Author's note: Short Chapter

Third Person's POV

Io's preparing for his playdate with Kristy Marcus' little sister and Thomas, Io told Thomas that he could start off without him and he'll meet up with them later at the amusement park, and that something in home came up on the last minute which was half true is that he was gonna call his friends from Puerto Rico to give them updates.

"Hola! (Hi!)" Io greets his friends from face time on the computer.

"Con que AHORA llama el hijo de la gran puta esta(NOW this motherfucker decided to call)" a curly hair light skin female stated with a really pissed off tone.

Then a young man with a undercut curly hair same tone "Rai bajale dos (Rail Chill out)" he tells the female.

Then a more tanned skin female with glasses "Io, estamos en el medio del stream saluda al chat! (Io, we're in the middle of the stream say hi to chat!)" she said.

"HOLA CHAT Los extraño con cojónes(Hey Chat, I miss you guys as fuck)" Io then said spoke in Spanish.

"Io cuentanos que las que hay, hacia tiempo que supimos algo de ti (Io, tell us what's up, it's been a while since we knew anything about you)" the tanned girl said.

"Bueno Alo, empenzó con saludando a Yoshi, visitando mi familia (Well Alo, it started with saying hi to Yoshi, visiting my family)" Io tells his friend.

"te conseguiste un pene chino (did you got yourself a Chinese dick?)" the boy asked.

"Benito!" both Rai and Alo yelled scolding at the undercut young man.

Io forced himself a smiled "Uno, no son chinos son japoneses y segundo sin querer capturé dos en lugar de uno (number one, they're Japanese not Chinese, and second unintentionally I think I caught two instead of one)" he explains.

"Io, como dice "que" en japones? (Io, how you say "what" in Japanese?)" Rai asked.

"Nani" Io answered.

"NANI!?" they asked before the four Puerto Ricans laugh their asses off.

"Hay puñeta los amo carajo (Oh, shit I love you guys fuck)" Io said while calming down "yeah, lo llamé para dejarlos saber que sigo vivo, no tan activo en twitch como antes pero estare streaming en vez en cuando (Yeah, I called to let you guys know that I'm still alive not as active as before, but I'll be streaming in every chance I get)" he continues.

"Bueno nos vemos, Io y presentanos tus novios cuando puedas! (Well see you soon, Io and introduce us your boyfriends when you can)" Alo tells Io before hanging up.

"This bitch" Io curses before turning off his phone and gets ready As Gatomon walks in 

"You're ready now, Io?" she asked.

Io nods "yeah, we don't want to keep Thomas, waiting" he responds before walking out of the house "I'm sure Thomas' having a handful with Marcus' sister" he says while Gatomon be in his Digivice.

"How so?" she asks.

"Well from the first second I saw her I can tell that she's the picky type and also" he pulls out his phone and sees that there weren't any missed calls from Thomas "Thomas hasn't called, last night I told him that he could call me if there's a problem involving the schedule that he had planned" he then says before entering a amusement park where he promised Thomas to meet up.

"Excuse me young man, we're throwing out a karaoke competition where the winner get a big price!" a man who seems like a employee offers the young man.

Io shrugs "why no-OOO" he says while being dragged to the stage as a random song was play "Wait now!?" he questions.

Io closes his eyes unknowingly that the people begin to walk towards the stage

Io opens his eyes looks shock to see the people staring at him which Io waves shyly

Meanwhile Thomas was with Kristy and her mother were walking around and they hear someone singing when they reached

Io hands the man the microphone and walks out of the stage before he could receive a standing ovation. After a while of walking, it was nighttime until he hears some explosion, but it wasn't fireworks

he looks up and sees a Giant orange like Digimon walks around the park scaring off the people who ran away from the Digimon

Io pulls out his Digivice "Gatomon, realize!" he calls Gatomon flies out of the Digivice.

"Neko punch!" Gatomon shouts as she sends a barrage of punches to the Digimon but only to be knock off by the Digimon laughing Mockingly at Gatomon.

"That's all you got Kitty cat" Citramon mockingly asked.

"Gatomon!" Io calls his Digimon as he runs up to Gatomon "Gatomon, answer me" he plead the Digimon before looking back and sees a barrage of what seem like grenades heading his way.

"Spiral Blow!" a gust of wind pushes the attack away.

