͟ ͟ ͟ ͟ ✿𑜞TIMELINE. AUGUST, 2017 ．ノ

The sky was dark and was covered with stars which was a rare sight to see in crowded and big cities like Seoul. The sound of vehicles passing through the city was getting softer and softer as time passes by indicating that it was already late at night. The members were all at the practice room, practicing for their upcoming scheduled comebacks and were already sweating hard enough after practicing for hours right after their own solo schedule.

"Alright guys! Let's stop here for today and get some sleep as we have tight schedule for the next three days "
When the choreographer announced it, the members cheered because they all wanted to go back home and have their sweet time alone.

The members started counting and doing some games to see who will clean up the practice which Cien, Wonwoo and Seungkwan were left to clean up after loosing the game. The other members excitedly went home, leaving the three alone to clean while the three just played some soft songs and cleaned the room quietly in harmony. As they finished cleaning up, they washed their hands and turned off the lights then came out of the building waiting for the uber to arrive.

"We all did great" the three smiled at each other and started talking about ordering some late night snacks but was disturbed by a phone call which belong to Cien. As she saw the Id, a small smile flashed behind the mask

"Hello?"

"Alright. I'll be waiting. I'm with Seungkwan and Wonwoo"

The two members look at the girl in confusion because they already made plans to eat late night snacks. She smiled at them and kept her phone inside "Chanyeol-oppa is coming to pick me up"

"Awwww" The two instantly started teasing Cien because they knew the relationship between the two.

Chanyeol was introduced to Cien back in 2015 by Yeri of Red Velvet who was a close friend of the Tang girl. It wasn't a serious introduction but somehow, the two clicked well and build a good relationship. The members knew that the two were close friends and often teased them. It was like they both had feelings for each other yet not confessing.

Seungkwan slightly nudged the older girl with a smirk "So are you coming back tonight or not?"

"Yah ! Boo Seungkwan!"

The two guys laughed seeing the flustered expression of the older girl and teased her until a black car stopped in front of them. The door unlocked and a tall guy in black hoodie with a mask came out.

The trio instantly recognised the guy and smiled at him. Seungkwan and Wonwoo greeted him with a bro-code hug while Cien just smiled at him. It was Chanyeol.

"The dorm is not that far so why don't I just drop you two on way?"

The two guy instantly shook their head and Seungkwan smirked "We don't want to witness a PDA. We rather go on our own, our taxi will be arriving soon"

Chanyeol laughed and nodded his head and opened the door for Cien and gestured her to enter. She thanked him and sat down inside, adjusting the belt while Chanyeol gave his little farewell talk to the two and walked back to his seat.

Wonwoo smirked at the older girl and whispered "Please use protection"

"Jeon Wonwoo!"

Cien's face instantly heated up and fanned herself, hoping that the tall guy beside her didn't catch up what Wonwoo just spoke. Chanyeol started the engine and looked at the two giggling guys and then turned to Cien "Wonwoo-ah, don't worry. I will"

And he drove away, leaving the two in shock and giggling like a high school kids.

Meanwhile Cien just fanned herself from the interaction and avoided Chanyeol's gaze. "Rest for a while. I'll wake you up when we reach"

"A-alright"

When Cien opened her eyes, she was already in his bed. She smiled and stretched out herself. She could hear some sounds coming from the kitchen and chuckled "Oppa, I'll shower okay?"

"Alright! Dinner will be ready soon"

She grabbed her towel and one of his clean shirt and entered the bathroom, taking a quick shower.

They've been a close friends for almost 2 years and it wasn't her first time being in his home and having dinner together. She felt comfortable with him and he often kept a clean towel for her to use whenever she drops by and even some essential skin care material.

After 15 minutes, she applied some cream and wore his grey shirt which was oversized for her and wore one of his half pants and walked to the kitchen. She saw the food placed on the table and her mouth instantly watered.

Chanyeol was in his home-wear and placed the chopsticks as he sat in-front of Cien who took her seat. "Thank you so much for the food!"

"You're welcome princess"

She laughed at the nickname and took a sip of the chicken soup and immediately dig in with the pork stir fried with some veggies and the Budae-Jjigae which was still bubbling and the smell of freshly home-cooked meal filled the air. She was already hungry and the tasty dinner made her more hungry.

"I could devour a whole chicken right now" Cien spoke as she took a bite of the spam and noodles with some kimchi while Chanyeol just chuckled and placed some more foods in her bowl.

The two were soon done with the foods and Cien offered to wash the dishes but Chanyeol asked her to cut the fruits and wait for him instead. She gave up convincing him and did what she was asked to.

She sat in the living room with a bowl of strawberries and a plate of sweet melon that she cut for him while watching the TV which was playing a drama. Soon, Chanyeol came out from the kitchen when he was done with washing the dishes and sat beside Cien and took a bite of the fruits.

"Do you want to sleep in or shall I drop you home?"

"I have already madd myself comfortable here. Drop me back tomorrow morning by 8am" She replied nonchalantly as she chewed on the strawberries. She brought one of the berries in front of Chanyeol's mouth who smiled and muttered a small thanks before eating it.

The two were quiet as they enjoyed their fruit and watching the drama but soon the drama turned into a make out scene between the main leads. Cien's face heated up and tried to change the channel but it was near Chanyeol and she could only avoid the TV.

If she was with her members, they would all laugh out and start playing a little comedy for entertainment but she was now with a guy, the guy she likes and it suddenly felt weird.

"These.. uhm.. western people be really taking make out scenes seriously"

Cien spoke trying not to sound awkward while Chanyeol nodded and his gaze not leaving the TV "But the male actor sucks in kissing"

"Uh?" Cien turned back to the TV and saw the actors making out which looked good so she turned back to the guy "He seems good and professional in it"

"I can do better"

"As if"

"Yah, you're doubting me?"

"Obviously. None can compare with the western artist and maybe Park Hyungsik?"

Cien forgot about being embarrassed but now, she was solely focused on defending the random male actors skill in kissing the female actress. Chanyeol smirked and turned around swiftly which surprised her because he was suddenly so close to her "Then do you wanna see how good am I?"

"Huh -- ??!!"

Before she could even proceed, a cold lips was pressed on hers. Her eyes went wide and she could feel her sense stopped working. Chanyeol's eyes were closed and his arms formed a barrier around her and she leaned back slightly. The bowl of strawberries that she was holding fell on the ground with a small thud and she slowly closed her eyes, as she slowly kissed him back.

Chanyeol smirked when he felt her response and scooped Cien in his lap without breaking the kiss and rather, deepened the kiss. After almost two minute, they pulled back and Cien slowly opened her eyes. Her face was flushed red when she realise what just happened and that she was in his laps, hands around his neck while his hands rested on his waist.

"So? Who do you think is better?"

He smirked at the girl who couldn't find any answer and slightly turned her head. "Don't be so petty"

Chanyeol sighed and smiled as his hand caress her face "Cien, you're making it hard for me to control my feelings. It's been already two years since we knew each other and I have always kept my feelings hidden because I am not sure whether you'll feel the same for me or just see me as a friend but Cien-ah... I've fallen for you, fallen deep into the abyss without any end of coming back to the surface. I am in love with you Cien. I tried of planning a proposal to you but my mind can't think straight anymore. Whenever I am with you, I just feel alive and find my solace in you Cien"

Cien who was flustered from the actions performed earlier was still red but hearing his words, it got her feeling hundreds of emotions and butterflies all over her stomach and body. She could only smiled and place a kiss on his forehead

"You should have told me earlier, idiot"

" So is that a yes?"

"You can say so"
