"And that's it!" Catarina exclaimed happily as she finished her designs. She leaned on the couch and let out a contented sigh.

I just need to ask them for some final adjustments. Other than that it's complete.

She looked at the designs once more. Aside from being HEAVENS' composer,she was also their designer. And now she had just completed the design of their stage outfit for the decisive concert.

All that's left are their solos and the new group song.

"Oh,it's time!" She remembered just in the nick of time and opened the tv to watch the Song Festa where HEAVENS is going to make a special appearance.

"Song Festa's guests tonight are," the male host starts saying.

"These individuals chosen to appear at the Triple S Decisive concert ," the female host leads on.

"STARISH!" STARISH members comes into sight.

"And tonight we have another special guest," the female host continues.

The male host joins," Speaking of appearing on the Triple S decisive concert, "

"HEAVENS!" The curtain rises revealing HEAVENS. Both the groups starts walking towards the stage while exchanging whispers among themselves.

"No one told me HEAVENS was going to appear on the show too," Ittoki appears nervous.

"They don't tell us everything in advance," Hijirikawa tells him.

"Huh? What the hell is this?" Yamato asks irritated.

"We are appearing with STARISH," Eiichi replies with a frown.

Dissatisfied, Nagi asks,"Why didn't they introduce us first when we're the best group in the universe?"

Both groups come to a halt as they now stand facing each other. All of a sudden ,the lights went out. A maniacally laughter echoed around the place.

"What's going on?" Kurusu questions. Eiichi, understanding whose laughter it was, let out a sigh.

POOF

The smokes disappeared to reveal Raging Otori. "Raging Otori?" Jinguji was taken aback.

"Rejoice, HEAVENS and STARISH. I'm here to announce a revolutionary project which will knock your socks off," Raging told the boys. Everyone was caught off guard by that.

"Listen closely," Raging started to do weird poses,"HEAVENS and STARISH will be working on a duet project together."

"What? A duet project?"

"A duet..."Ichinose trails off. Shinomiya continues,"...project."

Aijima, not grasping the situation, asks ,"What does this mean?" And again ,Shining Saotome appears out of nowhere," Allow me to explain."

"The members of STARISH and HEAVENS will sing together one by one in this super dreaming project," Shining says doing different poses.

"What?" Kurusu exclaimed.

"All members of STARISH and HEAVENS will ring together," Shinomiya repeats what Saotome just said.

"What a shocking announcement!"

"What kind of plan is that?" Yamato asks angrily.

Shion says disbelievingly," I don't believe this."

"The featured" "Duos are," Shining and Raging respectively says. The pictures featuring the duos are shown on screen while the hosts introduce them.

"Ittoki Otoya and Otori Eiichi."

"Sumeragi Kira and Hijirikawa Masato."

"Shinomiya Natsuki and Mikado Nagi."

"Otori Eiji and Ichinose Tokiya."

"Jinguji Ren and Kiryuin Van ."

"Hyuga Yamato and Kurusu Syo."

"Aijima Cecil and Amakusa Shion."

Shining and Raging starts pushing each other in order to talk," These two groups are thrilling and fascinating.And through their union is born an unprecedented project. Coming Soon!"

Catarina just watched the drama unfold on the tv while eating snacks.

Duet project,huh? It never occurred to me. I'm sure even the others didn't thought about it.

In the building where the song festa was held, STARISH and HEAVENS are now currently inside adjacent elevators.

Eiichi lets out a scoff ," This is exactly the kind of thing dad would come up with.Right ,Eiji?" Eiji just sweatdropped at his brother ,"Nii-San."

"Unprecedented project,my ass. Don't make me laugh," The elder Otori states ignoring the fact that he was also unaware of the project. At this , his brother just sighed.

Kira reasons," But,it could be helpful."

Van agrees," Yeah. It could be a good opportunity to learn something about them."

"I don't want to know them," Shion protests. Yamato joins," Shion's right. What good would knowing then do?"

The youngest member says," I don't care either way. After all, our superbly super group is going to win at the decisive concert.

