It had been a week, the Mikaelsons and Emily were playing a waiting game, the coven had not made any actions against them. Therefore, Emily had decided to continue a form of training with Freya. 

At first, though, the training was difficult to do out of uncertainty of Emily's powers, and fear that they had gone too far or push Emily too much. Thus, Freya did not know where to begin. 

The first day that she had the training, it was full of uncertainty from both Freya and Emily, therefore, they were not able to get much done. 

Then, after the week had come to an end, the two were more comfortable to be more aggressive during their training. The training that Emily had to do had just finished. The Mikaelons compound walls were full of icicles and the ice had thus just begun to melt.

"How was training angel?" Kol asked. 

Kol was leaning against the entrance of the area that Emily had just left from. He had been waiting for her, just like he had done from the beginning, to take her to her room, or that they would spend time together. 

"It was good, the compound is now full of icicles," Emily replied shyly. 

Even though she was shy about what she had done, she was still feeling a hint of mischief, which was not missed by Kol.

"Well then, Elijah is going to have fun with that," Kol stated. 

He had thus put his arm around Emily's shoulder, and she was blushing at how close Kol was. 

"Come on angel, let's get something for you to eat," Kol added on. 

That was the moment in which Emily's stomach had rumbled. Emily's blush had darkened, and it had thus led to Emily blushing, and Kol laughing out loud. The sound was much louder for him. 

The two had walked into the kitchen, and it had thus Kol had led her to where there was already lunch for her. 

"I hope you like it, angel," Kol said. 

He then did something that had made Emily's eyes widen, he kissed her cheek. For the first time, in the week that they had done this, he had never done that. Then, as Kol had gently squeezed her shoulder, he had left the room, for what reason, it was unknown to Emily. 

The actions of Kol was confusing Emily, the waiting around for her, and the food that he makes her, the time that they spend together, and the recent kiss on her cheek. 

Emily had decided that she needed to talk to Kol soon. She needed to know why he was acting this way when all that she had heard about him was something that was completely different. 

The said girl had begun to eat her food, as Kol was out of the room, freaking out over the fact that he took the action that he had with Emily.
