Applejack and Rainbow were left alone by their friends with food.

"I've missed you." Rainbow pouted. Applejack laughed.

"I can tell," Applejack said, "You're still clingin' onto me like you're five."

Rainbow let go, "I am not five. I am a civilized adult."

"Not even close, babe." Applejack teased.

"I hate you."

"I love ya, too."

Applejack and Rainbow were talking all morning, but there was one thing Applejack had to talk about with Rainbow.

"How have ya been? Mentally?" Applejack held Rainbows hand across the table.

"Fine, I guess." Rainbow shrugged.

"Ya sure?"

Rainbow shook her head, "No.. now come on, AJ.. don't worry. It's supposed to be a good day, not a day where my dumb problems get in the way."

"But I like makin' sure you're okay, baby. I love you so much, and I want you to know I'll always be here for you, no matter what." Applejack frowned, hoping Rainbow would let her know what's been going on.

"Applejack, I love you too.." Rainbow took a breath and sighed, "About three days ago my sister invited me to come to her house. It's not in CloudsDale, it's in Las Pegasus. My sister hates me.. and I don't know why she wants me over there.. it's been making me anxious and so nervous that I can't sleep.."

Applejack worriedly looked at Rainbow Dash, "You haven't been sleepin'?"

Dash shook her head, "Barely."

"But enough about me, Applejack," Rainbow smiled, "You always make everything about me. I never know how you are."

Applejack laughed, "Rainbow, I'm perfect. I have the best life, honestly."

"I'm glad you do," Rainbow smiled, "You deserve it. You really do."

Applejack grinned, "Ya wanna know what the best part 'bout my life is?"

Rainbow have a nod.

"You."

Rainbow instantly blushed a light pink, "What about your family, Applejack? There's more than just the gorgeous pile of trash."

"True," Applejack said, "But I think about ya the most, I spend most of my time with ya, you're my everythin', baby. I love you."

"I love you more, AJ," Rainbow softly smiled, "You're like the only family I have.. besides my sister and my mom, everyone else is just dead."

Applejack raises an eyebrow, "You never told me your ma was still alive."

"I'm nothing to her, Applejack. She hates me. I'm not like my sister, I don't have white skin, it's blue. I don't have blue eyes, mine are magenta. I'm not tall like my sister, I'm short. I don't have silky, long, a soft hair, I have whatever this is. I left my house for a good reason.. and I just don't know if I'm ready to tell you why.." Rainbow explained. Applejack could feel her own heart break. What was Rainbow hiding?

"I understand, Dash. But, not matter what anyone tells ya, you are so beautiful. Look how cute you are. Short is adorable, and ya ain't that short. Your 5,1." Applejack walked over and sat neck to Rainbow.

"And you're all tall and hot," Rainbow said, "I look 10, Applejack."

"You're cute for your age, Rainbow." Applejack laughed.

"Whatever you say, ma'am." Rainbow saluted Applejack emotionlessly.

Applejack thought for a moment, than grinned, "Come with me, I need to take you somewhere."

Rainbow stood up with Applejack as they left sugar cube corner, hand in hand.

The walked in silence until Rainbow Dash spoke up, "May I ask where in the world we are going to?"

"You'll love it," Applejack said, "I go there all the time with Applebloom, but I wanted to take you."

Rainbow nodded as they kept walking.

They stopped at a wall of tall bushes. Rainbow gave Applejack the look of 'what'.

"It's not the bushes," Applejack laughed, "Walk through it."

"This better not be a prank, AJ.." Rainbow cautiously said.

Rainbow was now nervous to even walk through a bush.

"Okay," Applejack sighed, "The hard way it is."

"Wait, wha-" Rainbow was cut off by Applejack picking her up and walking through the bush herself.

"Holy mother of Celestia.." Rainbow awed. The place was beautiful. It was simple, a room with a few plants, a small stream, board games sat on the floor, and chairs.

"This is like heaven.." Rainbow said. Applejack laughed.

"Why would you want to bring me here, though?" Rainbow looked at Applejack, not having to look up a bit due to the fact that Applejack was still holding her up.

"My ma and pa showed me this place when I was little," Applejack said, "They told me only show it to people I knew would be with me forever. That's why I let AB see it, since she's my lil' sis."

"And you showed it to.. me?" Rainbow confusingly asked.

Applejack nodded, "I know you're goin' to be with me for longer than forever. You ain't just my girlfriend, you're my best friend. I don't know what I'd be right now without ya."

Rainbow smiled, and allowed Applejack to continue.

"In all honesty, I'd marry you right away. You're my everythin', Dash. Thank you, for givin' me a reason to smile everyday. I love you." Applejack felt a tear roll down her face, not of sadness, though.

Rainbow took her hand and whipped the tear away, "I love you more.."

They both smiled, already lost in each other's eyes. Emerald and magenta perfectly matched together. They closed the gap between them with a soft, but loving kiss. The connection that made sparks fly through their bodies. They both wished neither of them had to breathe, so that they could stay in this loving way forever.

Thought they had to breathe, which kinda sucked.

"When are they gettin' here??" Applebloom impatiently shook her elder sisters arm.

Applejack smiled, "Soon, AB. Rainbow had to go with Rarity to pick up Scootaloo from Canterlot. It's takes about an hour to get there, and knowing Rainbow, she'd stop for candy. Just wait."

Applebloom groaned, impatiently waiting to see Scootaloo again. Applebloom met Scootaloo a while ago at school, but Scootaloo's foster parents had to move to Canterlot. They have been pen pals since.

(Does anyone else ship Scootabloom...? It's not gonna be in the story but is so cute, it's like a mini AppleDash. :3)

"And I'm here, where's my girlfriend." Rainbow walked in, Scootaloo by her side, and Rarity and Sweetie Belle behind them.

"Scootaloo! Sweetie Belle!" Applebloom giggled, joining the big group hug it's her two friends.

Applejack walked downstairs, and glanced at the three younger siblings, and smiled.

"They freaking look like how we would have all looked if we knew each other at that age." Rainbow said to Rarity and Applejack.

Applejack looked at her, "Is Scootaloo your sister?"

Rainbow shook her head, "Man, I wish. She's as awesome as me. I love her, I really do. She's going to go far."

Applejack smiled and looked over at Rarity, "Are ya goin' to stay and play video games for once, Rares?"

"Oh, heavens no, dear." Rarity laughed, "I really must head home, I have many dresses to be made. So many lovers getting married and I have over 17 wedding dresses to make."

Rarity smirked, "I would be fine with 19."

Rarity was obviously the AppleDash shipping queen, that wedding would be her favorite.

"Uh, not yet Rarity. We ain't done with high school or college. Keep dreamin', partner." Applejack laughed.

Rarity shrugged, said her goodbyes and left to do her own duties.

"Applejack.." Sweetie Belle ran over, "Rainbow is kinda staring off into space and I don't even know how to make her blink."

Applejack raised an eyebrow, "What in tarnation.."

Rainbow was sitting on the couch, staring blankly at the television, Scootaloo and Applebloom where shaking her, slightly smacking her in the face, and saying her name over and over.

"Hold on y'all " Applejack sat in front of Rainbow, "Hey, RD. I have candy."

Rainbows eyes blinked back into reality, "What. Huh? Where?"

Everyone laughed. Besides Rainbow Dash, who was expecting some candy.

"Ya were just starin' into space, Dash. Ya alright?" Applejack asked, recovering from laughter.

Rainbow nodded.

"But.. where's my candy?"
