Crocodile spent no time at all to smoothly fly down into the arena shaped room and let out a large satisfied puff of smoke from his crumbling cigar, just the satisfied look in his eyes made the entire room quake at his intentions.

He let a power hungry grin grace his lips as he slowly clapped his hands to gain the lovers' attention in an act of smug victory.

"Spectacular job indeed you two, Pluton is only a hop, skip and a jump away..now, if you'll be as kind as to step aside" the two scowled and growled at his sickingly disgusting tone, it was as sweet as thick molten honey but as obviously fake as a chunk fool's gold.

Law swiftly buried himself in Kidd's side and hooked onto his arm as the redhead took a fierce fighting stance in refusal.

The bastard just laughed as he lifted up his hooked hand, "Oh come now, you can't possibly expect to win with both your wings useless and no skill whatsoever? Do you?"

Letting himself blank out a bit, Kidd swiftly rushed towards the sandman with inhuman speed and great determination while Law quickly jumped back and made an expert defensive pose in front of the opened gates, there was no way in hell anyone was getting through him with so many lives possibly on the line.

Once the redhead was almost close enough he kicked himself a little off the ground and used the momentum to spin himself by a ninety degree angle to make himself zoom at the creep sideways with a flying kick.

Now directly in front of the other he pulled his leg out to give him a powerful blow to the side, just when Kidd's boot was going to meet the side of Crocodile's face, a barrier of sand came out of nowhere and blocked the hit instead.

Before he could even remove the leg from the sand mound, Kidd was immediately struck in the gut with a bejewled fist, sending him flying into the opposite wall with a small sound of pain.

"Kidd!!" It took every once of Law's willpower not to rush to the redhead's aid, if he did then he would be leaving Pluton completely unprotected and ripe for Crocodile's taking.

The shout gained the old mafia boss' attention and Crocodile cackled as a wicked idea popped in his head, this was going to get messy.

Using his archeus ability, Crocodile made the sand around Law float up and wrap him up in a sandy trap, using the sand to muffle his cries, he forcefully dragged the guardian to his side.

Kidd painfully groaned as he sat up, his heart stuttered when he looked back at Crocodile and paused in his movements.

Law was tightly wrapped up in a thick layer of sand with Crocodile's golden hook dangerously close to his neck while the sand slowly tightened around him like an anaconda with it's prey, slowly suffocating him with each passing breath.

That was the terrorist's one mistake, he openly endangered Law right in Kidd's face, "now that I have your 'lover' here I-" Crocodile never finished, because Kidd punched his face in and made him go flying right into the bismuth heart, unfortunately making it crack and shatter from the impact, making tiny shards fly in every direction.

Kidd was maddened with rage, his eyes were at their maximum with a gorgeous bright red, and the gears in his wings were glowing brilliant golds, silvers and bronzes as well as the blood dripping out started to glow a toxic crimson.

To say the least, the serial killer finally released his demons and snapped, and for the first time in Crocodile's life, he felt absolute fear from the monstrosity that was standing before him.

In the brutal assault he recieved from Kidd, the terrorist lost his concentration on Law's cocoon and dropped the choking raven onto the ground, as soon as Law was free and stood up again, Kidd immediately grabbed onto him and kept a very painful grip on the smaller from behind.

"K-Kidd-ya.." Law honestly has never seen the punisher like this, the redhead has never ever lost control over his inner beast so badly...and wow, he became like this...to protect him?

Crocodile clicked his tongue in annoyance while lifting up all the sand in the ruins and gathering it all above his head in a giant ball, "sand rain!!"

Then all at once Crocodile sent the sand flying at the two, all shaped in hundreds of sharpened javelens, and at the same time Kidd's eyes flashed and it made all the gears, chains, screws and nuts in his wings fly at Crocodile as well at a frightening speed.

Both forces hit the two dead on.

Few sand jets hit Kidd in his arms and shoulders, but missed Law thanks to the redhead, while the metal objects struck the terrorist like dozens of bullets into his chest and gut.

Blood dipped from the redhead's wounds as he slowly started to fall back, just before he hit the ground, Law caught him in his arms.

As Kidd slowly breathed in and out, the red in his eyes slowly dissolved back into their normal amber hue while the beast grew calm again, feeling satisfied with the damage done.

"Kidd-ya..are you okay?" The guardian's voice was gentle and soft, just to make sure not to possibly agitate him even more and put him in danger as well.

Just when Kidd was going to answer a huge hole was blown into the wall behind them, "KIIIIIIIIDDDDDDOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! LAAAAAAAAWLAAAAAAAAAAAAW!!!!!!!!" That obnoxious voice only belonged to one person.

Monkey D. Luffy.

Law chuckled as their friends rushed towards their bloodied forms, the Strawhats just crashed the party, for better or for worse he didn't know.

But in the back Law noticed something, or rather someone..

It was the mysterious cloaked figure from before...the one that carried him here and always followed Crocodile around wherever he went, but now his cloak was a bit messed up so you could see long wild blond hair spilling out of the thick black hood.

"AHHHHH!!! THEY'RE COVERED IN BLOOD!!! WE NEED A DOCTOR!!!" Chopper flipped and started to run around in circles as he gathered his medical supplies.

"L-Luffy-ya, how did you guys find us?" The defender chuckled as he grabbed onto the hooded figure's shoulder and brought him to his side like a dear friend.

"He's a buddy of Kiddo so he brought us here to help" Law blinked, a friend of Kidd? The figure chuckled at Luffy's excitement, walked over to the glaring Kidd and kneeled down to see them better.

"You must be Kidd's guardian angel, thanks for keeping him safe for as long as you did, I know for one how much this bastard's been giving you trouble" the figure removed his hood and smiled down at the raven with thankful eyes.

Kidd's own eyes almost bugged right out of his head and Law's jaw dropped to the floor.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!?!?!?!?"
