to hide someone." She answered.

As the man moved closer a bolt of lightning hit him. As he moved closer more hit him. By the time he got to Natalie he was on his knees. Natalie bent down to his level. She held out her hand lightning striking into her palm but it stayed there filtering into her. She pressed her palm against his forehead.

"Night babe."

He convulsed uncontrollably before light shines from his eyes.

"Eric." She yelled running to the door.

Eric ran to her sobs raking his body. She held him tightly in her arms.

"It's okay he's gone. He can't hurt anybody anymore." She told him.

"Remind me never to piss you off." Dean said.

Natalie turned around shocked.
