Sneaky Viz

POV MARCO
I kept pulling at that dumb collar all the way down the hall. It was cold and itchy, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Sour and dry; disgusting.
"Marco!" Someone calls. I turn around to see a red shirted brother with arms open smothering me in a hug. "You've gotten so big!"
"Yeah yeah yeah." I shove him off of him. He looked the same, a smidge taller at most.
"So how was heaven." Tom couldn't help but laugh. "Hahaha sorry. But seriously, how was it?"
"Horri-" my mouth goes dry and my brother looks at me more concerned.
"Dude you okay?" He asks, narrowing his three eyes at me.
I pull at the collar. "It was fine I guess."
"Woah where did that come from." He grabs the collar with a laugh.
"Souvenir." I grumble.
"Makes you look like the 'wild animal' you are, aye bro bro." He nudges me and I join him in a laugh.
It was good to be home.

POV STAR
I sit in my bed, scissors confiscated and magic restrained. Apparently, parents have a right to restrict freedom and magic. Opening my mirror phone, I stare at it.
"C-Call Marco." I say uneasily.
"Calling Marco." The phone buzzes and buzzes.
"I'm sorry." I smiling pixy's face shows up, "But your phone services have been temporarily suspended. Please talk to your provider or come visit us in Pixtopia if this was a mistake... Tee hee hee!"
I slam it shut, my mom has taken everything from me. And for what? To have the world in her 'perfect image'? That's just stupid and stupider than stupid. It was the stupidest of all goddamn stupid things ever. Ranked number one of stupid and horrible things in the history of the multiverse. My children (who i would have with Marco) would learn about there grandmother in school because of horrible things she did.
Suddenly my phone buzzes. I grab it and pick it up without even looking at the name.
"Hello?" I say quickly.
"Woah B-Fly!" Pony laughs. "Did you mistake your chill-pills for thrill-pills. BOOM ha ha ha!!!"
"Oh it's you." I mumble.
"Should I take some uh-fence to that?"
"No no no!" I reassure. "It's just that my mom- I mean it's just that Marco left."
"Oh B-Fly why you so sad about that? It's a gewd thing am I right!?"
"No." I mumble. "I liked his company. It was different, I've never met anyone like him."
"Didn't he try to kill me, girly?" Pony laughs.
"Yeah but that's what was cool! He was so unpredictable and wild, but calm and collected; he was just like me. I miss him."
"Go see him!"
"I can't, no scissors. Mom took it." I mumble, not even connecting my words.
"I've got scissors I'll give you some!" Pony hangs up and two seconds later she's in my room.
"HEYY GIRL HAYYY~" She yells
"Shush!" I get up. "My mom can't catch me."
"Oh right." She smiles sheepishly. "My baaaad."
"Okay let's go." I say.
"Whoop!" Pony cuts opens portal. "NOW we are talking." She grabs my hands and we slip through the portal with ease.
"Woah." I say, squinting my eyes. It was dark and overbearing.
"Is this his... House?" Pony mumbles as we slip through the hallway. Torches line the walls and the hard wood cracks under my feet. Small spiders and other bugs scurry around the floor and send a shiver up my spine.
"Marco?" I call down the hallways. We begin to walk down the hall, holding each other in our arms.
"This is so creepy." Pony clenches her teeth.
"I know." I respond. "But i wanna see him again."
"Aw that's so romantic." Pony cuddles me tightly and I cough, trying to breathe. The air was thick and dusty down here, two things heaven was not at all. We walk and talk down the hall until we finally find an actual light on in a room. We both poke out heads in, Pony looking on top of my like we were in a cartoon. We make eye contact and smile. Inside was a big kitchen and beyond that through another door I could see Marco. He was laughing and eating at the table, probably dinner time for him.
"Let's go surprise him!" I stretch a smile on my face and I dart through the kitchen and jump into the room with a loud "boo!"
"Gah!" I each as Marco falls off his chair and Tom just laughs.
"Oh Marco." He says with his choking laughter. "You've always been such a scaredy cat."
"Now that's something heaven could never teach you!" His dad joins in.
I watch as Marco sits up, a little dizzy and snickers. "I'd thought your mom wouldn't want you down here."
"She doesn't know." I offer him a hand and helps him up. "Plus I had some help."
"Hello." Pony hiccups as she slides into the room.
"Well id offer you food but I doubt you'd like it." I hear a female laugh. I turn to see Marco and Tom's mom, smiling lightly. She had four eyes, but Marco's dad still only had two. There family definitely looked related, both the kids room aspects from both their parents, which is more than I can say about my family.
"Yeah. I just came to visit for a bit." I smile, disgusted by the slob on their plates.
"Yeah, Star wouldn't even eat the tarantulas." Marco points out, with a chuckle. His mom points to a seat next to him and I slide into it. Pony slides into the last one between Tom and their mom.
"You made tarantulas in heaven!?" Tom laughs.
"Yeah. It's when you visi- I mean called." Marco catches himself and I watched at Tom and him exchange glances. "But I did try a bunch of food there. They were nice though, made bacon some mornings."
"What foods did they have?" Tom asks.
"Something called a vagi-tib-ally?" He looks at me.
I melt and manage to say, "Vegetable."
"Oh I've heard of those." Their dad admits.
There was a long silence and Pony and I exchange glances of joy/discomfort.
"So Star," Marco's dad breaks the silence of scrapping and chewing. "I've talked to your mom."
"Really!?" I spit out quickly with a jolt. Marco slides down in his seat uncomfortably.
"Yeah," he takes another bite of his whatever. "She was a very interesting person, very... What's the word-"
"Dad!" Marco suddenly interrupts. "Can I show Star... Uh around?"
"Well I mean-" he dad clears his throat.
"Pony too." He stands up with his half full plate in his shaking hands. "I want to show them the lava falls. And my room. And-"
"Alright." he laughs. "But I want to talk to Princess Butterfly later."
"Yeah okay." Marco begins to leave. "C'mon guys." I shrug at Pony and we leave quickly, following him as he throws his plate in the sink.
"So..." Pony head smiles awkwardly as we continue to walk. Marco is always like three paces in front of us, looking scared as ever.
"Wait Marco." I say and catch up to him. "What was that all about? Why did your dad talk to my mom?"
"I don't know Star." Marco says with a guilty edge to voice. "Just drop it."
"No." I snap and stomp my foot to a sudden halt. "Why. Did. He. Talk. To. Her?"
Marco sighs and leans his head back to the dark-hallway wall, something shinning in his neck. "He wants to talk to her about demons and angels uniting."
