3rd Person's POV

The whole guild was in dead silence with everyone's minds on the mage they just found after being gone for a whole year. Team Natsu all crowded around the infirmary room anxiously waiting for Lucy to wake up. They were happy she was back but they weren't happy about the condition they found her in.

Lucy was bruised, cut and it looks like she almost beaten to death by whoever or whatever had abducted her. Her keys were still on her so clearly the reason she was abducted wasn't for her magic. Nobody in the guild could understand why anyone would want to kidnap an innocent Mage like her. Suddenly a black light emitted from Lucy's body and a few seconds later she woke up. She looked around the bed seeing all the people she hasn't seen for an entire year.

"Everyone....." Lucy was on the verge of tears looking at everyone from person to person until her gaze finally stopped at one particular wizard, Natsu.
"Natsu....." And with that Lucy started crying her eyes out, but it was tears for happiness because she was finally able to see all her friends again.
Natsu ran next to Lucy and comforted her as she her cried the tears of joy, "It's OK Lucy, we're right here." As they were doing that everyone else was smiling happy that they could see their celestial mage once again.

Lucy's POV

I woke up as soon as I felt Zeref give me the signal to and I looked around the room seeing the people that betrayed me around me.

'Time to start acting...' I thought.
I started crying like it was nothing and pretended to be happy to be here again. When in reality I was actually fighting the temptation to kill them all right here and now with just the flick of my wrist.
But no. I have to follow Zeref's plan if I want them to suffer the same pain they brought me. So here I am crying in Natsu's arms, acting like the innocent and weak celestial mage they remember from a year ago. They all have no idea I was the one who killed all of the people in that church they found me in.

"Lucy, where did you go? After you left the guild we couldn't find you." Mira asked.

"What are you talking about? Why would I ever leave the guild?"

"Lucy, don't you remember what happened?" Natsu asked.

"Well I do remember I left for a job but that was it. Am I supposed to remember something else?" I pretended like I couldn't remember about how they kicked me out of the guild. Nobody answered me, which im guessing was out of pure shock. Nobody except one.

"No, nothing else." Lisanna says. I look at her with hatred in my eyes but I try not to show it.

"You know, you look a lot like Mira." I stare at her a bit more one more time and I think I was making her uncomfortable because she moved back a bit.

"Oh my gosh, are you Lisanna?" She hesitantly nodded at me.

"It's really nice to finally meet you Lisanna, Mira and everyone else told me a lot of good things about you. I guess we haven't met yet because clearly something happened to me." I pointed towards the bandage wrapped around my head.

"Lucy....." Natsu said.

"What?" 

"Lisanna's been here for more than a year already. I introduced you to her when she first came back." Levy said. 'I guess they bought the act.'

"What are you talking about Levy? this is the first time I've seen her let alone talk to her." I acted confused.
"What are you guys talking about?!" I started clutching my head and screaming in pain.

"Luce calm down!" Natsu says as he tries to calm me down by hugging me.

"No! Let go of me!" I pushed him off me and everyone looked at me in shock. I on the other hand, got off the bed and headed towards the door before looking back saying,
"Look I'm sorry Natsu but I don't have time for this. Other than knowing I was obducted I have no memories of the past year or even some months before that. So I'm gonna go find a spell that can help me remember and I'm gonna do it now."

I walked towards the library in the guild making sure to get there before anyone else. I summoned a book in my hand, which I created that I'm sure has the spell they think that's gonna help me recover my memories, in there. When in reality, it's a spell for something else.

The truth was, I found the spell in Zeref's castle. I just rearranged it to make it not seem so dangerous and make it look like a memory spell. I smirk to myself as I put the book on the shelf and I walk back towards the door making it look like I just arrived in the library.

"Lucy!" I look back behind me seeing that everyone that was in the clinic a second ago was now with me in the library.

"Look I'm sorry about before Natsu I just wanna get my memories back as soon as possible and I don't have time to be talki-"

"Lucy we're gonna help you." I looked at Natsu pretending to be in shock.

"Look Lucy, I gotta admit. In those memories that you lost, we did some pretty mean things. We don't want you to remember them. But if you don't remember, we won't be able to apologize to you properly. So we're gonna help you. Just please don't be mad at us when you do remember." Gray explained. I nodded at him and everyone else.

"Don't worry, whatever you did I'm sure it wasn't that bad." I smiled at them. But deep inside I knew the truth. It was that bad and it hurt me. No matter what I'll never forgive them. Death isn't nearly enough. I will make them feel the same betrayal they made me feel a year ago. How would they like it if someone they thought they cared for trusted was actually a murderous killer working with feared dark mage Zeref? 

"Just wait till you remember." Natsu mumbled. I heard but I pretended not to.

"Sorry what was that?" I asked indicating it at Natsu.

"N-nothing Luce. Not let's start looking for that spell!" Every agreed and we all searched different parts of the guilds library.

After about 30 minutes of searching I quietly slipped away hoping that everyone would be too busy searching to notice me. My hopes were answered because no one did.

I went back to an alleyway where I was sure nobody would be. I threw down a lacrima and it formed a floating sphere. Zeref's face soon appeared on the sphere making me able to see him and vice versa.

"Princess, it's been s while." He said sarcastically.

"Knock it off Zeref it's only been a couple of days." Yes I know it may only have seem like a day but it took a couple of days to kill all those people and get them to the church.

"I take it the fairies trust you again?"

"Of course. They wouldn't dare not to trust me again after what happened when they didn't trust me last time. Now that their precious Lucy is back, they all think that if they not trust her again, she wll disappear. There's no way their gonna take that chance."

"And I take it you planted the book?"

"With all this questioning I'm starting to feel some serious doubt in our relationship Zeref." I place a hand on my heart as I acted hurt. Zeref just simply rolled his eyes at me.

"You're terrible at acting." He stated.

"The fairies don't think so. After all they bought that stupid act I put on for them." He nodded.

"Hey Lucy." He asked.

"Yeah?"

"Did you like it when Natsu hugged you?" I stood there not moving and barely even breathing. It took me a while to comprehend that Zeref, knowing my hatred towards them and especially Natsu, just asked a question like with the most obvious answer.

"Aww~ Is the most powerful Mage on Earth Land jealous of a simple hug?" I teased. Zeref blushed a me. It wasn't a lot, it was just a little but I still saw it.

"O-O-Of course not. I-I was just wondering. But considering how fast you pushed him off I guess what the answer would be obvious so never mind."

"Considering the person that hugged me was Natsu, the answer should've been obvious, Zeref. And if you are jealous just say so."

"I'm not and let's stop talking about this. Anyway, you made sure you put that spell in the book right?" He asked.

"Yup. The spell they think is gonna help me recover my memories is actually a spell to let me borrow a certain dark dragons energy and power. You guessed it, it's the dark dragon you and I both love-"

"Achnologia." He finished.

"Correct."
