Zoe POV

Standing by ringside I watch as Damian stalks his opponent across the ring. Right now he was calm and smiling but he just like his temper was unpredictable. All it would take was a little disrespect from his opponent and he would snap.

"Come on D you got this" I call out and he winks at me.

Damian runs at AJ only for him to duck, sending him flying over the top rope and on to the floor. I move to go to him but stop when I see him get up.

"That the best you got" Aj shouts "You're nothing Priest"

As Damian gets to his feet I catch a glimpse of his face and I know what's coming. He lifts the ring apron and pulls out a steel chair before getting in the ring with it.

"D no!" I shout climbing into the ring myself and standing between him and Aj as he raises the chair over his head. I place my hands on his chest and he looks down at me his face softening instantly.

"That's it D, calm down" I say maintaining eye contact "you don't need to do this"

He nods at me and let's the chair drop, I give him one last look before getting out of the ring.

"How does she do that Michael" Corey gasps "how does get him to stop just like that? What does she have over him?"

The match ends with Damian getting a clean pin and retaining the title.

He climbs out of the ring holding the belt up before wrapping me up in a hug which I gladly return. We walk to the top of the ramp and I raise his arm and point at him as the crowd cheer.

Damian had backstage segments to film and an interview to do so while he did that I decided to hang out backstage with Bobby. I hadn't seen Dolph since we came back on the road and I was kind of disappointed.

"Do you want me to go find him?" Bobby asks and I shake my head

"No I'm sure I'll see him at some point" I say, just then I spot him walking towards us, he stops beside Bobby and looks at me nervously.

"Hi Zoe" he says barely making eye contact with me, I don't speak I just walk over and wrap my arms around him, the second I do I feel him relax as he hugs me back.

"Thank you for sending him to me" I say quietly and he holds me tighter

"You're welcome" he says "I've missed you Zee"

"I've missed you too zigs" I reply stepping back from him

"So how did it go?" He asks "is it over?"

"Yeah it's over" I smile "it's just me and D now and I'm happy"

"There's a bunch of us going out tonight after the show you want to come?" He asks "we could celebrate"

"Sure I'm in, what are we celebrating?" Damian asks appearing behind me

"Zee getting rid of Todd and you two being happy" Dolph smiles

"You know what I'm really tired" I say "you guys go have fun I'm going to turn in early"

"Are you ok princesa? You feeling alright?" Damian asks looking worried

"I'm fine I promise I just need sleep" I say "I'll see you when you get back"

"Bien, te amo" he says lifting my chin and pressing his lips gently against mine

"Yo también te quiero" I reply as I watch him leave with Dolph and Bobby.
As I watch them I feel a tap on my shoulder and I turn to find Alexa standing their wothna big grin on her face.

"First of all welcome back, now what the hell did I just see?" She smiles

"Thanks Lexi and I'm not sure what you are talking about" I chuckle

"Did I or did I not just see Damian kiss you?" She asks

"Oh that, yeah you did" I smile "it took me by surprise too"

"So you two aren't a thing then?" She asks

"Yes but pda's aren't his thing" I say "he never normally does anything like that"

"I have so many questions" she smiles "would you like to hang out?"

"I was actually going to have an early night" I sigh

"Well we can hang out in your room" she says "just do girl talk and room service"

"You know what girl talk would be nice" I smile "give me an hour and then come by my room"

"Great see you then" she grins before leaving

I was actually looking forward to hanging out with Lexi I spend so much time around men that it will nice to get a woman's perspective on a few things. Plus Damian's birthday is coming up and she may be able help me come up with some ideas of what to do for him.

Thinking back to the kiss we had shared before he left it had genuinely surprised me that he had kissed me infront of everyone.  I wasn't complaining it was just unexpected and out of character for him.
That he had said I love you in spanish told me he wasn't entirely comfortable with pda's but I loved that he was trying.

I had a surprise of my own planned for him when he got back. When we checked in to the hotel we got separate rooms as always but after he left this morning I had cancelled his room and moved his stuff into mine, I had also rung the next few hotels and changed the bookings, from here on in we would be sharing a room.
