"Will you live for me instead?"

Okay that's it.

I stared at him for a good minute. He managed to shake my heart with his statement. Damn it. Why i'm so easy to convinced?

"Are… are you sure? Saving me won't benefit you at all"

I ask him to make sure he won't regret his decision. He needs to make his mind before I stick to him like a koala.

I mean, I myself didn't mind pending my death just a little bit more if someone actually want me in their life.

"I'm a hundred percent sure. So let's get out of here, shall we?"

He waves his hand again, urging me to take it.

I take one last look to the sight below me, before passing the metal fence. Hesitantly, I took his hand in mine and said:

"Only if you let me stay the night at your place."

His smile was replaced with a frown and confusion. I could tell he was flustered and was about to ask why, before I continue.

"My roommate and my best friend are currently in our apartment. They're in mating season, so i'm sure if I spend another hour there, i'll jump for sure"

I teases, while watching his change of expression. If he wasn't blushing earlier, he surely did now.

I chuckle at how horrified he looks while swinging our connected hand back and forth slowly to the rhythm of our steps.

He drag me to the elevator and pressing the buttons with his free hand. While smiling all the way.

"Well, if that makes you feel better. Sure."

He replied. For someone who's shy with things like this, he sure can make me melt in process.

How can he be such a smooth talker while on the other hand, blush dark red when I said mating season?

He was an interesting man.

As we continue our walk, I remembered something crucial and stop in my track.

Which, in result makes him stop because we're still connected via our hands. He turns to me as if asking what's wrong.

"I just remembered. I'm [Y/N]. You?"

I look into his eyes and give him a thin smile, while he slowly smiled and showing me his cute little dimples in the process. Not to mention his attractive eye smile.

"I'm Hoseok. Jung Hoseok."