"Io!" Io hears a voice calling for him

Io looks over and sees Thomas and Gaogamon heading towards him "Thomas! Gaogamon!" He calls with relief.

Gatomon looks over "About t-time" she said.

Gaogamon tackles Citramon down Thomas gets to Io to check on him.

"Are you okay?"

"We're fine now that you're here" he responds as Gatomon goes back on her feet and runs off to join Gaogamon "Was this part of your schedule?" Io asked.

"Well, the plan was not to be rude with it, you want to change that?" Thomas asks back.

Io gasp as he sees Citramon pulling out more green bombs made of juice then a idea pops in the pinkette's mind and Looks at Gaogamon "Gaogamon!" Io calls as Gaogamon looks at him "Toss Citramon into the air and then you and Gatomon perform a combine attack!" he tells the blue Digimon.

Thomas seems to like the idea "do it!" Thomas approves.

"Sir, yes sir!" Gaogamon responds before using his scarf to grab Citramon's legs and finally throw it up in the air.

"Now!" Thomas and Io shout.

"Cat's eye!" Gatomon shouted while shooting pink beams out of her eyes

"Spiral Blow!" Gaogamon shouts before exhaling a gust of wind out of his mouth

Both Attacks hits Citramon before it exploded and becomes a egg only for Gatomon to caught it.

Thomas and Io were looking up at the fireworks "well even though things don't work out like how we wanted" Thomas looks at the pinkette male "but hope all wells ends well" Io said looking back at the blonde.

Thomas nods "I sure hope you're right" he said "you sang pretty good" he then complimented.

Io blushes "T-Thank you" he thanks as Gatomon walks up with the egg in hand "We have to head out before Kristy worries about you" he said with that the two of them walk out of the amusement park 

"Thomas, Io!" they hear Kristy calling which the two teenagers walk up to her.

"Sorry we couldn't make all Kristy's wishes come true" Thomas apologizes Sarah Kristy and Marcus' mother for the two of them.

"What are you two talking about, your birthday plans today were magnificent" Sarah responds which confuses the boys.

"Io" Kristy calls the pinkette male who kneels to her "You were singing beautifully" she complimented the male.

Io blushes "that's sweet of you, al thought I was looking for you guys but the crowd was big, and I couldn't find neither of you" he said.

Kristy shakes her head "what matters to me that you were enjoying yourself, that was one of my main wishes is that to be sure you're having a much fun as I was even it is my birthday" she tells him before looking at Thomas who kneels "thanks you two, those fireworks were the best ever" she gives Thomas a peck on the cheek making the blonde blush feeling flattered. 

Io and Sarah giggles at the sight then a idea came in Kristy's mind before whispering something to Thomas making him look at Io before looking back at Kristy who nod at him. Thomas gulps nervously before slowly giving Io a peck on the cheek causing the pinkette to stop laughing making Kristy turn away with a evil smirk on her face.

'Marcus' so having competition' she thought.

"How about we end the day by eating a nice homecooked meal as a thank you for all you two have done" Sarah offers.

Thomas smiles and gets up "I don't mind" he agrees before looking down on a shocked Io "What you think, Io?" he questions.

Io touches the cheek that Thomas kissed "Y-Yeah, we should" he agrees.

"Yay!" Kristy cheered.

-scene change-

The gang (aka Marcus, Thoma, Io, Yoshi and their Digimon) now back at Marcus' house as Kristy blows the candles while Thomas, Marcus and Sarah pop up the confetti Io and Gatomon went off to pick their present for Kristy.

"Hey Kristy, remember the performance that I did earlier today, well apparently I won a price and..." Io says as he and Gatomon brought a flamenco plush animal "one of them was a big stuff flamenco" he tells her.

"that's awesome, thanks Io" she thanked the pinkette.

Io smiles at the little girl "y que cumplas muchos mas" he responds.

Kristy tilts her head confusingly "what does that mean?"

Io realizes his mistake "Oh sorry, I-I didn't mean to speak in Spanish unconsciously, but what that mean is to have more years for your, Kristy" he explains with a embarrassed blush.

Kristy realizes "thank you, Io" she said with a giggle as Io laughs nervously.

Sarah giggles to herself "Io would be a great parent one, day"

Yoshi chuckles "Children are his specialty, of course he would be a good parent" she agrees 

Marcus and Thomas blush at the thought of Io as a parent to their possibly future children Kristy notices this and giggles to herself.
