UPDATED NOTICE

I will just say this. You are free to imagine Kai, and himself, as you please. Make your own theory of who he is and what exactly he is.

I'm just inserting this notice here, as to say I apologise for the confusion in advance for kai and his identity. I take full responsibility for it. Writing this story I didn't fully know, or intend on making the choice I did choose for, how this story of mine would go.

I've gotten some of you that have commented, how you are confused on the story and Malachi being a 'Demon'.

It's come to my attention that some are trying to understand where all of a sudden his demon side came from. I will try to explain that to the best of my knowledge, and ability.

You see since god is technically the creator of demons, and malachi is his grandson, that also means inherently Kai will have demon blood.

Lucifer also has it, because in some instances it's referred to that Lucifer is the creator of all demons. they're all connected to him, If that makes sense.

Well in this scenario I made it Lucifer made the demons, including Maze, and he has demonic blood in him.

It has also been mentioned to me that in some cases, with a demon giving blood and having children drink the blood.

it happened in 'Supernatural'.

Malachi was a challenge for me, to write. He's complex, to a point where it had me thinking I couldn't possibly continue this book the way I did.

But in the end it all came together, how I'd imagined it would, and I was so happy with it.

Kai has abilities due to his angelic heritage.

It's like Amenadiel with his time-stopping gift, Kai has a different manifestation of his angel powers.

Again I'm sorry for the miscommunication and confusion.

When I was starting Malachi's story, I had zero context, and confidence, to what I have actually thought when I was writing the story until it was a little later when I was half way writing. I just want to make it clear I've been made aware, of how I write my stories. It is a struggle I've had ever since joining Wattpad.
