We understand that there may be some users who are experiencing some issues with this new experience. Here are some helpful tips for readers:

If the story part wasn't able to load any media initially, then some images may appear with a "Tap to Retry" box where the image should be.

If the image still hasn't loaded, then please check your connection. If you're on your devices data network, try connecting to a WiFi network to see if this helps.

If the app crashes while reading stories with images loaded, then please try to close any other apps running in the background of your device. Now that our stories include inline images, it will require just a bit more memory from the device to function smoothly.

If you continue to experience the above issues or any of the following issues:

Unable to report an image
Youtube videos aren't playing or able to enter fullscreen
Images aren't rendering improperly.
Unable to comment on images
Wattpad crashes while reading stories with images
