Zach's POV: 

"Well... this'll be interesting to see." I muttered, plugging in my earbuds to at least attempt to drown out the noise of the classroom. 

Of course it didn't work...

I huffed slightly, watching everyone file in.

"Mm..."  I groaned, forming a fist and killing the small fireball I had been playing with at the time. Of course it wouldn't really burn anything but fire was one of the more common powers to have.

'The new girl here doesn't really seem to have any powers... 

But...

She is kinda cute.' I thought, a light blush coming across my skin, my face heating up.

Downside of having pretty light skin... you have to hide blush yourself.

"So I guess that's how that happened..." I heard two familar voices.

One of them laughed, both of them coming into the classroom. 

Oh well thats fun. New girl and Moon.

I watched both of them, a slight scowl coming across my face slowly as new girl spotted me and growled lowly under her breath. I guess I did deserve it for what I did to her earlier but I just rolled my eyes and turned my head away, my face burning with a dark blush, looking away quickly. 

'Ugh why does she have to be cute.' My thoughts roamed, still having my earbuds in.

"This'll be a fun year..." I mumbled. And I'm pretty sure I heard a soft 

"Yep..." as a reply.
