"and finally, i just want to say thank you. you guys are my only friends that have stayed through all my shit. as cliche as it sounds, i hope you'll all stay in my life for 2019," josh raised his glass of white wine to his friends surrounding. everyone else did the same and drank their beverage they had.

tyler came up behind josh and gave him a kiss on the cheek. he rested his head on josh's shoulder while josh leaned into him slightly. god, were they in love.

before long, their guests made their way into josh and tyler's mini theatre. they decided to watch the spider man trilogy with toby maguire. the only people there were josh, tyler, dallon, brendon, jordan, and jenna. jenna didn't have a significant other, but she had jordan to cuddle and so she did.

they started watching the movies at nine and by the time they had all finished, it was around 2 in the morning. jenna had fallen asleep in jordan's arms, tyler in josh's, and brendon in dallon's. jordan also fell asleep. the only people up were josh and dallon.

"happy new years, joshy boy," dallon said sleepily.

"happy new years, long legs," josh smiled.

dallon had the remote and picked another movie to watch before the two eventually fell asleep.
