In the middle of the woods there is a Little girl with blonde hair, she is singing the song she always sings not knowing where it came from or how she knows it, all she knows is she loves to sing. Her clothes are shabby, a dress torn at ends and frayed at the sides. She wanders, spear in her hand ready to pounce on the prey. She pounces. She kills it, blood seeping from its body pierced by the spear. From far away she spots a giant beast eating some fish. She goes further towards the unknown creature. The creature stiffens then looks around, knowing it's being followed with a great gust of wind it flies away. The little girl is amazed, staring in awe at this gigantic beast. She shakes her head and starts going to the camp to eat.

Girl POV

This morning I woke up still in awe of the beautiful creature I saw yesterday, wondering when I might next see it. I just can't get this thing out of my mind. From the looks of it the creature seemed to be a dragon.

I go out hunting again, I kill a deer with my weapon, just as I am about to walk home a great gust of wind comes again and there the dragon is sitting in the same place. It turns again after its meal and yet again flies away into the distance, I don't give it a second thought I go racing after the dragon, needing to see it again. Eventually I stop and walk back to the camp to eat, after I eat I go to sleep.

In the morning I wake up, it's just past sunrise I frantically grab my spear and go hunting. All the deer has gone so I look for some rabbit, I slowly walk towards the rabbit when suddenly, a great gust of wind blows me over. I pull back my hair from my face and look to see what caused that wave of wind. Staring at me was a dragon, the same dragon I had been seeing every day. It was beautiful, it had white scales with patterns of gold on them, the eyes were amazing though a colour so pretty yet petrifying a lovely plum purple. After staring at me for a while the dragon spoke

Who are you? The dragon asked

Standing tall I climb onto the rock and reply my name is Lucy

And what's your name? I ask the beast

My name is Angel the dragon replied

The voice sent a shiver down my spine, so light yet so terrifying.

That's a beautiful name I compliment her

Angel laughs, her laugh is wonderful it makes you glow inside.

Your a funny child, I'm going to spare you and raise you instead angel said to me.

And with her gigantic claws flew me away, the smooth winds of the air calmed my fear and I was soon fast asleep. When I awoke I was in a cloud with a blanket over me, inside a cave. I look around and seeing nobody there I frantically call my new mothers name

Angel!

It's okay Lucy it's okay I'm right here, she comes up and cuddles me, covering me with her body heat.

I thought you left me! I cry out

Now now little feather she says

Please don't leave me I beg her

I wont she promises
