Sam left the bar with Angel and Gunn behind her

Then they came out of the shadows

Gunn: hey we are Just trying to make sure you are ok.
Angel: Cordelia had a vision that you were in danger.
Sam: in case you don't know I'm always in danger.
Gunn: hey if you let us do our job we can let you do yours.

Gunn: fine

Sam leaves

Gunn: do you still want to follow her
Angel: just me you can go home
Gunn: ok see ya
Angel: yeah

Angel follows Sam
Angel comes around the corner and sees Sam killing a demon

Dean: your good

Dean: yeah you Sam
Sam: yeah
Dean: Rick tells me that you are being followed and that you need someone to help you train.
Sam: yeah can you help me
Dean: I can teach you what I know
Sam: ok so when do you want to start
Dean: now
Sam: ok

Dean turns into a demon

Dean: first you want to try to hit me
Sam: ok
Dean: go ahead

Sam hits Dean in the face

Dean: good now try to get me on the ground.
Sam: that will be kind of hard
Dean: how so
Sam: I never tried that one before
Dean: it's ok that's why I am here to help.
Sam: ok then show me

Dean shows Sam how to get somebody on the ground

Dean: ok now try it on me
Sam: ok

Sam tackles Dean and put him in a headlock

Dean: I think you got it let me go now
Sam: sorry

Sam let's go of Dean

Dean: never say sorry it's a sign of weakness.
Sam: ok thanks, I better be going thanks again for this.
