Zoe POV

So far I had enjoyed every second of my pregnancy except one thing, my skin was so dry and at times itchy. I used so much moisturising cream on a daily basis I swear I should have shares in the damn stuff.

I had gone through 3 or 4 different brands before I found one that worked and the bigger my bump got the more difficult it became to do my legs. Placing my foot up on the toilet seat I start to moisturise my thigh, as I move down my leg my bump once again gets in the way.

"Oh for goodness sake" I sigh only to feel hands on my hips

"What are you doing mi amor?" he says kissing my shoulder

"I'm trying to moisturise my legs, my skin is so dry and I can't reach properly becuase your son is in the way" I huff and he chuckles softly.

"Let me help" he says walking around me, he lifts my foot up sits himself down and place my foot down on his leg, he gets some of the moisturising cream and rubs it between his hands before gently massaging it into my leg "if you're struggling with something just tell me, I want to help in anyway I can"

"But you're not always here" I sigh as he moves onto the other leg "but thank you for doing this"

"I know I'm not but when I am make use of me" he says "there you go all done" he says leaning down and kissing just above my knee

"I wish I have one last thing to do before bed" I say grabbing another bottle of the side

"What's that for?" He asks as I lift up my tank top

"This helps with the stretch marks" I say and he takes the bottle from me

"I hope you're not doing this for my benefit because you could be covered in them and you would still be beautiful and sexy to me" he says, he gently kisses from one side of my bump to the other as my fingers run through his hair.

"I do it for me, it makes me feel better" I sigh "right now I feel like have no control over my body except this"

"Well I can't have my princesa feeling bad" he smiles before squeezing some cream onto his hands and then slowly rubbing it over my bump "I want you to always be happy"

"I never said I wasn't happy" I say but he doesn't look at me, taking his chin in my hand I lift his face to look at me "what's going on D?" I ask cupping his cheek

"It's nothing really, just a couple of guys at work saying that you'd soon see me for what I was and leave" he sighs

"That's because they don't know you like I do" I say taking his face in my hands "don't look at yourself through their eyes D, if anything I wish you'd see yourself through my eyes. They don't see the man I see, the man I fell in love with, ignore them I'm not going anywhere"

"I know I'm sorry" he says standing and pulling me to him and kissing my lips "I have something for you" he smiles taking my hand and leading me back into our bedroom.

He let's go of me and walks over to his case, he opens a side pocket and takes something out before walking back over to me. He takes my hand in his and looks deep into my eyes.

"When I asked you to marry me, my proposal was missing something" he says "so I decided to put that right and I got you this" he says opening a ring box to reveal a beautiful diamond ring.

"Oh my god D it's beautiful" I gasp as he slides it on my finger

"Do you like it?" He asks nervously

"I love it" I smile "thank you"

Wrapping my arms around his neck I kiss him softly and I feel him smile against my lips. Despite what people may say to him I loved this man beyond words, with him I was truly happy and I had no desire to leave him.
Breaking the kiss he pulls me to him and just holds me for a moment.

"God I've missed holding you" he says softly "my arms have felt so empty without you there"

"I know what you mean, but your with me now" I say "and soon you'll be with me all the time"

"I can't wait" he smiles 'I can wait for him to arrive, I can't wait to marry you, I just can't wait"

"Me too" I smile "come on let's try and get to sleep before he decides it's time to party"

I climb into bed and watch as Damian removes his t shirt and jeans before sliding into the bed next to me. I snuggle into him as best I can and he wraps an arm around me.
He kisses the top of my head and I drift off to sleep as he rubs gentle circles on my hip content in the knowledge that for now everything I need is right here in the room with me.
