After the slight argument between Luna and Klaus, the Mikaelson family had all gone to the library. To help Emily's search to find a cure for Kol.

"Thank you for letting me use your books, it is going to help me a lot, " Emily spoke.

She was flipping rapidly through pages, she was trying to figure out a way to bring Cole back.

"Anything to make Kol wake up faster," Elijah replied.

Everyone else was also trying to find a way to wake up Kol. Though, it almost as though Emily was even more determined than before.

It was almost as though a switch had flipped within her, and it forced her to want this. At first, Emily only viewed Kol as a patient, but now she feels as though she can confide in him. Which is incredibly rare.

That can be said, based on the fact that she told him something she's never told anyone before. The only people who knew were the coven.

"So what exactly do you think we will be able to find?" Klaus asked.

He was still skeptical of the fact that they had to ask Emily for help. Klaus already had trust issues, and now he's putting all his faith within a witch to save his brother.

To Klaus, witches are a pain. They've always bothered him, and they have never earned his respect. It was very rare if one had.

"I'm hoping to find an indication about what's going on with Kol," Emily replied.

She was not in the mood for questions. She was trying to read through the pages of each grimoire as fast as she possibly could, so she can move onto the next.

This kind of spell was beyond her capabilities, it was something that she not heard about in a very long time, and even then she did not know where to start from.

That was evident from the fact of how fast Emily was flipping through the pages. She's only spending seconds, or even just one minute, reading through each page.

She wanted Kol to be awake. She wanted that hug to be real, she wanted the fact that he held her face with one hand, to wait for tear away, to be real.

She knew that all of these events were just in his head, but she wanted to feel those things in real life. Even though her intentions might be a little selfish, she didn't see it that way.

"By the way, what do you and my brother talk about exactly?" Klaus asked.

The questions were getting on Emily's nerves. The doubt from Klaus, the doubt that Mikaelson's had, the questions that they had, and the doubt in her abilities that they have.

The doubt in her abilities had one angered Emily the most, she spent a very long time protecting and perfecting her powers, just to please someone that will never be pleased, and she took pride in it.

"None of your business," Emily replied.

When she glanced up from the book, her eyes had flashed blue, angry at the mistrust and disrespect that she was getting.
