Fay's POV

"I'll see you tonight girl." said Ivy

I waved at her as I got to my car.

In The Store

I'm almost done shopping. I look at the cereal boxes on the shelves. I turned back to my cart trying to decide between two cereal brands when I see some girl in front of me. She's staring at me. It feels like there's some weird energy on her. Why is she looking at me. I walk over to the next aisle and she's still there. "What the fuck.." I think she heard me because she walked away. It didn't even look like she ways looking for something or someone. She just stood there, watching me.

I hurried up and paid and went to my car. She was still there. Waiting in the parking lot. You have no idea how fast I ran to my car and drove home. I think I ran a red light.. or two. I took a quick shower and got the food ready for the girls. I made a cheese board since my friend, Lilly, doesn't eat meat. I even got the nice wine from the store, it costed me a little more then my usual but we don't hangout outside of work often. I got 'Girlfriends' ready on the tv and rented 'When Harry met Sally'. Ava always begs us to put it on because its what she considers to be 'the best movie out there'. I'm gonna kick the shit out of her if its back.

*Knock, knock, knock*

I walked over to the door . "Hurry up! I'm tryin' to get drunk tonight!" said Ivy. She's gonna be pissed when she sees all I have is a bottle of wine. As soon as I open the door they all hug me and say how much they've missed me. I was just as work today. What the fuck are they on?

"What are you talking about?" I say, giggling a little. "We saw each other at work earlier today." 

"I knooww. But we never get to hangout after work." Ava says, walking into the house. "And its not often you get along with your coworkers."

She right. I remember my first job on earth. I was a waitress as a restaurant and I hate everyone there. The staff, my boss, the customers, everyone. Then I saw a opening at my now job and I haven't look back since.

Lilly ran straight to my bathroom and went through my cabinet. "What the hell are you looking for."

"What ever you use on your skin to make it so soft and clear. You look so young."

"Young? You do know I'm only 24 right?"

"Yea but I've known you since you were 19. I literally see no difference."

Well I am an angel and we don't reeealllyy change. Then again, Lilly is a mom to twins who stress her out. She's only 28 but looks damn near 45. 

"Can you bitches hurry up? I wanna watch the movie now." said Ava, snapping her fingers. 

"God  damn Ava relax, we're coming." said Ivy. 

"Language." I quickly said.

"Dude you curse all time time and 'god damn' is the cut off for you?"

"Language! And yes, it is. Its uh..rude to say around religions groups."

"But no one in this room is religious." said Ava.

"Umm I'm LITERALLY Mormon." said Lilly.

"WAS Mormon." said Ava. Lilly sat back in her chair sulking.

"The point is that no one is religious here so I should be able to say it. But if it bothers you this much I won't say it anymore." 

"Thank you." I said smiling. We finally sit down and watch the movie. And guess who fell asleep 10 minutes into the movie... AVA. I wanted to wake her up and kick her ass. She BEGGED us to watch it and when and finally agree she falls asleep. 

We all eventually fall asleep with the movie playing in the background. Honestly, I couldn't tell you anything that happened in this movie. 

I eventually get up at around 3:00 a.m. to use the bathroom. I drunk a lot of wine last night. I quietly walk over to the bathroom, trying not to wake any of the girls up. As I was washing my hands I felt a weird presence behind me. I look up at the mirror but I saw nothing. Maybe I'm just tired. 

"Hey princess." I quickly turn around to see a angel hunter. How did they find me? I've been here for so long, how did I get noticed now. 

"Ho- how did you find me?" I said in a shaky voice. I squint my eyes and look closer. That's the same woman that was following my in the store.

"Recognize me yet?" She said, I guess I was staring for too long. She slightly smirks and said "Or is the fact that I'm an attractive woman and you haven't got any action in a while." Damn, I know they have to do a background check on the angels but I didn't think they'd tell them that too. 

"You know that's not a very professional question to ask someone." I say folding my arms. "Besides..I'm not into girls." She quickly lifts her knife towards my neck, pressing up against my body as I leaned on the sink for support. 

"I don't think you understand what's about to happen her princess. You should watch what you say. I can make this process very quick and painless or torcher you to death."

"..Please.." I said quietly. "I have people over, if they hear you-"

"I don't care what they hear or how they find you, I want to get the job done."

We stood there for a while. I guess she was thinking on her next move. She brings her hand up to my cheek and wipes a tear away from my eye. Why isn't she doing anything? She slowing backs away and takes her gun from her waist band. "Its not fun to murder your kind without a fight. Then again, I don't remember the last time y'all every stood up for yourselves." She lifts it toward my head. My life starts flashing before my eyes. My sister, my friends, my first date, when I moved into this apartment. 

"Fay? Where are you?" She looks at the door then back at me. "Shit. I guess you get off this time, but I'll find you again. The door opens. "No wait-" Ivy opens the door rubbing her eyes. "I was wondering where you went. Why are you crying?" I look back in front of me and she was gone. "Uh nothing." I saw wiping my tears away. "Lets go back." "But Fa-" "I'm fine.. I promise."

We walk back to the living room. The rest of the girls are still asleep. I stay awake for the rest of the night. How could I fall asleep after that? I mean, I wouldn't be able to go back to sleep with Ivy's loud ass snoring. 

The next morning we all went to get breakfast. I'm just grateful she didn't say anything to the girls. I'm pretty sure she's gonna ask me when we're alone. I'll deal with that later. For now I just wanna forget that happened.