Unbeknownst to them, STARISH was also discussing about the same matter inside the elecator to their right. Reaching the ground floor, both the elevator doors open and as on cue , both the groups come out at the same time. They stare at each other for a few seconds before going the opposite ways.

Later that evening, Catarina was suddenly called by Raging. She enters his office after receiving permission.

"President, you asked for me?" No matter how pushy Raging was, she still respected him as he made her HEAVENS composer.

"Catarina,do you intend to keep working in their solo songs?" The female answers in the affirmative.

"Very well. I expect that you wouldn't disappoint. However I called you here to tell you that you will also be writing songs for their duet project no matter how busy you are with their solos." Catarina appeared a bit surprised at the news.

Also?

"Although you won't be working alone. You'll have to cooperate with Nanami Haruka. Each of you will write three songs and then work together on another one."

"Work together with Nanami-san?" Catarina was astonished but then have a firm nod.

"You'll get the details later.You may leave now." Giving a slight bow, she left his office processing the information.

Entering the living room ,she sees that all the members have returned.

"Oh,you're back already?" The blond woman asks.

"Yeah. Where did you go Na-Chan?" Van asks from his place in the couch.

"President called." At this everyone's eyes fall on her. Kira and Eiji comes out from the kitchen.

"What did he say?" Eiichi asks with a frown as she sits next to him. She smiles at him and starts saying,"He said I'm also in charge of your duet songs." Hearing her reply, the others also smile .

"But what do you mean by 'also'?" Yamato asks leaning on a couch.

"Nanami-san will also be working on it. We both will create three songs and then make another one together. It hasn't been decided which duos we'd write."

"So only three of us will sing your songs?" Shion quietly says.

"Technically four."

"I don't have any problems if Haruka writes my song but I'd prefer Rinna over her," Nagi chirps.

"But Rin-chan, won't it be too much for you? You already have your hands full with our solos," Eiji becomes worried if it was all too much for the girl he considers his sister.

"True...twelve songs in six months will be tough," Kira also becomes worried.

"That may be true...But I want to do it, in fact I want to write songs for all of your duets. To be honest, just thinking that someone else will write your songs is enough to make me jealous," Catarina answers with a light smile.

"Rin..." Shion's taken aback and so are the others.

"Angel...You made Onii-chan so happy by saying those!" Van tries to jump from his seat to hug Catarina. However Yamato grabbed his arm before he could jump.

"Oi, old man. Don't jump on her and make her faint because of your weight," Yamato smirks at Van.

"Wha!? I don't weight that much!" The others laugh at the scene. Meanwhile Shion comes to sit next to her resulting her being squished between Eiichi and Shion on the two people couch. Shion hugs the girl ,"Good luck, Rin. " The girl also hugs him back.

"You can do it!" Nagi gives a thumbs up.

"Now I'm getting excited for the duet project," Eiji says excitedly.

"We'll make this project a success," the glasses wearing brunette says putting a hand on her head.

"We'll do our best to support you," Kira finishes with a smile. The blue eyed woman returns the smile, "Thank you!"

"Kira,I'm hungry," Yamato tells Kira. In answer Kira says," It'll be ready soon. We'll have....curry tonight."

"Yay! Kira's curry!"The only female in the room exclaims. Nagi teases her,  "Even when you cry at the spiciness? "
She just laughs sheepishly.

The next day Kurosaki,Mikaze and Camus were having a bad day since their leader suddenly left in the morning. But they still continued doing their individual works. Catarina accompanied HEAVENS in their works as she wanted to spend more time with them for their solo project since their schedules didn't leave much time for it.

Later that afternoon when HEAVENS were busy with their last job of the day - a photoshoot, Catarina walked around the big studio to buy a drink as she was thirsty. While thinking about HEAVENS' new songs , Catarina noticed that she was in an empty hallway. She wasn't the type to lose her path or get scared of such isolated places.

Must've taken a wrong turn. So she just shrugs and turns around to walk back. But a familiar voice called out her name from behind her causing her to stop in her tracks.

" Catarina," the voice called out.
It's time.I can do this! With that she turned around to meet cold eyes.
